Dawson's pov
I get home, put on my pjs and curl up into bed with a movie. I've fallen asleep for a few hours bc the movie I put on is over. I reach for my phone to see that Casey had texted me. "Just checking in to see how you are feeling. I love you. I'll see you in the am when shift gets over." He messaged. "Hey I'm feeling a little better. Thanks for asking. See you tomorrow. I love you too." I reply. Just as I'm responding I realise I'm late by a few weeks. I quickly text Shay. "Hey do you think you and Brett can run an errand. I realized I'm a few weeks late. Can you pick me up a pregnancy text.". I ask. " sure let me go tell chief we are going out to get gas." She replies.

Brett and I walk into chief's office. "Hey Chief, I just wanted to let you know that Brett and I are heading out we have to drop something off at headquarters then fill up the rig with gas. We'll keep our raidos on. If we get a call we'll meet you there." I say. "Okay don't be gone more then 45 minutes please." He says.
