It was a beautiful and sunny morning in the Hidden Forest Village. Deep within the outskirts, surrounded by trees, was a cluster of dark red wooden houses with green grassy-style rooftops. There was also a large open field with Pokemon creatures roaming around.

This area was the compound of the Legendary Poketto clan, a well-known clan throughout the Land of Woods and shinboi nation.

Inside the most prominent house, in a beautiful blue-painted bedroom, was a five-year-old boy and son of the Poketto clan head sleeping peacefully under a thick warm green blanket.

A rough knock was heard outside his bedroom door, startling him from his slumber.

"Who is it?" He asked with a yawn turning his head slightly toward the direction of the door.

"Akimitsu, time to get on up, little brother," A tall peach skin fourteen-year-old male with shoulder-length spiky white hair and silver eyes said, sticking his head through the door slightly."You didn't forget that today you get your partner Pokemon?" He asked.

"That right now, that today is the big day!" Akimistu sat in bed, revealing his peach skin and short messy peach hair.

"Go wash up and then come on down for breakfast, little brother," He said.

"Okay, I shower, big brother," Akimistu said, getting out of bed and heading toward the bathroom.

"Good, your favorite was made for breakfast for today's special occasion," Yasu said, shutting the door.

"My favorite, yes!" Akimistu cheered happily, rushing to the bathroom to wash on.

Akimistu then walked back out of the bathroom a few minutes later, wearing a white short sleeve shirt with an orange Pokeball silhouette on the back of it and matching white shirts.

"I can't believe today I get my partner Pokemon just like every member of the Poketto clan!" He exclaimed, opening the bedroom door.

He immediately exited the bedroom and headed down the stairs toward the kitchen to eat breakfast. As he was almost to the kitchen, he smelt a strong and familiar scent and knew his favorite was made for breakfast.

"Good morning Aki-kun," A woman with long Watermelon color hair and silver eyes wearing a red apron standing in front of the stove greeted her with a smile.

"Good morning, Mother," He greeted, sitting down at the table.

"Morning," Yasu sai,d sitting across from Akimistu at the table.

"Looks like birthday boy is awake. You excited for today," A tall and muscular man with short spiky white hair and red eyes sai,d walking into the kitchen holding a small two-year-old girl with short turf of watermelon hair and red eyes. She wore white onesies with an orange Pokeball silhouette on the upper cornet.

"Yes, I'm excited after all. It's the day I get my Pokemon partner. Everyone in the clan gets one on their fifth birthday," Akimitsu said with a giant smile.

"Alright, settle down time to eat breakfast," Akane said, placing a large tray in the center of the table and empty plates and bowls for everyone to eat breakfast.

Akimitsu eyes filled with delight as he saw that his mother had made his favorite breakfast after on for today's special occasion.

"Looks delicious as always, my love," Minoru said, placing the little girl down into a highchair next to him as he sat down after grabbing a cup of juice for Akimitsu and Chika and tea for the rest of them.

"Eat on up, Akimitsu, and then you can get to meet the newly hatched batch of Pokemon and get your partner Pokemon," Akane said, sitting down at the table and smiling at her youngest son's excitement.

"Alright, I'll eat breakfast so we can get to the fun part," Akimitsu said, getting some of the food and moving his juice closer.

"Fun part," Chika said cutely, looking at her peach hair older brother.

"Yeah, the fun part, little sister," Akimitsu chuckled at his adorable little sister.

"Man, more excited than I was, not that I wasn't looking forward to the day," Yasu said in a monotone voice.

"No, you just were less energetic, so you didn't show emotion and still hardly do expect for that half-Poketto girlfriend of you are dating," Minoru said, smiling at his oldest son.

"Her is Mussahi, and just because she is half Uzumaki, don't call her half Poketto girl. Her father is one of the strongest members of the clan," Yasu said with slightly narrow eyes.

"Relax, I was just kidding, Mussahi, a wonderful girl, nasty temper through," Minoru chuckled.

Akimistu winced as he recalled the first time he saw Mussahi angry. It was a terrifying sight to witness.

