So now lets continue this journey

While sidharth operation was going on everyone one present in hospital from both shukla and khan 's continuesly including both shehnaaz and madhurima in bigg boss house for well being of sidharth.

While ken finished praying to god he saw a nurse coming out of ot .

He then asked her what happened nurse ?
Gaining everyone 's attention.

Nurse says everything is under control and operation is still going on doctor has asked to arrange blood for patient.

After listening to this arbaaz says i will arrange it and left to call the blood bank .

While everyone else continue praying while Salman stand near ot
With tears in his eyes and suddenly starts to relive the day when he met is little baby bro ,his sidhu bacha ,his montu bacha aka sidharth for the first time - he saw himself when was just 19 yrs and was going to just turn 20 in few days sitting on the hospital bench near ot and was praying that his fufi jaan and his little baby bro or sister remains healthy .
( two time lines are going parallel to each other i.e day of our king's birth and present day ) 
While other family members were
anxious, his fufa jaan was walking to and fro while his mother ,his father and step mother were praying while all kids including him were siting silently and praying .

While he was lost in memories, with misty eyes ,scenario was same, as it was that day both the jiju were roaming to and fro ,while preeti di ,neetu di ,arbaaz ,sohal ,arpita , aayush ,alvira were seating
on bench and praying with rita aunty, salim sir ,salma ji ,helen ji and sid team members praying as well .

Salman saw lights of ot getting off and doctors coming outside the ot and images little him running towards his fufa jaan who went near the doctor and elder himself slowly walking in trans of memories towards the fufi jaan who is near the doctor .

Suddenly stand near him and teen Salman and adult Salman ask together- how is my little brother ?

While both young and adult preeti and neetu stand 's near him holding his hands .

Both gynecologist goes down on his knees to match teen  Salman and little preeti and neetu height while  cardiologists abhir  goes near them both smiles them and then look at ashoka uncle and rita aunty respectively and says

Gynec - congratulations mr .shukla beta hua hai or apki wife or beta dono safe or healthy hai ,we are going to shift them in normal room you can meet  them after that 😊

Dr abhir- congratulations mrs shukla  ,operation successfully raha ,or apka beta fighter hai generally agar kisi patient ko heart attack ata hai to voh apni will power losse kar deta hai but your son wanted to stay alive jiske wajha sa even after two attacks he kept on fighting and with our little help he has conquered his death ,now his heart is working normal, we are going to shift him in icu for observation and then you can meet him .

AU and RA - thanks doctor.

Doctor- its alright,saying so they went away .

After some time
Rita aunty is shift to normal room with baby boy in a crib

While sidharth is also shifted to icu and rita maa is first one to go inside.

While after getting news of birth of baby boy and sidharth better health everyone rejoicing and thanking the almighty.

Then suddenly they heard   teen Salman stoping neetu and preeti who has  start fighting that who will go first to meet there little teddy bear

While elder Salman, preeti and neetu were thanking almighty for saving there little teady bear .

Then suddenly nurse came and say apart form mr .shukla and rita maa only three people can come to meet sidharth with a cute smile on her face with a little blush after seeing most handsome baby boy sleeping in the crib and most handsome guy sleeping on hospital bed .

While after lot of shrieking preeti and neetu are allowed to go with teen salman and ashoka uncle to meet baby boy

Where as without even asking any one moves towards icu.

Inside the room and icu
Ritamaa who has just feeded little baby was  making him sleep after making him burp while gently patting his chest .

While rita maa was sitting  near sidharth 's bed ,while gently keeping her hand on his chest .

Then she heard some foot steps and found little Salman, preeti and neetu with her husband who has came here to meet this little lad who has just slept.

Where as she found Salman, preeti and neetu who has come to see her little lad who is sleeping due to fatigue he was feeling after  winning battle of his life from death .

AU- how are you feeling rita ?

RA- much better ashoka ,with a beautiful smile making 😊 ashoka uncle getting lost in her .

While ashoka uncle and rita aunty were lost in each other ,teen Salman, preeti and neetu climbed the hospital bed and sit around little baby who was now sleeping on bed,salman holded his hand ,while preeti gently kept her hand on baby's head ,while neetu kept her little hands on baby 's cheek 's.

After entering the icu three of them when near the bed and Salman hold sidharth 's hand ,preeti starts gently running her hands through his hairs while ,neetu kept her hand on his cheeks.

After feeling familiar touches baby boy starts to flutter his eye lashes and same goes with sidharth.

They both then gently opened there eyes while gripping two hands one  which on there chest and other one holding there hands tightly and starts to adjust there innocent doe eyes according to surrounding light and then first person they see is the mother who gave birth to him ,
Then his elder sisters and brother who were sitting around him ,
After seeing her little one's constant look towards her rita aunty starts to get emotional and cried with happiness .
After seeing her crying baby boy and sidharth both also starts shedding tears ,and by seeing him both his little and grow up sister's and brother have tear in there eyes .
After seeing his tears rita aunty stopped crying and cleaned his tears and kissedhis forehead,followed by a kiss on his hand by his Salman bhai ,kiss on his head by preeti didi and on cheek by neetu didi .
Then three of them together speak in unison humare little teddy bear (kids),humara pyara montu bacha ( adults).

And five has a smile with misty eyes and this is seen by ashoka uncle and jiju's respectively, who have smile on there faces as well.

I have tried to write day when sidharth came to this world and day he got a new life together, in parallel,
