I WAS SITTING in my sitting room watching wrestling when my phone started ringing,I took the phone and it was my best friend Ibrahim

I relaxed on the sofa and picked the call

"What's up?"I asked

"No greeting idiot"he said and I snickered

"Like you are of any better"I volume down the television so that I can hear him well

"Well I'm not here to barter with you,I want you to go out with me"

"Where?"I asked him

"It's Zubeidat,she said she has some presentation to do in school and she invited me,I can't turn her down you know how she can be a pain in the neck"he said and I unconsciously started rubbing my neck

"What presentation?"I asked

"I don't know,we won't take long as soon as she sees my face,I'm out"

"Arrghh! I wanted to have today to myself, it's Saturday for Allah's sake"I said frustratedly

"I'm sorry,I will make it up to you please I can't go there alone I will be bored to death"he pleaded

"Aba you are a pain in the neck"I said irritatedly,I and the rest of his friends normally calls him Aba

"Stop being a dick and get your ass ready I'm coming to pick you up"he said and ended the call

I groaned and face palmed,I was having great time and Aba decided to end it,I got no choice but to do as he said though I'm going to repay him back

I stood up and head to my bathroom,I brushed my teeth and had my bath I wore a white towel from the bathroom to my room going through my wardrobe looking for something decent to wear

I settled on a black chinos trouser and an ash shirt,I matched it up with my black Balenciaga sneakers

I wore my clothes and went to the mirror, I rub my hair cream and brush my hair,I took my body roll and perfume and applied the desired amount

I was about wearing my shoe when there was a knock in the door,I stood up immediately and went to the door

It was Aba in black jeans trouser and a white shirt,he wore a Nike sneakers coloured white and black,he combed his hair perfectly

Aba loves keeping long hairs like most guys does but me on the other hand love low cuts a lot

"Are you checking me out or what?"Aba teased and I rolled my eyes

"Get inside mumu"I said leaving the door going back to my room,I heard the door shut and heard his steps following me

I took my Balenciaga sneakers and wore it,I took my wallet and my car keys

"I will be driving"Aba said

"I don't trust you,you might see a girl there and decide to ditch me, I'm not stupid"I said shaking my head in disapproval

"It's a one time mistake man,you sure keep things in mind"Aba said snickering and I felt like smashing his head,I just shaked my head and went out of the room with my car keys

"So you are still taking your car keys?"he asked

"No,I'm sacrificing it to the gods"I said and opened the gate,Aba drive out first before I drive my car out,he helped me lock the gate and soon we were in the busy road of Zaria

Thirty minutes later we arrived soundly at ABU Zaria,I saw students walking up and down and I parked my car near where Aba parked his

We came out of the car and he took his phone and dialled Zubeidat's number

After few minutes of standing beautiful Zubeidat walk towards us

"Sorry for keeping you waiting"she said smiling contagiously,I smiled back

"It's okay"I said while she wrapped her hands around Aba and hug him, kissing him in the cheek before letting go

Aba doesn't look fazed,he look more like irritated by the act,we followed Zubeidat quietly to an hall and she gave us seats to sit on

"I can't stay with you,I have to join my group"she said and we nodded,she left

"Your girlfriend look beautiful"I said trying to annoy Aba

"She's not my girlfriend, she's my friend"he said frowning and I roll my eyes

"With benefits,stop deceiving yourself Aba she's your girlfriend"I said

"Is this your way of repaying me back for disturbing you today?"he asked raising one of his brows

"Maybe"I said

The presentation or whatever started"Please welcome Suleiman Aishah a student of nutrition and dietetics currently in two hundred level"the speaker said

"She's not even the first to present,when am I leaving here today"Aba groaned

A petite girl not too tall walk up to the stage,she was wearing a dark red palazo and a black body hug she looks beautiful and breathtaking

She collected the microphone from the speaker smiling at him,the smile was contagious and I couldn't help but smile too

"My name is Suleiman Aishah"she said and I loved her voice immediately,her voice was like a Melody to my ears, I smile once more

"Aba"I called

"Hmm"he replied

"I have forgiven you for bringing me here"I said and he smirked

"Why?"he teased

"That girl on stage, she's the reason"I said smiling

"She look good in bed"he said after assessing her

I smack his head"she's not a sex tool,just thank your God she saved you from me"I said and he laughs quietly

"Yeah yeah I got it"he said

Aishah's presentation was about the right food we should take in, normally I don't give presentation like this my attention but I couldn't help but watch the way her body moves,her constant smiles and her intruding voice,I immediately liked everything about her and I was once again glad that Aba forced me here

