3 days later Back at the firehouse

Casey's pov
Dawson and I walk into the firehouse. Brett took one day off  to be with Severide but is now back. I see her sitting at the table in the common room and walk over. "Hey Brett any news on Severide?" I ask. "He's improving day by day. They say he'll be in the hospital for a week or more then out of work for 1-2 months depending on his recovery in the hospital." She says to me. "That's good I'm glad he's doing better. Tell him I say hi next time you see him. since it will probable be before me." I say tot her.  I thank her  for the update then walk out to the locker room to change out. I'm hoping today is an easy shift. Just as I think that the alarm goes off.
