Dawson's pov
I've been back at work for a few shift now. It's good to be back at work. Working with a three people on ambo really helps. It good to have a driver and two in the back helping the patient. I walk into the common room, pour myself a cup of coffee and go sit down. About 20 minutes later the alarm goes off.

Ambulance 61 Truck 81 Squad 3 house fire 2519 North Neva Ave.

Wejump in our rigs and drive off. The house is engulfed in flames when we arrive.I hope out and see people standing on the sidewalk. The little boy is coughing.I walk up to the group and help them. "My boy he keeps coughing." Themother says. I take a look at him. "It sounds like he's got some smokeinhalation. He'll need to come with us to the hospital to get treated. The restof you look okay but just as a precaution I want you all to come as well."I say. I look over as I'm loading the family in the back of the ambo to seethat the fire is almost out. I get a little distracted when I see Casey comeout, take his helmet off and pour water over his head. He looks so hot doingthat. I'm so mesmerized by it. "Dawson snap out of it I know Casey cutebut we gotta go." Shay says.