Zubeidat made her own presentation though I wasn't paying attention my mind was on Aishah and how I'm going to see her again

I purposely made Aba to wait till the end of the presentation so that I can have enough chance to look for Aishah

"We should be going,it's over"Aba said looking at his wristwatch

"Yeah,you can go ahead I have something to do"I said and he snickered

"Don't tell me you are going after that girl"he laughs"you're the one ditching me now"

"I'm glad about that"I smirked

"Make sure you come to my place,I need to hear the full gist if you get a hold of her"Aba teased

"Yeah,I was thinking of spending the night with you to disturb you"I said rubbing my beards absentmindedly

"That will be great,I will go and purchase the new PS right away,we are going to have a hell of a night"he said and we both laughed

He went to his car and drove off

I started going round the school looking for Aishah and luckily enough after twenty minutes I saw her standing with a tall black girl and beside the girl was a tall guy,he was tall like Aba

I went forward and intentionally coughed to gain their attention

"Greetings everyone"I said awkwardly

"How can we help you?"the black lady asked

"I want to speak with Aishah"

"Me?"she look at the girl and the boy before landing her beautiful gaze on me "how may I help you?"she asked

"Can we talk in private?"I asked and she look at the girl once more who nodded in approval

"Okay,we will talk later"she told the girl and followed me

I went to my car and opened the door for her to sit down

"Is it necessary?"she asked

"Do you wanna stand?"I asked,she smiled and sit down,I went to the driver's seat too and sit down

"I love your presentation"I said and she snickered

"Thank you"she replied

"Anyways my name is Abubakar my friends call me Abu,you can call me anyone you like"I told her

"Aishah,you already know"she said

"Yeah"I replied and we remain silent for awhile,not an awkward kind of silence but a comfortable one

"I would love to be your friend"I break the silence

"Hmm,why?"she asked

"I uum uhmm just wanna be your friend"I said scratching the back of my head and she laughs

"You can't just want to be a friend to a stranger"she said

"Yeah, it's true"I say

"You have to try harder if you want to be my friend"she smirked

"Of course"I chuckled nervously"so can I get your contact?"I asked genuinely

"Don't you get what I said earlier,you have to try harder"she said smiling mischievously and I knew I have to go out of my way to get her

Where am I going to see her again

"Can you at least give me clues on how to try harder?"I asked I really wished she just give me her contact

"Nah try harder"she snickered"anyways it was nice meeting you Abubakar,my friend is waiting for me and I have to go"she said and opened the door,I watched her step out of the car

"Arrrrghh!"I hit the steering wheel groaning

"Where am I going to start from"I rub my temples

After sitting in thesame position for about ten minutes I regain my energy and drive out of the school

I arrived at Aba's place,Aba lives with his family he is the heir to his dad's multi companies,a young billionaire and also a typical play boy

I parked my car at the garage and came down when I saw Aba's step sister Sumaiyah run towards me, she's a girl of nine years old

"Sumaiyah!"I exclaimed excitedly as she jumped on me

"Uncle Abu,where have you been?"she asked and I laughed

"Been busy at work"I said and dropped her down holding her left hand as we walk towards the house

I met Aba's mom in the sitting room

"Good day ma"I greeted and I could see how excited she is to see me

"Abu! so happy to see you,you haven't been here lately"she said while Sumaiyah sit on her laps,she adjusted her to sit comfortably

"I'm sorry,work have been hectic"

"It's fine it's fine"she waved it off then Aba's step mom came to the sitting room

"Abu how have you been?"she asked,she was holding her baby Gani

"Have been fine ma"I said and she smiled

"Your friend is in his room"she said and I nodded

"I will be going inside"I said

"Okay"the two co wives replied

Some times I think about how blessed Aba really is or how blessed his father is,his two wives loves and respect each other and it's hard for you to tell who's child is this from another

I opened the door to Aba's room without knocking,I met him wearing a boxer and I laughed after seeing his bare buttocks

"Guy you suppose knock na"he said looking slightly annoyed while I laughed the more,water was dripping from his head and I knew he just had a bath

"No be your knash,abeg calm down"I replied him in pidgin English,he took a pillow and threw it at me,I laughed and threw it back at him which he successfully dodged

"So,how far about the babe?"he asked as he wore his trouser

"She said I should try harder"I said frustratedly,this time around it was Aba's turn to laugh

"You mean she told you to try harder,how harder are you going to try?"he asked

"I don't know I'm just confused and don't even try to tease me about it"I said glaring at him

"And you officially made it a teasing matter"

Aba was true to his words he teased me throughout the rest of the night
