SPOILERS FOR L CHANG THE WORLD

When I picked up a book that's summery said showed L's true, inner self, I was expecting fluff, not this.
im crying. Im crying. It can't stop. He got his peaceful death... playing chess with Watari one last time, even though it's a hallucination sense Watari is fucking dead. I seriously can't stop crying.

This book fucked me up. I'm normally not a fan of things going off plot of the original, and this was more of an alternative ending to Death Note in my opinion... but... I got sucked into this book.

At least he gets to be with Light and Watari now, he kept talking to both of them through the book as if they were still alive...

But... poor Maki... she's never going to see L again... he taught her to be happy again... and she taught him how important emotions are...
