((I know I haven't updated in like so long! I apologize greatly. Since I haven't updated in forever I am going to give you a pretty long chapter! How about that?))

Now it was lunch time. You are still Terezi at the moment. Let's get back to her and her POV.

I take my plate of food and find my way over to our groups table. I always smelt my way there so it wasn't too hard, actually.

Vriska was sitting there already, digging into her food. I sit next to her with pleasure.

" Can I lick your food, Vriska??? " I wonder giving a sneaky smirk.

" Umm. Not right now, Terezi. " Vriska replies, taking another mouthful.

" How about...ooh! Can I smell it??? " I lean my head over to her, my short hair hanging.

Vriska sighs," Fine. ".

I cheer,"Yes! "

I take a large whiff of her food. It wreaked. I leap back with frustration and crinkle my nose.

" My snuffle-sniffer!!!!!! " I yell holding my nose with fear.

Vriska tries not to giggle. Kanaya and Karkat come over to the table at that moment. They sit across from us.

Kanaya automatically notices me with a frustrated and distraught face.

" Oh my! Terezi are you okay? " Kanaya leaps over to me, surging with worry.

Her thoughtfulness sometimes carried her away.

I calm down and take my hand off my nose," I'm fine. " My chest stops tightening and I take a large sigh of breath. Vriska pulls her food back to her side of the table.

" If you say so. " Kanaya responds beginning to eat as well.

A few other people came to this table once in awhile. Although they were at separate tables today. It wasn't that big of a deal.

I soon finished my water. Taking a final glug, I respond to my friends, telling them I will be right back.

Soon enough I get up and walk over to the machine. While I walk I sniff people probably munching on their food and chatting with each other.
I wasn't watching where I was going, well sniffing, and bump into somebody.
I wobble backwards but sustain myself from falling. I gain balance again.

" Oops!!! " I hear a familiar, sweet voice to my ears.

I perk up and sniff over to her, whom was starting to walk back. I brush past a table, out of my direction and go beside her.

" Hey Nepeta. " I whisper into the cat adoring girls ear. She turns around, stops walking, and giggles.

Nepeta looks at me with her jade green eyes. She flutters her dark, black, eyelashes and darts her eyes around. Making sure she wasn't seen.

" Hello. I am not sure if Equius will be mad if he sees me talking to you. " Nepeta whimpers.

I tilt my bestial eyebrow with frustration. I didn't know why Equius didn't like me. Apparently, he didn't want Nepeta to talk to me.

I mean, what could he have against me?

I nod my head with understanding," It's fine. Let's chat online later . ".

" Okay! After school! "Nepeta answers and rushes off to her table.

I flip around back to the machine. I had had the cup in my hands the whole time. Now I just had to fill it!

I pass the same tables as I had just done so. Finally I stop at the machine.
Water. I fill my cup with refreshing water. Even though water never really had a smell.

I clunk ice into my cup after I was done with that.

I get back to my table and continue to eat.

Vriska begins to talk to me as soon as I get back to my seat. "Soo, Terezi. "

I lean over and put my hand on top of hers,"Yeah?".

Vriska looks into my eyes with a piercing stare. I couldn't see it but I could feel the tension. She wanted to have a serious face look thingy with me.

Yes, I can call it a serious face look thingy. I mean all it is to look all serious till someone laughs! Besides, I was really good at this game.

I sneer and try with my most serious face. I could smell her seriousness keeping as well. Karkat murmured in the distance,"Pfft great not this again.".

That wanted to make me snort with a tiny giggle but I wasn't giving up. I keep my stare on. So does Vriska.

"Umm?", Kanaya comments after the first minute.

But we keep staring. I technically couldn't see her throughout this but I didn't give a fuck. I always won and needed to keep it up.

We continue to stare for another minute.

Vriska lifts an eyebrow.

I tilt my head.

Vriska winks at me.

I make a pucker face that is absolutely hilarious. Like, legit.

