Dawson's pov
"Hey I wanted to remind you that I have a doctors appointment my 3 month appointment before shift. I wasn't sure if you are going to be able to come. Since its shift day." I say " yeah of course I'm coming. I told chief we might be a tad late. Hes okay with that." Mat says. We get to the doctor's and sign in. "Miss Dawson" the nurse calls us back. She takes me vitals and says the doctor will be in shortly. "I'm worried Mat. I don't know why but Im worried. " I say. "Everything is going to be fine I promise we will get through anything that happens." He says to me as he takes my hand and squeezes it. About 5 minutes later the doctor walks in. "How are we doing today" say Greenwood. "We are doing okay except that I feel worried and don't know why. " I say "well let's take a look shall we." She says. I sit up in the exam table and she checks on the baby. "Everything thing seems just fine. You and the baby are healthy. " she says. "See I told you everything is just Fine. " Mat say to me. We check out grab our photos from the Lady at the desk and make our next appointment.

At the firehouse

Casey's pov
We barely make it to the firehouse on Time for shift. We get there and everyone bombards us with questions. " "how's the baby got any pictures" Herrmann asks. "Baby's great and here are the photos " I say as I show everyone. "Well If you need a female to talk to Cindy will always be open to talk to." Herrmann says "thanks Herrmann Dawson says. I'm about to ask gabby something when the alarm goes off.

Dawson's pov
I'm about to hop in the ambo as Casey runs up to me gives me a kiss and says " be careful" we head off as we arrive on scene police are already there. I walk up to Burgess and ask what happened. "Single gunshot wound to the chest. We have the gun man in custody." She say. Brett and Shay are already over there tending to the man when I come over. "We are almost ready to transport" Shay says "let's get him up on three. One two three" Brett says as they lift the backboard onto the stretcher. Alright let's move I say hoping In the back of the ambo helping pull the stretcher in. We take off to Med and transfer him over. "Single gunshot wound to the chest lost alot of blood. Crashed once on scene. Vitals now stable" I say as I hand him off.
