"Yuri, how bad is the damage?" Gwen asked Yuri in costume.

Y/n was in his costume as well, "please tell me it's not that bad."

"If not bad is hundred of thousands of dollars, then yeah... not bad at all." Yuri stated.

"I can never tell if it's sarcasm with her." Y/n admits as Gwen held her shoulders.

"Any sights of that lizard creature Y/n mentioned?" Gwen asked as she remembered the two's conversation earlier that morning.

"One, a break in at one of Oscorp's lab. Down...here." Yuri sent something. Nothing happened.

"Uh, was something supposed to happen." Y/n asked.

"Hold on, it takes a while." Gwen says as Y/n swung his arms.

"So.....Come here often?" Y/n asked as Gwen looked at him unamused.

"Here, got it." Gwen says as she looked at the two bridges. "So the explosions went off on the opposite directions than where we were."

"Yeah, I wonder if the points cross again." Y/n said.

"No, they aren't that..." Gwen says before she paused and crosses the points. Leading to the Oscorp building. "...they never learn, do they?"

"Better for us. What did they take anyway?" Y/n asked as he leaped off the building and started swinging. "They obviously planned this and wanted us to be gone. Usually with Oscorp, they want to steal something."

"The faculty won't comment on what's been stolen, we can't do much except put a look out." Yuri claimed as Yuri hummed, "in the meantime, there is something else. May be related."

"When people say that, it's usually related." Gwen stated.

"You'll hope it's not. At the docks, we found a couple of bodies, vials were scattered around. It seems like whatever they were injected with, killed them." Yuri said as the police captain sighed. "you both should log off for a while, give a chance to figure out more."

"Will do." Gwen said as Y/n got another call and landed on the roof. Gwen looked at him, "should I go on ahead?"

"Yeah, it'll take a minute." Y/n said as Gwen webbed away. Y/n answered the call with his phone. "Hey, what's up?"

"Hey, kiddo. Just checking to see how you're doing. You know, with your side job." MJ referring to Spider-Man.

"Sigh...it's really challenging, if I'm being honest. Especially after yesterday, but...I have to be ready. I took that mask, it's my responsibility." Y/n says as MJ is seen at the Daily Bugle, in her office.

"Don't forget to be a teenager too. Try going to a party." MJ says as Y/n makes a disgusted noise.

"Ugh, No thanks. Parties are not fun." Y/n said as he started webbing to school.

"Sounds like your talking from experience now." MJ said as Y/n did a backflip in the air before shooting the webs out again.

"I've said the same thing before." Y/n tells her as he lands at school.

"Well, that was before you had a 'job'." MJ claimed as Y/n rolled his eyes, "alright, I can feel you rolling your eyes. I'm gonna go, love ya."

"Love you too." Y/n tells his mother as he hangs up. He sees that Gwen left his school bag on the roof with some clothes. "Oh, thank god for Gwen."

Y/n's Spidey sense goes off as he looks up. He sees a news drone, Y/n quickly took his bag and dove down to the streets. He swerved Webb to make a slingshot around the corner. Y/n made a loop around the school as the drone was far behind. Y/n made it to his dorm to see Miles, on the phone. "Yeah, yeah that works....7? Wait, uh, how many siblings do I have to meet? All of them?"

"Come on Miles! Move! Wait... is he talking about Kamala? I'm so happy for him!" Y/n said as he then saw the drone coming right at him. Miles is seen talking on the phone and walking around, ignoring the window and the sounds. Y/n is seen in the background though the window, dodging the news drone. Miles finally leaves as Y/n rolls in with his civilian uniform. "There we go. Now we're talking."

Y/n looks around as Webb points to a picture on his bed. Y/n picks up the picture and smiled, "this was when the cafeteria offered chocolate cake. A good day that was."

Y/n puts it back down and looks at the door, "should head to the class, we're not too early."