Vriska suddenly starts to laugh. Soon enough she can not stop laughing.

I smile with victory and privilege to beating her once again.

Kanaya begins to speak, wobbling her hands nervously,"Now that- that is over with I think we should continue to eat?". She almost knocks her glass of milk over but it shakes a bit and evens back up. Whew.

We eat as we had just did.

Although Kanaya probably wanted to start a conversation. She spoke up to us.

"Terezi, how was math?" Kanaya asks me with wonder. This would not be hard to answer!

I snicker with joy,"Obviously awesome!"

Kanaya responded,"Mhmm, so what did we do exactly? I am guessing it has to do with sca-"

"It has to do with scales!!!" I interrupt still snickering. I did have a creepy ass laugh but that wasn't the point at the moment.

"Oh ok." Kanaya stays polite and listens to what I have to say.

"Yeah! So we did a bunch of things where we had to even different things with scales! It was for an example on something I don't even remember. It was still awesome! Hehehe! " I keep snorting as everyone at the table looks at me odd. I stop and sulk back into my chair.

Well, this was embarrassing.

Vriska then bumps in,"That is what we did alright. I have to say it was pretty cool.". Vriska gives a thumbs up to me.

I smile and give it back. No matter what we were still good friends.

I lounge in my seat, last period, about to leave. Everyone in the class was over-excited to go. It was like this pretty much every-day.

I tap my pencil steadily against my desk. Oh, what I bore it is.

The teacher's head was around, facing the board. I sat impatiently, crossing my legs. I obviously couldn't see what Vriska was doing but she was probably up to trouble.

Vriska was up to trouble a lot. I could smell it. It was almost like breaking the rules was in her blood. I liked to keep balance against the two but that's just me.

I adjust my glasses as the teacher turns around. Whatever Vriska was doing she probably stopped.

"Got it?", the teacher quickly snapped at us.

All of us students in the class nodded,"Yes" or "Of course" was what we spurted out.

"Great! Now you may pack up." The teacher orders. We all begin to put our things away.

"Pssst, Terezi." Vriska whispers to me. I couldn't hear from all of the people packing and zipping their backpacks up. Although I still had exceptional hearing don't get me wrong.

"Yo girl. C'mon", Vriska says a little louder this time. Now I could hear her.

I incline over to her slowly and carefully. "Yeah?", I reply.

"Good, so ya wanna hang out today after the bell rings?", Vriska asks me.

Aw heck yeah I did! It was fun to hang out with Vriska after school. She always had the best ideas for stuff to do.

"Sure. You aren't busy like normal?" I inquire as Vriska bends over to me as well.

Vriska shaked her head,"Nope! That's why we should totally hang out". Vriska puts a ton of emphasis on the word totally. She did put more emotion into words sometimes.

"Yeah! So would you like to come over to my house? I have a bunch of stuff to show you." I reply to her pulling my hair out of my eyes. Not like I needed to. I just felt like it.

Vriska respectfully responds,"Of course girl. I will call Mindfang when we get out. She will clearly say yes!".

"Hell yeah!" I whisper shout back.

We high five and continue to pack up. It didn't take long for the bell to ring. I just finish zipping backpack up by the time it goes off. Same with Vriska.

We walk out together waving bye to Kanaya and Karkat. Kanaya's older sister always rode the two younger Vantas's home. Dolorosa was a pretty cool woman in my opinion.

"Alright, let me just give her a quick call.", Vriska pulls out her Samsung and walks near a pair of trees where nobody was. The buses still weren't here so I could wait awhile.

I watch as she probably unlocks her phone and dials her sister's number. She soon does and holds it up to her ear.

She begins to talk. I couldn't make out any of the words she was saying but I didn't want to eavesdrop. I would just leave her conversation be.

...

I grumble as her call takes longer than usual. I wait as she continues to talk and talk. Tapping my foot always made time go faster for me so I decided to just try that.

