Appearance: Toshiro has an almost porcelain-like skin tone. He has a slim but athletic build and stands at 5'4". He has striking long white hair that cascades down to his back, adorned with light blue and black streaks. His hair is often worn loose, flowing freely. His icy blue eyes are sharp and piercing, and like his father Orochimaru, they take on a serpentine quality. 

Outfit: He wears a dark blue and white jacket over a short-sleeved ocean blue kimono shirt with silver snake pattern along with dark blue pants with matching snake pattern. However, while training his ninja he instead wears the ocean blue kimono over a sliver long-sleeve fishnet shirt with dark blue pants with multiple pockets, and ninja touch on his waist, and a kunai pouch on the right leg of pants. He also wears a dark blue scarf with snowflakes on it and a matching headband on his forehead with the Hidden Sound symbol on it.

Personality: Toshiro embodies a complex balance of his parents' influences. From his mother Rin, he inherits a calm, cool demeanor and a deep connection to his Yuki clan's ice abilities. He is thoughtful and measured in his actions, rarely acting impulsively. His nickname, Ice Prince, is fitting, as Toshiro like his father often maintains an aloof, distant exterior, rarely letting others see his true feelings except to those he is closest to. 

Toshiro is fiercely loyal to his friends and family, and he carries a deep, protective instinct. His soft spot for those he cares about contrasts with his otherwise cold, calculating nature. When his loved ones are in danger or upset, Toshiro will not hesitate to act, and his icy calm can turn into a focused storm of determination. He holds a deep respect for his father, Orochimaru, and works tirelessly to surpass him. Toshiro is ambitious, driven by a desire to leave his own legacy. However, his ambition is tempered by his cautious nature, preferring strategy and planning over recklessness.