Y/n opens the door and enters the hallway. On the walls were past teachers and the development of the school, Y/n looks at one of the text underneath a picture of a blonde woman. "Hm, seems like one of the women that helped fund this school was named Liz Allen-Osborn. Great, that would explain the high tech equipment and teachers. Also would explain how Connors got in so easily."

"Look out!"

A women's voice in Y/n's head warns him of upcoming danger. Y/n holds his head, "damn it, stupid future sense, it's gonna spoil so much for me. Movies are a thing in the past because my spider sense lists anything that scares me as dangerous."

"AGRG!" Y/n grips his head more as the ringing got more intense but it didn't show him anything yet. Y/n looked around as he noticed people in the halls. They looked at him like he was weird.

Y/n walks forward, seemingly let his body guide him to the threat. Y/n found himself at the lab, Y/n looks inside the dark old office. As he searches, Webb clicked the door open as Y/n looked in. "Asking if anyone is there would be stupid...as that would probably end up with me dying."

Y/n looks at the office but couldn't see much, his spider sense was going off like crazy. Webb turns into a spider and crawls on Y/n's shoulder. Webb noticed a slithering noise, dragging and sliding across the floor. Y/n walks or the back, "what, why is there daylight, the windows are in the front?"

Y/n saw a giant hole in the wall, Y/n slowly walked through and entered the door. Y/n looked behind him and tried to follow his spider sense, but he couldn't find the source. Y/n breathed a sigh of relief, Y/n looked to the left and his Spidey sense suddenly spiked. "RAAAAH!!!"

Y/n dodged a slice from Lizard before Lizard slices Y/n and pushes him back into bookcase. Lizard looks at his hands, "Y/n Parker."

"You know me ugly?" Y/n says as he feels his chest, three marks were in the shirt, but luckily that's all it got to. Lizard tried at attack him again as Y/n quickly rolled out the way. "ああくそ!"

Y/n then took off his bag and blocked the other claw from slicing him. Y/n weaved from a tail hit as he kicked Lizard back a bit. Y/n was so confused. "How do you know me?!"

"Y/n, you were there on the bridge. Weren't you?" Lizard said as he healed. Y/n took a couple steps back, "you stopped me from getting Osborn."

"Wait, Connors?" Y/n figured it out, "oh my god, what happened to you?"

"I solved cancer, Sinner's Death." Lizard smiled as he raised his hands to the sky. "I'm healed, evolved. But, it's not finished testing. I need my team back, and I need money, and I need time."

Y/n got his backpack and put it on his back. "I'm fine with you doing that. In fact, I'd love to help you out."

Lizard was confused, he looked at Y/n, but...

He transformed back into Connors, "I-I...I knew you'd understand."

"Yeah, it's no problem. You were just out of your mind right?" Y/n asked as Connors froze. "On the bridge...right? The lizard took over...the planning bombs..,the disappearances."

"...Yes. That was him..." Connors lied as Y/n gritted his teeth. Y/n gave a roundhouse kick to the center of his chest. Connors went back, flying into the bookshelves, crashing them in on each other. Y/n quickly takes out his costume and puts on his suit. Rising from the knocked down shelves, Lizard comes back with a growl.

"Why do it, Connors!? You said even when you struggle, that you shouldn't steal from those suffering just like you!" Y/n said as Lizard threw the bookshelf at Y/n. Y/n webbed it and span it around at Lizard, Lizard sliced through it and leaped at him fast. Y/n was knocked to the ground and held Lizard's hand up back with his foot, pushing it upwards. "Go back! You still have time to make this right! Turn yourself back to how you were! Whatever made you like this, it's not worth it!"

"Connors could never save his daughter, with time, her and many more will evolve and be free from their cancerous burdens." Y/n punched Lizard back after Lizard's comment. Lizard knocked Y/n down once again with his tail. Lizard tried to slam him once again as Y/n webbed a ceiling fan down as it crashed onto Lizard's head.

