I just realized something weird about Alex, Alfred, and Matthew. Modernly, they all have the same physical age, 19. Alex's birthday is in May, whereas Matthew and Alfred's birthdays are in July. So, even though Alfred and Matthew are her older brothers, in physical age (though not noticeable) Alex is older than them by two months.
