My Spanish teacher is the muggle equivalent of Professor Umbridge.

Reasons I think this:

1) she wears pink ALL THE FLIPPIN TIME!

2) she has hair like Umbridge

3) she smiles when she is angry with you

4) she makes us write lines

COINCIDENCE! I THINK NOT!!
