Cal was surprised.

Cal: "The Templars? Elementals?"

Mr. Myers: "Come, I will answer your questions."

Mr. Myers walks as Cal starts to follow him. He looks everywhere as he saw many others training and practicing their skills and abilities. As Cal and Mr. Myers would pass by some recruits, they would immediately salute.

Cal: "Uh, Mr. Myers?"

Mr. Myers: "When we're here in this place, you call me General Wind Wolf, titles bore me, but it's the way it is."

Cal: "Why am I here? What is this place? What is going on here?"

Mr. Myers: "This place is for those with certain abilities and are willing to use their gifts for the benefit of every living being on the planet. Those with these powers are called 'The Elementals', Which can control environmental abilities, like Water, Earth, Fire and Air. These are 4 common abilities but there are many more. You're here because you have one of many of these abilities."

Cal: "Me? But, I don't have any powers."

Mr. Myers: "You do, you just haven't mastered it yet. So, I will become your personal mentor."

Cal: "But, why me?"

Mr. Myers was a bit silent.

Mr. Myers: "Because your father made me promise him that I will teach you to master your power."

Cal's eyes widen.

Cal: "How do you know my father?"

Mr. Myers showed a photo of him in his armor.

Mr. Myers: "He was an amazing Elemental Templar...and a great friend. He and I were the grandsons of our grandfathers who took part in banishing the Evil Seed from the face of the planet. The Templars are here to make sure that something so Evil will never prosper. Remnants of the Evil Seed like the Malfested still linger in this world, killing and infecting any living creatures."

Cal: "How does the Templar's chain of command go?" Cal asked as he was interested in the ways of the Order.

Mr. Myers smiles.

Mr. Myers: "I'm glad you asked. We'll start from bottom to top. 1st level: Civilians. 2nd level: Templars Grunts. 3rd level: Templar Squad leaders, Which Are in charge of their squads and are the second in command of Templar Captains. 4th level: Templar Captains, in charge of their company. 5th level: Templar Generals, the second in command of a battalion. 6th Level: Templar Commander, whom is in charge of all the troops in a battalion. Commanders serve the Kings and Queens that serve, like all of us Templars, the King of Kings, our God."

Cal nods to all of this.

Cal: "So if your my mentor who is a general, then who is the Commander?"

Mr. Myers: "...Your father...but he disappeared after going on a mission far away from here..."

Cal was surprised...all this time, he was a Templar Commander. He never knew...

Mr. Myers: "Your father loved you very much and mentioned you many times in his travels. He believed one day you'd make a great Templar...if your mother agreed to it, heh heh." He chuckles as he gives him the photo.

Cal: "Wow...I never knew...Dad was a Templar." He says as he puts the photo in his pocket.

Mr. Myers: "He was an Elemental Templar too."

Cal: "So I inherited his power. But, I don't know what it is."

Mr. Myers: "Come, tomorrow we will begin your training and will be assigned to a squad. For now, you should head home."

Cal sighs and groans after he realizes something.

Cal: "I just remembered that I have school and stuff."

Mr. Myers Chuckles.

Mr. Myers: "Tell you what, if you never miss training at all throughout your school years, and I'll convince the principal to never give you homework. Deal?"

Cal eyes widen and he smiled brightly with big eyes.

Cal: "Really?! Yes! Of course!! I will NEVER miss training day, I promise!!" Cal says excitedly.

Mr. Myers laughs.

Mr. Myers: "Go on ahead kid."

Cal nods and runs to the exit with a smile on his face. When he was close to the exit, he started running faster than usual...then when he left, his legs ran so fast even he couldn't see them as they were moving to fast and was generating blue electricity.

Cal: "Whoa!! I have-whoooaaaa!"

Cal says until he trips on a root of a tree and falls out of the forest and on something in front of him.

Cal: "Ow..."

Katelynn: "U-um, C-Cal?"

Cal opens his eyes and realizes he fell on Katelynn and was on top of her, faces close to each other. They both blush brightly. Cal gets up and helps Katelynn up.

Cal: "I-I'm Sorry! Please, forgive me!!"

Katelynn: "N-no. I-I'm sorry. I didn't s-See where I was going..." she says shyly.

Cal: "N-no! I fell on you, so I'm sorry."

Katelynn looks down and blushes.

Katelynn: "I-I forgive you..."

They both stand there in silence, embarrassed about what just happened. Cal cleared his throat.

Cal: "What are you doing here?"

Katelynn: "I-I was looking for you because everyone wondered where you were. I told them I'd stay behind and look for you..." She said still blushing.

Cal: "Would you...like to walk home together?" Cal says as he rubs his neck.

Katelynn was surprised.

Katelynn: "A-Are you sure? I'm the Omega..."

Cal shakes his head.

Cal: "I don't mind. I don't care if you're the Omega. You're my friend, Katelynn." Cal says as he smiles.

Katelynn was surprised. Then she smiles with some tears coming up.

Cal: "You Ready?"

