AN:this is kinda my own version so in some chapters I might not go along with the storyboard or speech exactly, but for the most part I'll try.

I do not own Ninjago, the characters or the storyline.

'Lacey's POV'

*Ringggg* *RINGGGGG!!* is what I wake up to, I hear Nya let someone in the door, whoever is is comes over to me "Lacey get up!" they yell "I'm up Lloyd" I say, sitting up "get ready the guys want to go....now!" he says "ok" I say getting up, he walks out and closes the door, I quickly put on my ninja kimono and start for the door "wait your not going anywhere with your hair looking like that" Nya says pulling me to sit on a stool in front of our mirror, she takes the brush and pulls my hair into a French braid, it goes most of the way down my back.

"Thanks Nya" I call, running out the door and into the living room "you ready" Cole asks and I nod, we walk out and hop on the bus.

We get to a dojo called 'Dearth's Dojo' we walk in and see a man with brown hair in a brown kimono, he is polishing his trophies "uh hey are you the sensei here" Jay asks "yes that is me grand sensei Dearth" he says, turning around "look Dearth we where wondering if we could share your dojo, you see we've been put in charge of training these two to become the best ninjas in all of ninjago" Kai says, pushing me and Lloyd forward "not possible, for I am the best ninja in all of ninjago" Dearth brags "but I will let you train here if one of you can defeat me" he smiles looking at each of us in turn, his eyes stop on me "I'll do it" I say looking into his eyes "a girl, ha you can't beat me" he says and just as he finishes I take his arm and throw him over my shoulder, he lands on the ground and I put my foot on his ribcage "I win" I say "good job Lacey" Lloyd says and we high-five "thanks".

The guys get us up on opposite sides of these wooden pegs that rise and fall in the ground, Lloyd jumps towards me and he wobbles a bit, I jump forward too and try not to wobble "you both must be light on your feet" Jay says, watching our every move "ok both of you come here" Cole says waving us over to two piles of boards, their is 8 boards each

"Go" he says and both Lloyd and I plunge our fists into the boards, we create a huge earthquake, and a split in the floor "wow you did it, and with out the sei of quakes!" Cole says "that must be why you have the potential to be the greatest ninja in all of ninjago, you can summon all four elements" Kai says "and Lacey it seems that Lloyd's powers are only full when you are with him" Zane says, Lloyd and I look at each other and than at the guys "really" I ask "ya you make his powers full and he makes yours full" Cole says and we look at each other one more time "cool" Lloyd says "ya, cool" I say.

An anchor drops into the sidewalk and drags along the road, we run outside, pulling our ninja hoods down, the guys and us jump onto a bus "follow that ship!" Cole yells, the bus follows the ship 'that's the bounty' I think "ok you two are going to stay here and we're getting on that ship" Kai says to Lloyd and I "that's not fair!" Lloyd says "ya! Let us come" I say "no you two need to stay here" Cole says "humph" I let out as Lloyd and I sit down and the guys get on the black bounty.

Lloyd and I watch from the bus for a while "ok I can't take this anymore, we need to get on that ship" I say "ya, but how" Lloyd asks "I've got an idea" I say "oh great" Lloyd says in mock relief "ok so we just climb up the anchor, like the guys did" I say "simple as that" and we open the bus door, Lloyd gets onto the hood of the bus first and I follow, the anchor is a few feet away from us and starts to go up "ready.....jump!" I yell, jumping onto the raising anchor, Lloyd jumps on after me and we ride to the top.

When we get there the guys are fighting.... Pirates? I laugh a little at the scene in front of me "lets go" Lloyd says, pulling me off of the anchor and onto the bounty, Kai comes up to us "we told you not to come" he says "ya, we didn't listen very well" Lloyd says and I laugh quietly, Kai picks both of us up and shoves us in a nearby barrel "hey!" I yell "Kai!" Lloyd yells, we both flail around and eventually get to our feet we both walk one way, only to be shoved onto our sides and rolled around, we hit something and the barrel breaks

Lloyd and I stand, just as three pirates come up to us "try spinjitzu" Lloyd says, I nod and we both spin, I see yellow surround me, Lloyd and my tornadoes combine, the tornado is now a mixture of green and yellow, we spin out of control, hitting the masses pole, we knock it over trapping Lloyd, me and all of the guys under it "now this is enough of yee pyjama men" the captan says, he must see my braid sticking out of my ninja hood "well, pyjama men and girl" he says, he pulls me out from under the mass and holds me by the arm, so that my feet do not touch the ground, I kick my feet but it doesn't help.

