As a homeschooler, (yes, I am homeschooled, and yes, I do have work to do) I feel like there is not enough time in the day to do school. Mondays are English class in the morning and volleyball in the afternoon. So it is almost five thirty by the time I get home! Tuesdays I have volleyball games. Wednesday night is youth group. Thursdays are practice and games. And then it is finally Friday, the day to catch up on the school I missed the previous week.

Today was Wednesday. I had just finished up Monday and Tuesday's schoolwork when my mom told me to get ready for youth group. I traded my old top for a t-shirt that had a puppy on it, but kept my worn jeans. For the final touch, I placed my favorite fedora on my head. I knew it was going to be stolen by my friends Kendra and Hailee.

When I got there Evelyn greeted me with a big, tight hug (might I add very tight). " Whoa , Whoa Evie!" I cried breathlessly (because I could not breathe).

"Sorry Jaz," she replied after releasing me.

"It's okay."

Kendra and Skye were talking to Madelyn, and my favorite little foursome stood before me: Hailee, Evie, Anabelle, and Kennedy.

The five of us walked into the room were we heard youth pastor 'preach' for an hour. But I forgot my bible in the gym. "Save my spot!" I yelled to Hailee.

When I walked into the youth room, I got a standing ovation. "Is this for me? Thank you! Thank You!" I said.

Then, Levi pulled me out of the way so he could see Charles, who just battled back from a knee injury.

I sat down on the floor next to Hailee, who was cracking up. "You, you thought that was for you," she could barely get the words out as she fell into another fit of laughter.