Finally V finishes her call and walks back over to me. The buses were just arriving. Thankfully I came later than usual.

"Sorry that took so long!", V protests to me. We begin to walk to the bus side by side.

I sigh,"It's fine. So did she say yes?!?" I ask uncomfortably. I liked to be the first on the bus to get on my favorite spot. I was- picky. Yeah.

"Oh.", V starts. "Absolutely!" she finishes with a securing smile.

"Really? Whoo!" I smile and skip over to the buses with her.

We both go on my bus that I usually go on. This was because she was going to my house along with me.

I step up into the bus and look around. My favorite spot in the front was taken. Even though I didn't know where to go but the row behind it, Vriska was already heading for the back. I didn't like to sit in the back.

I would rather sit in the front. But who even cares. I follow Vriska as she sits in one of the back seats.

We sit down, and relax.

The bus stops at my house. I was lucky to have the bus stop directly at my house but I never really honored the privilege since I have always gotten off here like usual. It was normal for me.

Vriska gets off before me but waits for me to get down too. I wave bye to the bus driver as she closes the door leaving us at the driveway of my house.

"Okay we are here!" I start as we fuddle over to the front door.

"Yes I have been here many times", Vriska says boredly. I give her a glare. "Sorry. It is a cool place though", she adds. I smile again.

When we get up to the front door I put my backpack on the ground and unzip it. "Just getting the keys". I tell her so she knows what I am doing. Even though it wasn't needed.

Vriska twirls her hair," Kay. ".

I pull out the keys and zip my backpack back up again. I put the keys in the socket and the door opens.

Red runs out passing me, over to Vriska. It smelled different to me that he didn't come to me first.

Vriska was surprised to see him charge at her but she regained confidence and let him lick her. Although, she was not petting him!

I go inside hoping he will follow me. Well, Vriska follows and then he does. At least everyone was now in the house.

I set my bag by the door and tell Vriska to do the same. She does.

I could hear the sounds of the sink rushing out water not far away. Probably Redglare.

" Hello Terezi! Did you bring someone else? ", Redglare begins.

I make a zipper to the mouth motion as we tip toe over to the stairs.

" I can smell it you know! ", Redglare keeps talking as Vriska and I take our first step up the stairs.

We take another and another, trying to keep quiet of course. Eventually we get to the top and take a breath of air. Vriska smirks and takes off her shoes. So do I.

"Wanna race to your room as quiet as we can be?", Vriska offers to me with her hand out.

"Fine." I giggle.

Vriska can always be so competitive. She pretty much had to luck to win at anything. She just says she hasn't gotten the hang of it yet.

We went off. Vriska and I charged over to the door of my room. But we both stayed high on our toes so we made less noise.

Vriska gets to the door first. But she does accidentally open it for me. I race in and whisper yell," Victory for the blind girl!!! ".

Vriska does a face smile and closes the door. Red was probably waiting outside the door unable to get in.

Vriska didn't like that she lost. But I think she would let it go.

We sit on my bed and finally relax.

"So..." Vriska starts.

"Yeah?" I respond.

"What are we gonna do exactly?"

"Umm"

"..."

"Relax?"

"That's boring"

"Well..."

"What?"

"Did you bring anything with you in your pockets?" I ask.

"I think so- let me check. One minute please. ", Vriska digs her hand in her back pocket.

She pulls out a pair of blue dice.

"Huh?" I look at the dice.

"I brought this dice that we could maybe use for something" Vriska offers.

"What are we going to do with it?" I whimper laying on my bed.

"A game with luck?"

"Oh not that luck stuff again."

"Please Terezi?"

"Fineee. Just not something seemingly impossible to me or you", I open up the window for air. Just so I had a cool breeze through my room. It felt refreshing.

"Why are you opening the window?"

"For fresh air."

"Okay then. It does feel nice"

I feel that my glasses are tilting from that race and fix them back to when they were evened out before.

"So what are we going to do with the dice anyways Vriska?"

"A game."