"Snap out of it, this isn't you!" Y/n quickly rose in the air by giving Lizard a backflip kick and Webb shot two webs at the ground.

Y/n kicked Lizard into the hallway, leaping onto his back. The students saw Spidey battling the giant lizard and started screaming. They filled the hallways as they ran out any exit they could find as Y/n tried to keep Lizard restrained. Stan Lee is seen as the janitor, "hey! Keep it in the right side of the school, you scoundrels! "

"ちょっと失礼.!" Y/n shouts as he looked at Connors, webbing him all around. "Connors! Stop! You're gonna destroy the school! You're not thinking straight!"

Lizard grabbed Y/n and threw him down the hall. Webb shot a web to pull Y/n upwards before Lizard stomped on him, the stomp alone shattered the ground. "I gotta call Gwen, but I can't say her name. I don't have a moments rest though! How do I snap Connors out of this...can I if he's doing it by choice?"

"Your daughter, would she want this?" Y/n asked as Lizard stopped moving. Lizard growled.

"Shut up, don't you speak of her." Lizard said as Y/n got up and caught his breath. "I can heal those that are wounded, I can cure them. Save them. Don't stop me, y/n. Please."

"Would she want all this destruction, all for her sake?" Y/n asked as Lizard charged at Y/n with four on the floor. "To find a 'cure'?"

"RAAAAH!!" Lizard went to sliced Y/n as Y/n webbed the two sides of the hall way before taking the web and dashing under Lizard's legs. Y/n kicked the back of the head as Lizard went to the back. Lizard went into the bathroom as Lizard wrapped it's tail around the sink, snapping it off before throwing it at Y/n. Y/n went back before he held his head, Y/n dodged another sink as Y/n slammed a web hammer to Lizard's face, slamming it into the mirror. Y/n kicked the legs of Lizard before Lizard followed with a slash, Y/n weaved from it and took two steps back to quickly step over the tail slash before Y/n gave a snap knee to Lizard. Lizard knocked over the stalls to reveal a man going to the bathroom with his headphones on and on his phone. Lizard sliced Y/n's downward, taking half of the mask down, revealing half his face. Lizard elbowed Y/n back and through the wall, bringing them to the work out room.

"くそっ, my mask!" Y/n rolled on the ground and slammed into a wall, Y/n holds his face before he slowly gets back up. He webs his face, in a fail attempt to hide his identity. "Your concern for my welfare touches me deeply!"

Webb shoots itself to some weights and throws them at Lizard, to which Lizard sliced through. "Pitiful attempt."

"もちろん, あなたは金属をスライスします." Y/n said as he webbed Lizard but Lizard ripped the webs with ease. Y/n stepped on the edge of a bench, launching it into the air before spinning and kicked it at Lizard. Lizard caught it one hand as he looked to the side to throw it at the ground. In that time, Y/n leaped off the walls and kicked Lizard in the face before webbing the back as Lizard runs into the hallway.

"Is the cost clear?" Miles asks as Alison nods.

"Yeah, it's all good." Alison says as she, Gwen, and Miles made a dash for the exit. "You know, we'd never be out in this situation had you just left them there."

"Oh yeah, leave the classmates in the classroom as we escape." Gwen rolled her eyes as she ran.

"Well you shouldn't have spoke for all of us. I wanted to leave them there." Alison said as Miles looked at her.

"And why didn't you? It's cause you cared." Miles called her out as Alison glared at the door ahead.

"Don't be putting words in my mouth." She suddenly stopped, the other two looked at her.

"What are you doing?! Let's go!" Miles asked as Gwen's Spidey sense went off.

"Wait, somethings coming..." Alison said somehow as sure enough, Y/n arrived and was thrown down the hall with a tail.

"Ugh, グロス." Y/n put it to the side as the others looked at him.

"Y/n...?" Miles was the first to say.

Y/n felt his face to see his old mask was gone. Y/n picked it up to see half a mask, Y/n quickly put it in his pocket. Y/n put on Peter's old mask. Y/n looked at Alison, Miles and Gwen. "You all need to get out of here."

