Grian sat on his bed, running his fingers through the brunettes hair. It had been two days since Grian and Xisuma had gotten Scar out of the void, and now, Scar was healing from the damage the void had given him.

When Scar started to shake and move around slightly, Grian knew something was wrong.

He must be having those mad memories again. He thought to himself. Alas, he continued to hold Scar close, trying to calm him down a little bit. He knew that Scar was going to wake up at any moment and he would have to calm him out, he was ready.

Like what happened the day before, Scar's eyes snapped open and he tried to quickly sit up, before remembering that Grian was still holding him. Scar breathing was quick, and his whole body was shaking. Grian quickly hushed him, rubbing circles on Scar's back.

"Scar, you're okay. You're out of the void now, you're safe on Hermitcraft." Grian spoke, and he saw Scar starting to calm down. Yet, his soft-spoken words didn't help Scar from calming down completely. Scar pulled himself closer to Grian, hugging him tightly, not wanting to let him go.

"I won't let you go back into the void Scar. I know it was a horrible and scary and even traumatizing experience, but you're out now. I promise you, you won't fall back in ever again. I'll keep you safe." Grian spoke softly yet again, planting small kisses to Scar's hair. Scar had stopped shaking now, and he turned around to look at Grian.

"Thanks Grian. I love you.." Scar muttered, kissing Grian on the cheek.

"Anytime Scar. I love you too." Grian replied, kissing Scar on the forehead.

As the two boys continued to lay on the bed together, they both knew two things.

Scar was never going to fall into the void ever again, and Grian would keep him safe from the Watchers
