Gabby's pov
" lets see how far along you are." She checks me and I'm at a 10 "alright gabby you ready to have a baby" she says as she pages her team. Mat stands next to my bed and holds my hand. I start pushing. " come on babe you can do it you've got this." Mat says. "I can't it's to painful" I say. Mat grabs my hand tighter kisses my head and says. "I believe in you. You can do this. All we need is one big push and he's here." He says. I give to one last push and hear crying. Jason Mathew Casey is here. The nurse brings him over to show me and wisks him away. "Where's he going" I say worries "he's just getting weighed and all that" Mat says. I'm gonna call and let everyone at the firehouse know he's born. I'll be right back" he says walking over to the corner. When he gets back im holding Jace. " so are they coming?" I ask " they must be out on a call so I left cheif a message. "Here you wanna hold your son?" I ask him "sure I'd love to." He says as I hand over Jace.

Casey's pov
"Hes so cute I love him so much." I say I rock him back and forth. I decide to go sit with gabby I pull out my phone and take a photo of the three of us. I show gabby. "Awe this will be perfect for your desk at work." She says. I lean over and kiss her forehead. I love you always and forever " I say " I love you too. So when do you wanna start planning out wedding?" she says. How bout now I was thinking of the firehouse as ceremony and then have the reception out back we can have a dance floor and tables for a sit-down dinner. I'm sure chief won't mind. He did have his wedding there. " I say. " perfect I love that idea. So now we need a color scheme. I was thinking a rich purple a chocolate brown and a dusty green."she says. I hand her back Jace so she can feed him. I love those colors. About 2 minutes later Shay and Brett walk in. How are the new parents and baby doing? Can we hold him what's his name?" They ask. " we are great baby is healthy. His name is Jason(Jace) Mathew Casey what brings you here." I say as gabby hands him to Shay. "Oh we were out on a call we just dropped off a patient." Sylvie says. The rest of the house will be by later. They stay for a little longer then head out.