I lift myself up and bite his arm, he yells in pain and drops me, as soon as my feet hit the ground I work on getting the guys out from under the mass "get her! She shall be my prisoner" the captan yells, two pirates grab my arms, I struggle but it's no use, I'm to small to do anything, they carry me down to cells "this is new" I mutter "quiet" one pirate demands, tightening his grip on my arm, all around me I see serpentine and.... Lord Garmadon?!

We get to a cell and they toss me in, I stand up and go to the bars "let me out!" I yell at one of the pirates "we are just following orders" he says and walks out of the cell room, closing the door behind him.

I heave a sigh and look around "Lacey" Lord Garmadon asks "ya" I say "what happened, I thought that they where just going to make you all walk the plank" he asks "well.... I might've.... Bit the captain" I say slowly and he chuckles "wait did you say walk the plank?!" I panic "yes why" he says, confused "no" I breath, I look at the bars and they look just big enough for me to fit through.

I get on my knees and put my head, arms and whole torso through the bars so that only from my waist down is still in the cell "what are you doing" asks a very confused Lord Garmadon "getting...out!" I say as I slip the rest of my body out of the metal bars, I run, out the door and up the stairs to the training deck, Lloyd is on the plank, he must be the first one to jump, I quietly walk over and yell "let them go!" everybody looks to me, including Lloyd, "how did yee get out, girl" the captain walks up to me "being small has it's advantages" I say smugly, he looks down at me and I look up to him.

"Your brave" he says, he picks me up by the back of my hood and dangles me over the side of the bounty "how brave are ya now girly" the captain shakes me a bit and I feel my hands start to tremble, I reach up and hold on to his wrist with a death grip "put me down!" I demand "ok you want to be put down, good riddance" he says, he let's go of my hood and I start to fall, I see the anchor being lowered beside me and I grab ahold of it.

The anchor pulls me back onto the bounty and I see that Lloyd was the one who saved me "thanks I owe you" I say "your welcome, and yes you do" he says, smiling that warm, childish smile.

A pirate comes from behind Lloyd and I step behind Lloyd and kick the pirate in the stomach, he goes on to fight someone elts "I believe we're even now" I smirk, turning to face Lloyd.

'Lloyd's POV'

She says we're even and smiles "ok.... for now" I laugh, she laughs too 'her laugh makes me feel..... feelings that I've never felt before' I think.

All of a sudden the pirates just disappear "what" Lacey looks super confused "what happened" I ask "um we don't really know" Jay says, serpentine and my father fill the space on the training deck "we should get going" Kai says as all of the guys jump over the side of the bounty, Lacey and I follow.

'Lacey's POV'

We get back to our apartment and I run to Nya "Nya!Nya!Nya! Lloyd and me did spinjitzu!" I yell "oh ya" she says "ya!" I yell "ya they might have knocked over the mass on the bounty and trapped us all..... but they did spinjitzu" Kai says and Nya and all of the others except Lloyd and me laugh "hey we tried" Lloyd says, throwing his hands up in defeat "well I've been working on the Ultra Sonic Radiar at the mechanics, it's coming along well" she says.

I get board with that and go to the bathroom to take my braid out, once I do, my hair is wavy, it's usually straight "Nya look at my hair!" I yell smiling and running to the living room "beautiful, now hop in the shower" she says "why" I ask "because if you and I don't shower first than there will be no hot water left" she says "ok" I run to the shower and get in.

'Lloyd's POV'

"She is always full of energy" Jay says "she's a kid, Lloyd's got that much energy too" Kai says "I do not!" I yell "sorry Lloyd but you do, I told you, Lacey and yourself are equal" Zane says again "humph" I cross my arms "and I thought you didn't like girls anyway" Cole questions "Lacey's different, she's not all dollhouses, dresses and shopping" I say "Lacey's more video games, hoodies and comics..... maybe all girls aren't so bad" I cross my legs in front of me and unfold my arms "soooo, you like her" Jay giggles "she's my best friend" I say, kind of confused about the whole 'like' thing "Lloyd I think Jay is speaking of a thing called love" Zane explains 'oh, theirs the L word' I think

I look confusedly at them for awhile, not exactly understanding what they are asking "Jay he's to young to understand, and don't you dare tease him or Lacey about it, that goes for all of you" Nya scolds the guys "Nya I'm confused" I tell her "ya, don't worry about it" she says, I hear the shower turn off and I hear Lacey run down the hall, into Nya and her room.