"Speaking of her, is she still joining us for Akimistu's big day?" Akane asked.

"Yeah, she sent a message earlier saying she be over after breakfast," Yasu replied.

"I'm glad Mussahi is cool when she's not being scary," Akimitsu smiled, eating his soup.

"She is and quite beautiful, too," Yasu said with a smile.

The rest of the breakfast was silent as everyone focused on eating breakfast in peace. A good thirty minutes later, once everyone was done, Akane started gathering the dirty dishes.

"The three of you go ahead and head to the field while I gather the dishes into the sink for washing," Akane said.

"Alright, come on, Chika, and you two time to see the new batch of hatched Pokemon," Minoru said, picking up the baby girl from the highchair.

"Yes, time to get my partner Pokemon!" Akimistu cheered, hopping out of his seat.

"Relax, little brother," Yasu chuckled, ruffling Akimistu's hair.

"He right. You don't want to wear yourself out before spending time with your new partner," Minrou said.

"Okay," Akimitsu said, following his father and older brother out to the backfield.

Akimistu stood before a large wooden pen with his father and brother. That had slightly more than ten different Pokemon inside of it, relaxing or playing around with the other Pokemon.

"Wow, so many amazing Pokemon who can be my partner!" Akimistu said with a twinkle in his eyes.

"I agree this was quite the batch that was hatched this year. The clan elders did a great job raising this year's batch of Pokemon there in excellent condition," A familiar feminine voice said.

Everyone turned around to see a beautiful fair skin fourteen-year female with shoulder-length magenta hair and Sapphire blue eyes. She was wearing a pink Kinmino shirt and a dark blue skirt, and long black ninja sandals.

"Mussahi," Yasu smiled, seeing his girlfriend was here.

"You made it, big sister Mussahi!"Akimitsu exclaimed, running over and hugging her.

"Yeah, she actually just arrived as I was wiping off the table," Akane said, joining the family outside.

"Alright, little man, sure you want to get your partner," Musshai said, ending the hug.

"She right goes on in there and finds the one meeting for you," Minoru said, opening the pen and pushing his youngest inside, and closing the gate.

"Alright, here we go," He said, looking around at the Pokemon in pen.

'Who to choose.' He thought, looking at first acute little Rufflet just like the one Mussahi had picked.

He shook his head, not wanting and Rufflet like his Mussahi, and continued to look around, yet so far, nothing was gaining his interest. His eyes then widened as he saw an adorable brown mouse snoring with a bubble coming from its nose.

"Wow," He said, walking over to the tiny mouse sleeping and bending down.

"Seems you found an interest in the shiny Cyndaquil that hatched and the only shiny Pokemon in the batch," Akane chuckled.

"So beautiful that color," He said, gently stroking the Cyndaquil head as it opened its eyes and looked at him cutely."What it's gender?"

"I take it then you want her as your partner since you asked for the gender and haven't taken your eyes off her. See, you saw her," Minoru said.

"I believe that a good choice. Look how close they already seem," Mussahi said, seeing Cyndaquil nuzzling Akimistu's cheek.

"I'm going with her. She's perfect," Akimitsu said, hugging Cyndaquil closely to his chest.

"Alright, now that you have your partner, we must see the elders and get her Pokeball so in the future, she can go in there if there is ever danger on missions she can't handle or injury," Akane explained.

"Right, come on, my new partner," He said, leaving the pen.

"Excellent choice, little brother. You two were made for each other," Yasu said, placing a hand on his little brother's shoulder as they retrieved a Pokeball for Cyndaquil.

"I agree we were meant for each," Cyndaquil said.

Akimitsu eyes widened as he heard the small feminine voice.

"Is something the matter, Akimitsu?" Mussahi asked, noticing the expression on his face.

"No, it's nothing," He said, shaking it off as he imagined the voice.

I know that I haven't finished writing any of my other stories yet, but I was feeling the writing mood for this story. However, I plan to update and continue my other stories until there completed.

Also, Jessie, also known as Mussahi, is the only character from Pokemon that has been made into the story as a member of the Poketto clan. More will possibly be added in the future.
