I always found this guy an interesting character. Cause unlike the other countries and micronations, he was a human first (and that's when Kiku met the kid.) he told Kiku about how he would become a micronation... And he did. Than Niko Niko Republic seizes to exist... So, this is all we really know about him... So, what happened to Norio after their was no Niko Niko Republic?