'Lacey's POV'

I run into Nya and I's room and get pyjamas on, a striped yellow pair of pyjama bottoms and a white hoodie, I put on fluffy socks too, I dry my hair as well as I can with a towel and pull a brush through it.

I run down the hall to the living room, forgetting that I have socks on, even though my feet stop I keep moving, I hit the wall and fall backwards, hitting my head hard, the world around me spins and the many faces above me blur together "Lacey are you ok" one of them asks "ya.... I'm just....... really... dizzy" I say slowly, I also get a head ache and start to get very tired "are you tired at all" another asks "ya...... very tired" I say, my eyes feel to heavy for me to hold open, I let them fall shut and the last thing I hear is Lloyd scream "LACEY STAY AWAKE!".

'Lloyd's POV'

"Do not let her fall asleep" Sensei says "we must keep her awake or she might die" he says "Sensei her heart is slowing, she needs to go to the hospital" Zane says, they all nod and Cole picks her up bridal style, they run out the door and I run behind them, we get to the bus and ride it to the hospital, the doctors take her to the emergency room and I try to follow but one of the guys pulls me back "you can't follow them in there kid" Kai says "no! she has to be ok! I have to be there for her!" I yell and try to pull away from him with tears now streaming down my cheeks "Lloyd the doctors are going to save her, she's strong, she'll be ok" Nya says, but I can tell by the look on her face that even she doesn't believe what she just said "don't lie to me!" I yell and escape Kai's grip, only to be pulled back again.

"Lloyd calm down!" Cole yells, he takes my arms, trying to be gentle.... I think, he forces me to sit on one of the waiting chairs "stay here" he says, he walks back over to the others, I hear parts of what they're whispering "what if....." "hopefully that doesn't....." "hope she's ok......" and things like that, they all come and sit down, filling the chairs beside me

We all sit in silence for a while, until I can't take it anymore "is she gonna be ok" I blurt out "I don't know, young nephew" sensei says, pouring himself more tea from his tea pot "she has to be ok.... Right?" I ask, no one answers "right?!" I ask louder this time, I feel tears burn at my eye once again, they fall down my cheeks "Lloyd I hope she'll be ok too" Nya says, her voice shaking "we all do" Cole says "I need her" I whisper to myself, not loud enough for anyone elts to hear.

We sit there for hours, each passing moment it gets harder to breath, it feels like I'm trying to swallow cotton balls, until the doctor comes into the room, we all shoot up and run over to him "Lacey will be ok, we have stabilized her and she has a slight concussion, it would be just a bump but because she is young it had a bigger impact" the doctor says "she will be fine by tomorrow morning, she says she is still dizzy so we will be keeping her here overnight" the doctor says "can I see her" I ask "yes but only one person for now, you six may come in later" the doctor says.

"Follow me" the doctor says, I follow him to Lacey's room and walk in, the doctor closes the door behind me "Lacey" I call and her eyes flutter open "Lloyd" she sits up, hangs her legs over the side of the medical bed and smiles at me "are you ok" I ask "yep, good as new... so you heard that we have to stay tonight" she asks, swinging her legs "ya I did, speaking of which you should probably get some sleep" I say "ok dad" she laughs and I laugh too, she lays back "night Lloyd" "night Lacey".

I climb up onto the foot of the bed as she falls asleep, I lay down and fall asleep too.

'Nya's POV'

While Lloyd is with Lacey Sensei went and bought some tea for her head.

the doctor comes back out "you may come see her now" he says and we go to her room, I am first to go in, I see them asleep, each taking a half of the medical bed "awww" I say as I hear a *click* "guys" I say "sorry, couldn't resist" Cole and the others laugh "we will be sleeping in here tonight" sensei says "Lacey will drink the tea tomorrow morning" he continues.

We all find a spot on the floor or on one of the three chairs, I get a chair and we all fall asleep.
