Brief Backstory: His parents died when he was five, and he lived with his alcoholic uncle. His uncle was abusive, always hit him with empty beer bottles and stuff like that. One day, when he was seven, he was out doing some shopping for his uncle, Mello and Matt just so happened to be out that same day. It didn't take long for them long to notice Echo, whom at the time had a black eye and some microscopic glass shards stuck in areas of his skin (the redness could have easily been mistaken for a rash, though.) The two took the boy back to Wammy's House, and asked Warari and Roger if he could stay. Noticing the state of the boy, Watari and Roger took the boy in with no hesitation. They made two stops later that day, the first stop being the state house to have legal guardianship of him. Next stop was the ER to get the glass shards removed from his skin.
Appearance: Ivory skin tone, messy medium brown hair, dark green eyes.

Other: He jokingly calls Mello Mom and Matt Dad sense they're the ones that found him.
