"We're here!" Dan announced excitedly. I looked up to see your everyday average house, even though it looked a little different then mine. Just a little.

"Sweet house Dan."

"Thanks!" Dan said proudly as he walked towards the door. "Well aren't you coming?"

"Oh. Yeah. I'll be there in a sec." I said trying to fake a smile.

"Okay." He didn't look convinced but he still went inside.

As soon as the door closed, I turned around to Leo, "So? What do we do?"

"I don't know. Let's just go and see what he wants."

I looked at him unsure, "Okay. Whatever, I guess." Then I began walking to the door.

I didn't know what I was supposed to do but when I was about to knock on the door, Dan opened it and scared the living day lights out of me.

"Hey Casey! You finally decided to come in!"

"Ahhh! Don't scare me like that! Do you want me to punch you?!?"

"Sorry I scared you." Dan said laughing. "Come on in."

I walked in and the first thing I say was a lady doing yoga or what looked like yoga. You not exactly what you want to see when you walk into another person's house.

"MOM!!!! What are you doing?!?!"

"What do you mean Daniel? I always do yoga." And then she finally notices the girl with the weird look on her face.

"Oh Daniel! I didn't realize you had brought a friend home with you!" Dan's (I'm gonna guess) mom said with the happiest look on her face.

"You're girlfriend is very pretty Daniel."

Dan looked at her in complete confusion and shock. (And his face was priceless! But then again my face was probably insane too.)

"She\He is not my boyfriend\girlfriend!!!" Dan and I screamed in unison.

"Okay. Okay. Whatever you say." Dan's mom said in disbelief. "Now honey, what is your name?"

I first looked at Dan and he nodded back, knowing exactly what I was thinking.

"My name is Casey. It is nice to meet you Mrs..."

"Mrs. Kuso dear." She responded with a smile which I returned with a smaller smile.

"Okay. Yeah. Now that we have the intros out of the way, Casey and I are going to my room."

"Uhhhhh...Okay. I'll go check on the both of you later."

"Mom you don't have to..."Dan started protesting to his mom but I finished it for him.

"Whatever you say Mrs. Kuso." I said with a smile.

"Alrighty then have fun."

"Sure mom." Dan yelled as he led me up the stairs.

He opened the door and went in as I followed.

" You're mom seems nice." I said trying to start a conversation.

"Yeah she's a cool mom." He said taking out his bakugan.

"So what exactly happened when the bright light showed up?" I asked curious.

"Well me and Shuji battled and I won." Dan said. "Hey I have an idea!"

'What now.' I thought. "Let's have a battle since your a newbie and all!" He said excited.

'Umm...well I can finally figure out what this battle is.' I said in thought.

"Okay Dan. Why not." I agreed.

"Great! Let's go!" Dan shouted as he pulled the same card he did earlier so I did the same.

"Bakugan field open!" We both shouted as the bright lights reappeared and then cane a blank field with a colorful sky.

"Now let's get started! Shall we?" Dan shouted.

I smirked, "We shall! You can go first Dan!"

He smirked this time, "Alright then but first we have to put down our gate cards, Casey!"

My eyes widened in embarrassment, "Ummm.. well I know that."

"Yeah sure." Dan said in disbelief.

"Gate card set!" We both yelled as we through our cards down and they enlarged.

I stepped back, 'Well that's weird.'

"Bakugan brawl! Bakugan stand!" Dan shouted, "Let's go Griffin!"