"Oh my god, it all makes sense now." Miles said as he held his hand up towards him. "The absences, the tardies, the leaves, the self talking. It was because your Spider-Man. Secret identity, right?"

"Uh....yeah. You're taking this...really well." Y/n admitted as Miles shrugged.

"It's called a secret identity for a reason." Miles said as Gwen looks at him.

"Y/n, what's going on? The whole school was evacuated?" Gwen had to play the role of civilian.

"The lizard came and it's..." Y/n debated whether to tell them, "it's a problem. I'll get you guys out of here!"

"Wait!" Alison said as she seemed sad and hurt. "I want answer, can't you give me one?"

"And I want a drink, but neither is gonna happen until we get out of here." Gwen said as Alison glared at her.

"Can you not give a snarky comment to everything for one second?!" Alison shouts as Lizard comes busting through the door.

"Miles, Gwen, and Alison. Some of my favorite students in one place." Lizard said as Miles took a step back.

"Whoa, wait, he sounds a lot like..." Miles started to say.

"Doctor Connors?" Alison asked in disbelief.

Lizard launched at them as Y/n shoots Webb at the ground and it rises to make a web wall. Y/n webs Lizard's mouth so he couldn't bite them, Y/n then tried to wrap him up again and put Lizard on the ceiling. Y/n looked at the other, "Webb's gonna bring you down to safety, the safe way."

"What's the safe way?" Gwen asked as Webb surrounded them with webs...before he slammed the through the window.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" the three shouted as they hit the ground, the webs disappeared as they all gently landed on the ground, with the other class memebers.

"Police! Come out with your hands up!" Yuri appeared as Miles looks at her.

"It's a giant lizard!" Miles says as Yuri started to panic.

"I really don't need a lizard man with a spider man..." Yuri says as Y/n looks out the window.

"Looks like the police can handle it from..." Y/n turned around to see Lizard going for the sewers. "Hey! You're not supposed to move!"

Y/n leaps out the other side of the window as Lizard crawls in a sinkhole after transforming back. Y/n in the air webs eye ground and goes straight down, webbing the manhole cover up and going down. The meanwhile cover fell down as Y/n looked around, "I'm probably on my own for a while, Gwen can't leave die to the police basically just surrounding her and the others. What if...no, no, we trained for this. I got this."

Y/n looks around at the dark, moist sewer, huge rats. "Ugh, this is worst than the boy's gym locker. Which surprisingly has one of the cleanest restrooms in the school."

Y/n ran forward on the sidewalk as he could barely see, Y/n looks at darkness, "Connors! Come out now, be good lizard. Here, Lizard, Lizard, Lizard."

Lizard opened his fangs to bite Y/n as Y/n kicked Lizard back. He webbed to his chest to strike as Lizard went to slice, slicing Y/n's face slightly before Y/n kicked Lizard back. Lizard started to crawl on the top, "hey! Wall crawling is a Spider-Man thing! Hey, you start spinning a web and I'll sue!"

Lizard pushed off the walls and went to slice Y/n's throat but Y/n dodged it, or so he thought. Lizard slides Y/n's side and Y/n went into the stream and Lizard followed. Y/n rushes ahead and gets up but Lizard tries again. Y/n barley catches it, "why don't you die already."

"Killing me, and hurting others. It won't save your daughter any faster!" Y/n shouted as Connors stopped for a brief second before Connors is overpowered...by the Lizard. The lizard smiles as he digs his claws deep Y/n's chest. "AAAAAAHHHHHHGHHH!!"

Webb came and knocked back Lizard as Lizard got annoyed. Lizard threw Y/n into a sewer tunnel. Y/n's body went into the sewer 'water' before he went swirling inside, leaf for dead. Lizard smiles but soon feels throw up. Connors came back and holds the ground, "oh god, Y/n. I can't...what have I done..."

