A Mother's Worry
AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hey guys! I know, I've been slow updating this amazing book. Thank you so much for your patience, sweet feedback comments, and votes :D School essays and applying for many colleges/scholarships has taken me over. In other words, I'm a busy bee! I apologize for my absences.
Today I felt like story writing after watching the brand new Lion King show, "The Lion Guard" earlier on Disney Channel. Who else watched it? Kion is flipping adorable!! <3 I like how they added new characters and Kiara being the oldest sister.
I was thinking maybe I might create another Lion King story after this one about Kion since I'm already obsessed with him haha. What a cutie! You may enjoy reading chapter 62, I tried my best making it longer. I notice how lazy I've gotten with the chapters xD
Again thank you,
Xoxo Skyy15❤️

Sarabi
"Do not fear my Queen, I'm sure King Mufasa and Prince Simba are fine." Said one of the pride lionesses.
She hugged me for comfort.
"I hope so." I sigh.
"They're alive and walking up the steps of Pride Rock now!" Said another pride lioness.
I ran outside the den.
"Mufasa!"
My husband rush forward. We rub foreheads then hug tightly.
A tear fell from my left eye. "I was so worried. The Great Kings must of heard my prayers. What happened? Where's our son??"
"Here mom!"
I look down seeing Simba walk out from behind Mufasa. He rubbed his small furry body against my legs. I purr and lick the top of his head.
"Simba, tell you mother exactly what had happen today with you and Nala." Said Mufasa, sitting.
Simba sat down too. His ears lower as he moved his tail side to side.
"Well?" I ask, while tapping one of my paws.
"We went to the elephant graveyard. It was my fault that we got in trouble with the hyenas. I was just trying to be brave like dad by showing the Pride Lands what a King I'll be."
"Oh, Simba."
I shake my head.
"Simba's punishment starts tomorrow morning. No playing with friends or going to the waterhole. I told Sarafina to no longer bring Nala until Simba's punishment is over. The only time Simba is allowed out the den is for King lessons, that's it." Said Mufasa.
I nod. Punishing Simba doesn't sound bad. He put his and Nala'a life in so much danger. Thank the Great Kings for Mufasa! I must go to Sarafina's place tomorrow and apologize.
"Bedtime, now." I told Simba with disappointment in my tone.
Simba sigh and got up walking towards the den. Mufasa and I stayed outside for a bit longer.
"I don't know what made him go out there. How did he possible know about the Elephant Grave Yard, Mufasa?" I say, finally sitting down.
"I gave him lessons about the Circle of Life in the morning today. I told him don't go beyond our borders where the dark shadowy place is. Cubs being cubs, I guess he went to go see for himself and brought Nala to tag along." Mufasa explained.
"I must go to Sarafina's place tomorrow and apologize. Her daughter could have died because of our son."
"Sarafina understands. I told her everything what had happened before coming up here. Her and Nala went home not too long ago."
I nod, "Good."
I look up at the night sky and chuckled. "Simba wants to become like you so much."
Mufasa smiled, "I know. But I don't want him getting into any more trouble or hurt while doing so Sarabi."
"Agreed."
We silently sat and continue watching the stars glow up in the dark sky.
Thank you Ahadi or Uru for watching over our son. We give you our blessings.
