Chapter 7: She's a Time Traveller?!?

The next morning.....

_______________

Goju's POV

--------------

After the dream ended, I opened my eyes slowly. I could hear the crackling of a fire, and the pitter-patter of rain outside the of the echoing cave. I sat up, and rubbed my head. I looked to the source of the crackling fire.

I saw Sariah was poking a fire with a stick. "You're awake." She threw the stick into the fire, and sat near me.

"What happened to me last night?" I asked, hoping for some good news.

"Well.... it turns out that you're half Dragonian." She stated with a smile.

"I figured you'd say something like that." I looked at myself, and realized that I was human.... sort of.

A few patches of grey scales could be seen. I peeled one off, and examined it.

"But why? My parents were human." I threw the scale into the fire, and watched it melt.

"I guess that means that your Guardians failed..." I looked at her, and saw that she was frowning. "What are you talking about, exactly?"

She looked at me. "You're not from this world, Goju. You and I..." She looked at her wrist device. "...Are from a different realm."

That took me by surprise. "We are, huh? That explains a lot." I looked at my wrist device as well.

The orb in the middle of it seened to glow. It was more of a dim glow. It's green as well. Sariah's is gold, and it glows dimly, too. The rest of her device was a silver color, while mine was black.

"So, what are these exactly?" I asked her, curiously. "Oh, these? They have many uses. Here, I'll show you one that you would like! Oh, and you can travel through time with these on!" She clapped her hands. excitedly.

Wow. So, we can time travel if we wanted to..... Neat!

She took a hold of mine, and tapped the orb. Then, different screens appeared in mid-air.

"Whoa..." She looked through a few of them, and began closing them, until she said: "Ahh! There it is!" She made it expand, until it was a bit bigger than a computer screen. "This is the weapons and armour section. You can make a copy of any armor, or weapon of choice!" My eyes sparkled.

"I'm in weapon heaven!" I gave her a hug.

"Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!" I kissed her, and scrolled through the many archives and weapons, and found what I wanted.

A zweiihander appeared in front of me. "This blade.... is so awesome!" I took a hold of it, and managed to hold it up. Hmm. It's lighter than I thought.

"That weapon was made by an unknown blacksmith. The legend says that it's made out of every type of metal in existence." Sariah examined it. "It's also very light, and very strong. It's called...... The God Killer."

The blade itself was magnificent to look at. It shone different shades of colours. The handle has a deep brown leather wrapped around it, and a crystal clear jewel was embedded into the end of the hilt.

"It's..... beautiful!" I hugged the blade, and began searching through the armours. i found a suit, and it materialized in front of me.

"That armor has the same story. Same with the shield." She examined it.

"You know a lot about this kinda stuff, huh?" I looked over to her. "Yeah. My dad used to tell me stories of different. Especially about that unknown blacksmith." She smiled, and chuckled. "That was one of his favourites."

I began taking the armor out of the screen, and wearing it. "Your dad sounds interesting."

She nodded. "Indeed he is." She looked back at me. "That armor looks good on you.' She blushed.

I looked at myself, and smiled. "Thank you, Sariah. Did you want to wear anything?" She shook her head. "I'm good with what I'm wearing." I looked at her, and saw that she was wearing chain mail. It covered from her neck, up to her knees. It looked sort of like a robe. She also wore leather boots and gloves. She also wore a cloak that wrapped around her head, and fell from her shoulders.

"Chainmail?" I asked. "Yeah. You see, it looks like the clothing that traditional Japenese samurai wore. It makes it hard to tell how I"m moving."

"That's smart." I nodded.

"Thank you. Would you like to go?" She held her hand out.

"I'd love to."