"What game?"

"A game of luck."

"I already know it is a game of luck Vriska."

"Fine Terezi"

"So what are we playing?"

"Alright so we are going to pick a number from 1 through 12 and see which number the dice lands on first......" Vriska orders.

"Ok I pick red!" I snicker.

Vriska takes a deep sigh," Seriously Terezi".

"Fun ruiner." I tease.

"Bluh"

"Blarg"

"Whatever."

"I pick 2 then!!! Hehe!!! " I sit up from my bed and let the sunshine shine through the room.

" Alright I pick eight because 8 is always the most lucky number." Vriska chuckles and gets ready to throw the dice.

She tosses the dice in the air. The cobalt dice shimmer in sunlight as I sniff in slow motion.

The dice fall to the ground and bounce a few times. Vriska quickly gets on the floor and looks at them. I get down too.

Vriska suddenly gets nervous," S-snake eyes. How- "

" Let me lick! ", I was about to lick the dice to taste the numbers but Vriska pulls me back.

"It's fine Terezi, you won." Vriska sniffles.

She picks up the dice with anger. Her eyes seemed glassy with rage and sadness.

" This pair of dice was junk anyways!!!!!!!! " Vriska tantrums. She throws the dice out the window and dusts her hands together. The dice hit the ground and lay dead in the grass below.

" V-vriska, why did you do that!!! If you didn't want them you could of given them to me! They were shiny!!! " I whine peeking my head out the window.

"But it's not to use anyways!!!!!!!!" Vriska growls

I open up the door. " Well I am gonna get them! ".

" Terezi! " Vriska tries to pull me back but she couldn't in time. " Great. Now I have to come too. "

Vriska quickly follows me as I run down the stairs and by the kitchen.

" Terezi? " Redglare asks.

Vriska passes by the kitchen as well.

" Vriska????? " Redglare ponders with more worry.

I open the door and head by the backyard. I could hear Vriska yelling things like "wait!" or "come back here now!"

I turn by the corner of the house and smell the dice in the distance. Not far from me at all.

I scamper over to the dice and take a whiff of it. I smelled like Serket alright. She should really of kept it.

I was about to lick the dice till Vriska comes and stops me again.

"Terezi, what. the. hell." Vriska snatches the dice from me.

" But I thought you said you didn't want it! " I cry wanting to have the shiny dice back.

" Now I do. " Vriska begins to walk back till I suddenly smell something not far from me on the ground. Was that, jewelry?

I turn to Vriska," Wait!!! I think I found something! "

Vriska blinks," What. "

" Right here!!!" I point to where I could smell silver jewelry.

" Oh? " Vriska comes back, putting the dice back in her pocket.

She kneels next to me and sticks her hand around to where I was pointing. All of a reason she must of found it because she yelled " Bingo!!!!!!!! "

" You found it??? " I wonder.

" Yup", Vriska pulls out two heart-shaped diamond necklaces. But for some odd thing they seemed to be broken by each side. Like one of those BFFsy necklaces where one person wears one piece while the other person wears the other. Then when they meet they can put them together to make the shape.

" Ooh! Are these friendship necklaces? " I sniff them joyfully.

" Yeah, we should totally wear them. " Vriska concludes handing one for me to have for myself.

I lick mine carefully as Vriska observes hers. I suddenly lick words. There must be words on these!

" Vriska! Look at the writing! I can't read it but you can! " I sneak over to her and hand her my necklace.

" Well- " Vriska takes my necklace.

" Mine says scourge and yours says sisters ", Vriska holds them up to the light.

" Sisters scourge??? " I ask.

Vriska puts them together," No, it is the other way around actually. "

" So scourge sisters? "

" Exactly. "

I take mine back and put it on, Vriska does the same. "Cool!" I gasp.

" Rad. " Vriska responds. I felt a little put down by that since I thought of Latula. But I didn't need to think about that right now.

We hung outside, talking to each
other. It was very fun!!!
