Severide's pov
Dinner was so amazing. We decided not to do dessert because I told Sylvie we had something amazing at home and we do. Chocolate cake her favorite. "The night is a little chilly out so I thought we could have a fire going and cuddle up." I say to her. "Let me change first." She says. "Well I was hoping you'd stay in that a little longer. I enjoy seeing you dressed up you look so beautiful tonight." I say "for you I'll stay in my dress." She says as we curled up next to the fire. We were on the floor leaning against the couch. "Do you want dessert. I've got your favorite. Chocolate cake " I say. "I'd love some sweetie" she says I get up and cut a big piece for us to share. I grab two forks and sit back with her. "That was really good cake" she says to me. I place the plate on the floor as she gets back in my arms and leans her head onto my chest facing the fireplace. I pull her tight and kiss her hair. "You are the most amazing person I know. I know we haven't been together very long but from the moment I met you my heart skipped a beat." I say as she gently turns her body to face me and i take her hand in mine. "I knew then I wanted to be with you. I can't imagine my life without you. Will you do me the honor of marrying me and making me the happiest man alive?" I say as I pull out the ring.

Sylvie's pov
"Yes yes" I say as I kiss him. "I love you so much" he says to me. "I love you too. I say. "Kelly the ring is perfect. I love the infinity symbol on either side of the smaller diamonds. And the middle diamond is the perfect size. It's beautiful." I say. "I picked the ring with infinity symbols to remind us our love never ends. It remind me so much of us" he says to me. He kisses me with so much passion that I get lost in our love. We get entangled in each other as the night comes to an end.
