And Peter knew Tony from a young age as May was part of the friendship group from MI.I.T (which contains Tony, Rhodey, Stephen Strange, Hope Van Dyne, May Parker and Carol Danvers).

When they meet Valentina they will already be sixteen (Peter) and seventeen (Harley). Peter already has his powers and the suit Tony made for him as he's essentially his godfather.