"He stopped us, from healing your daughter, to heal the world. This is what you wanted!" Lizard came out as the scales covered half his face.

"Y/n was saving people too, he was making a difference." Connors argued. "We could've never gotten this far without him."

"While that is true, he doesn't believe in the cause. Was he curing cancer? Was he stopping an incurable disease? The only thing stopping for from saving your daughter, is them, and time. You don't have much time left with her." Lizard said as Connors looked at Y/n's blood. Connors then held his head down and lifts it back up, with the Lizard fully enveloping him. He looks at the camera and fully opens his mouth as the camera zooms in. The blackness transitions to Y/n floating in the darkness.

"Y/n L/n-Parker. I am speaking to you from inside of your body. It seems we can only communicate when your fading from the realm of life and death." a woman's voice said to Y/n. "That spider bite of yours? It seems a spider had bitten you. Or should I say, our pet."

"Your...pet?" Y/n asked her, totally confused.

"Yes, when the multiverse was threatened again, Cassandra wanted to have a back up plan in case anything happened to me or..her. The bite could've been anyone, but it was you." The lady says as Y/n is seen in a void, walking towards the lady.

"So...all those powers are from you and that lady?" Y/n asked, "it's not a genetically modified spider from Oscorp?"

"Dear, If you hadn't noticed. The people of this universe are rather...dumb. They take things to the extreme, everything feels so...unrealistic. I want to study this universe further, through you." The lady said as Y/n walked closer. "Your powers are...an interesting case"

"Wait, wait, so I don't have spider-sense?" Y/n asked.

"Well, your spider-sense is more like her ability of prescience." The Lady revealed.

"And, and my healing factor?" Y/n asked.

"Psychic Surgery. You're welcome." She said as Y/n finally reached the throne in which the lady sat on. She seemed rather young.

"Just...who are you?" Y/n asked the lady in red.

"Well, my name is Julia Carpenter. But you can call me Madame Web."

"Y/n!" a voice shouted out as Y/n is seen in the air.

"Huh?" Y/n opens his eyes to see Gwen carrying him to safety.

"Hey, nice to see you awake." Gwen said as she swung back to the dorms.

Y/n felt his chest, feeling a liquid slip through his fingers before the wound started to close. "Webs, huh...?"

"Makes a good replacer for a bandage until we make it back." Gwen said as Alison and Miles are seen in Miles and Y/n's dorm.

"How could he...?" Alison said as she held her hands.

"I mean, doesn't it all make sense?" Miles asked, "all his excuses. It's a secret identity."

"It's not the same, Miles... we grew up at the orphanage together. We know almost everything about each other..." Alison looked at her own hands while saying this. "But, he didn't trust me enough...to tell me himself."

"Well, while I don't get how you and the others must be feeling...if there are any others..." Miles said as he leaned on his bed. "I see it as...a secret to protecting others. If it wasn't a problem, we would've known Spider-Man's identity. I for one, know Y/n isn't the one to keep a secret if it was important. He's not the smartest tool in the shed."

"Heh," Alison said with a tiny smile, "you're right."

"Here." Gwen said as she climbed up the walls with her costume on. "Don't worry, they know now. Had to tell them otherwise I would've never found you."

Y/n laid on the ground as the gang looked at him. "Great, great..."

"Holy shit, what happened to you?" Alison asked as Y/n pointed to the claw marks. "Right, Connors."

"Why would he want to kill you anyway?" Miles asked as he brought the first aid kit.

"His daughter is dying of Sinner's Death, and it seems like she's gotten worse." Y/n said as he lifted his head back as Miles started to get to work. "How do you know how to do this?"

"My mother taught me." Miles stated as he helped him to the bed.

"But we know that Connors had a team from Oscorp as they tried to find a cure." Alison said as Gwen nodded.

"That's right, Connors had papers scattered in that sewer I found you in. An unknown artifact with an unknown element." Gwen stated, Y/n looked at her mask.

