*Uru's POV*

A Few Weeks Later, At Pride Rock...

"My parents will be arriving here in a few minutes. The Cubs are ready right?" I asked, Amina.

Amina, who's laying down look behind her. Muffy, Taka, and Athena are playing around. Muffy is biting Taka's tail. Athena is pawing at Taka's ear. Anima helped me groom them while I went out earlier to do my normal Queen duties.

Amina nod. "Yes, their ready!"

Zuzu flew inside the cave. "Queen Uru, your parents are here. Their not alone though!"

I walk up to her looking a bit confused. "What do you mean?"

"There's a young lioness with a male cub."

"Oh. Well, let them in."

Zuzu nod and told my parents they can come in the cave now. I took a seat next to Amina, Ahadi's mother.

"Hello, Uru dear!" Greeted my mom.

I smiled and hug her. "Hey, mom!"

My dad gave me a nuzzle. I nuzzled back and notice behind him standing awkwardly is my sister Amaya. Next to her is her son Jengo. Jengo ran up to me with a huge smile.

"Aunty Uru!!!"

I laugh as he jumped up with his furry arms wrap around my neck.

"Hey there Jengo! Last time I saw you, you were shorter. You've hit a grow spirt on me. I see your little hair tuft is coming along too."

"Yeah. I'm going to love my mane once it's finished growing. Each time mommy grooms it, she mess it up!"

I chuckled. "Is that so."

I shift my eyes to Amaya who's quiet. She didn't look at me, spoke, or even smile. I found it a bit rude. Why is she behaving at me like this? Even though I'm mad that she didn't come to my wedding or Cubs presentation ceremony, I still try to make some peace in this family. So me being the oldest sister, I walked up to her and force in a smile.

"Hey, Amaya."

Amaya turned her head meeting her eyes with mines. "Um, hi."

She look back away again. Yeah, there's definitely some unfinished business I see.

"Want to meet your little nephews and niece?" I ask.

"Sure."

Jengo bounce up and down excitedly. "Where are they?! Where are they?!!"

Amina laughed. "Right behind me."

Jengo walked over behind Amina. The Cubs stop playing and stared up at him with curious eyes.

"Mufasa, Taka, and Athena this is your big cousin Jengo!" I told them.

The Cubs still don't know how to talk yet. But they understood what I meant. Little Athena crawls her way to Jengo. Jengo crouched down to her level and smiled.

"Hey, Athena!"

Athena bump her dark brown nose on his. Jengo chuckled, then she reach up her paw touching all over his face. Mufasa and Taka also crawled over. Mufasa climbed on Jengo's back and Taka but his tail.

"They like Jengo already!" Chuckled my dad.

"So cute!" Smiled my mom.

Amaya step over and laid down next to her son Jengo. Taka crawled over to her and climb on her back.

"Hey, little guy!"

Taka smiled. "Mew, mew, mew!"

"Their so social." Said Amina.

"That's a good thing!" I nod.

"So, where's your husband?" Amaya asked out of no where.

I sat down shrugging. "Probably patrolling the lands."

"He's always working hard." Said my mom.

My dad grinned. "That's why I like him!"

I roll my eyes playfully. After talking and spending time with my parents, Jengo, and Amaya, they all went home in the evening before it got dark. Jengo really wanted to stay. He beg his mother but she said no. I told her he could but she refused.

Like does she not trust me or Ahadi at all? If I can watch my three Cubs with no problems, I can definitely watch Jengo. Besides he's older than the Cubs. The Cubs are still infants! Jengo can help me baby sit while I go do my Queen duties. I know Amina is tired of me asking her everyday.

"So, that's your sister I never met huh?" Amina asked, walking up to me.

We're both standing at the very top of Pride Rock. I watch the sun slowly set and nodded.

"Yeah, that's her."

"I see beauty runs in the family."

I laughed. "All from my mom."

Amina chuckled and sat down. "I just put the Cubs to sleep."

"Thank you, Amina. I appreciate your help!"

"No problem."

"I have to get me a sitter for when I go do my Queen duties. I know you're tired of me asking you."

She shook her head. "Non-sense child. I don't mind! I'm an old retired Queen. I have nothing else to do but lay or sit around."

I look at her taking my eyes off the sun set for a minute. "Your right."

"So, it's okay. I love watching my grandchildren. I want to spend much time with them as possible while I'm still alive. Seems like I'm getting old fast now!"

I hear loud paw steps and turned around. It's Ahadi who's finally back home. He walked up head budding his mother and then licked my cheek.

I smiled. "Welcome home, honey!"

He sat down between me and Amina. "What are you two ladies discussing?"

"My sister and the Cubs. She came with my parents today surprisingly and brought her son Jengo. You just missed them!"

"Ah, little Jengo. I remember that time he beat me in a race!"

Me and Amina laughed.

"Oh, Jengo isn't little no more Ahadi. He grew taller and this time have a hair tuft!" I said.

Ahadi eyes widen. "Your joking? Last time I saw him, he didn't have a hair tuft. Where does the time go?"

Amina nodded. "I said the same thing, son."

"Where's the Cubs?"

"In the den sleeping."

The three of us talked some more and then went inside the cave for bed. The sun is now gone which means it's night time now. Me and Ahadi took our normal spots in the far back of the cave. Mufasa is sleeping close beside Ahadi. Athena is sleeping close beside me. Taka is sleeping between us. I can't wait until their older and talking.
