She is said to be Eve's very first Monster. "Mother of Shifters" they called her.  Eve created her within herself with black blood from the leviathan. She knew that this shifter would bring a long way of strong shifters. She made her a companion years after she was created. They began to create more shifters for Eve. That's until she disobeyed her and was punished before being lock up. Her lover the Alpha Shifter broke her out of her prison. They have been together ever since. Now the Alpha Shifter is rounding up all their children and their children's children. She had to do something lowkey while they gathered the babies. She decided to make a center where she and the Alpha would stay to take care of the children. But that was before she finds out it's more to life than just doing eve's bidding.