"That unknown element...it was on Spider-Man's desk. It must've been something he's come across." Y/n said as he holds his head, "they didn't know how to make it work...until I gave him the answer."

"Y/n..." Gwen says.

"Don't 'Y/n' me, I should've known if it was on his desk, it shouldn't be something I messed with." Y/n grips his head, holding his head down as the mood got heavy.

"I'm your defense, you didn't know the guy was gonna turn into a giant lizard." Alison said, "you can't blame this all on you. Some of it is, I won't lie to you. But you were doing it, thinking you were gonna help a friend, that's not on you."

"I've already told Yuri of the situation, the police are watching Kate at the hospital in case of anything." Gwen says as she crossed her arms. "Meanwhile they raided the sewers to find Lizard, but a warrant and a message out to find Connors."

"Let me guess, they didn't come back?" Alison asked as Gwen looked to the side.

"any idea for where he's going?" Miles asked after the long silence; answers for them.

"Luckily most of the school's facilities are closed due to the attack to figure this out. I figure he'd go to the hospital if he has everything." Gwen tells them.

"But he doesn't have everything." Y/n says as he holds his hands to his mouth and looks up from his lowered position. "Norman. The first person he went after on the bridge."

"It's always Oscorp." Alison sighed as Y/n nodded. "Knowing Norman, he probably stay at Oscorp, to show he ain't afraid."

"Even though the public basically knows nothing." Miles said as Y/n looked at the two.

"Alright, I'll need you two to leave now." Y/n says as Alison pushed him back on the bed.

"You're not getting rid of us that easy." She says and Miles nodded.

"We'll keep your secret. But we want in. Saving one life is good enough for me." Miles told him.

"Yeah...me too." Alison admits shyly. Y/n looks at the two, smiling and scoffing.

"Alright, no going back now." Y/n says as he grips Miles and Alison's shoulders. "You two will be my ears and eyes in the city. I couldn't ask for anyone better...yet."

"Ouch." Miles jokingly says. "I'll keep tabs on any news about Oscorp."

"I'll go and see if Lizard is anywhere or is headed towards Oscorp." Alison says she heads out with a big smile.

Miles looked at Y/n, "Uh, didn't the school cameras see your face when your mask was ripped?"

Shit.

"Don't worry, our friend already covered that." Gwen told Miles as he nodded and headed out. Gwen closes the door and webs it closed. "You sure that was a good idea."

"Doing this job alone is hard, maybe as a team, we won't fall into what state Peter's in." Y/n says as he gets up. "But, Lizard...how do we reverse it?"

"Well, who do we go when we need cures?" Gwen asked.

"Done, there you go." Olivia said as Y/n looked at her.

"Where's the build up, the hard work. You make it look so easy." Y/n said kinda depressed.

"Let me phrase it this way, Y/n. I only teach because it's fun." Olivia said as he holds a beaker. "I'm glad your fight didn't include the chem lab. But, those claw marks he left in your body, they had enough of his blood and the injection formula to counter it."

"How many shots do we got?" Y/n asked as Olivia gave him two vials. "Alright, we can make this work."

"Here's your suits, all sewer free." Olivia said as she gave Y/n and Gwen their sits. Gwen smiled at Y/n.

"Having rich friends are so cool." She stated.

"I could not agree more." Y/n said as he put on his costume. He held his hand, looking down on it, and remembering the dream. "She said it could've been anyone, but it seems like it was planned thing. Multiverse? This was so simple, and now it's so confusing. Whatever, don't think of it yet. Wait till we're done."

"Wait, Gwen. I need you to stay behind real quick." Olivia said as Gwen finished putting on her suit.

"It'll only takes a second, go on." Gwen said as Y/n nodded. He leapt onto the wall and crawled into the vent, leading to the top. Y/n looked at the Oscorp building in the far, far, distance.

"Alright, Doc. I'm coming."
