I head to chief's office and knock on his door. "Come in" I hear him say. I walk in and close the door. "what can I do for you?" He asks. I was wondering if I can take the rest of shift off I'm not feeling to great I've been getting sick every morning for the past few days and the last call I passed out. I think I have the flu that Shay had." "Sure ambo can be a two man team for a shift or two." "Thanks chief." I say as I walk out. Text Casey to find out where he is. "I'm in my office" he replies. I knock on his door and walk in. "Hey Mat. I just wanted to let you know that I'm headed home I'm not feeling good and I passed out on the last call. So chiefs letting me leave." I say. "Okay thanks for telling me. If you need anything I'm just a call away" he says as he gives me a kiss goodbye.