Katelynn: "Yes, we can walk together." She says with a smile.

They both leave together...and behind them was Ren as he smirks.

Ren: "How cute..."

Both Cal and Katelynn were still walking until several werewolves surrounded them.

Katelynn: "Oh no..."

Werewolf 1: "Where do you think you're going?"

Werewolf 2: "What? You thought you could have a day without us showing up?"

Cal: "What are you talking about?" Cal says as he grew angry.

Werewolf: "You didn't know? Ha ha, everyday we Toy with Kat and make her bow before us...like a good little doggie."

Cal looks at Katelynn and he realizes her bruises on her arm and legs. She tries to cover them up.

Katelynn: "I-I'm Sorry I didn't tell you..."

Cal: "Don't worry, we're getting outta here."

Ren: "Don't be so sure..."

Ren says as he smiles sinisterly.

Ren: "You're not going anywhere."

Cal: "You..."

Ren: "Put this Human in his place!" He commanded the werewolves.

They started running towards them, but 3 other werewolves came by and fought them. It was Lucas, Rick, and Jason.

Rick: "Back off!" He tackled a werewolf.

Lucas: "Get some!" He kicksd one away.

Jason: "Don't you touch our friends!" He shouts as he punches a werewolf.

Both Cal and Katelynn were surprised.

Jason: "Go you two, we'll hold them off! Just go!"

Katelynn: "Jason...Lucas...Rick...thank you."

Rem laughs as they were fighting.

Ren: "This is wonderful! So much fighting..!"

Cal picked up Katelynn bridal style and ran away from the fight. Soon enough, Jason, Lucas and Rick ran away as they bought them time.

Ren: "Forget about them...they can't run forever." Ren says as he puts his hands in his pockets.

The werewolves then regrouped with the leader.

Cal ran with Katelynn and away from them.

Katelynn: "Now what? I can't go home now, they'll be waiting for me. My parents will be worried about me..."

Cal began thinking...and then thought of something.

Cal: "You could...come stay with me until you're safe."

Katelynn blushes.

Katelynn: "A-Are you sure?"

Cal: "Yeah, I can tell my mom about what happening and she'll agree with me."

Katelynn: "O-Okay..."

They both go home and Cal explains to his mother about the situation. After awhile of the discussion, and warnings from his mother, she eventually agrees and allowed her to stay as long as she wanted until this all blew over. Cal set up a comfortable bed beside his bed. Katelynn was blushing and nervous. Katelynn called her parents and told them what happened and they agreed that it was best to stay at a trusted friend's house for now. They brought her what she needed: Her clothes, her notes, her books, and games to keep her occupied.

Cal: "Here's your bed, sorry it took awhile."

Katelynn: "I-It's fine." She said still shyly.

She still had her school clothes on.

Cal: "I'll leave you to change your clothes."

Cal leaves and Katelynn takes off her school clothes.

Katelynn: "This is so nerve racking...I can't believe I'm sleeping in a boy's house! In the same room with him! If only if it was the same bed...no Kat, don't  think that!" She places her cheeks on her hands while blushing.

Cal was brushing his teeth and spits it out.

Cal: 'I can't believe there's a girl in my house! I mean I've have been to sleepovers but this is something else! Oh, what should I do? I know! Do the heroic thing.'

Cal goes to the door and knocks which opens up before he realizes it was open.

Cal: "Hey Katelynn, you d-ugh!" He says to himself.

He quickly looks away after seeing her just putting on some sleeping clothes without her knowing he saw some skin.

Katelynn: "Cal? Did you say something?"

Cal: "I-I uh, um, are you done changing?" He says nervously.

Katelynn: "Mm hmm."

Cal comes in and looks at Katelynn and blushes. She looked cute as she hid behind her tail.

Katelynn: "I-Is something wrong?"

Cal: "N-No, nothing is wrong."

Cal then turns off the light and they both head to their beds.

Cal: "Good night and sleep well Kat."

Katelynn: "You too...and Cal?"

Cal: "Hm?"

Katelynn: "Thanks for protecting me..."

Cal: "It's no problem Kat, I'm glad I could help." He says as he sleeps.

Katelynn smiles as he watches him sleep as the moonlight shined on him.

Katelynn: "I won't run away, not again...I will fight for you..." She whispers to herself as she soon fell asleep.

SOMEPLACE ELSE...

Ren was walking with Eric and Charlotte.

Ren: "Eric, go take my dear Charlotte home, I have some business to deal with alone."

Charlotte: "Can't I stay with you honey?"

Ren: "Sorry sugar, but I have to do this."

Eric nods and takes her home. Then Eric was alone...

Eric: "...This Cal could be a problem, my master..."

A shadow wolf appeared...

???: "You know what must be done Ren...do what you must, and you will have untold power."

Ren: "Of course, I won't let you down."

???: "If this Cal continues to interfere with your list for power over the school...kill him."

Ren: "Don't worry Master..."

Ren: "No one can stop us...muhahahahaha!!"
