It was a week since Jeno left Korea and Jaemin was hurting. He felt numb. It got even worse at home, his grades fell, he distanced himself completely from people and he stopped eating properly.

He was just like a shell.

He was empty.

Renjun tried to approach him but he was always shoved out of Jaemin's way. Not even Donghyuck or Chenle got close to the pink haired latter. He looked even more miserable than before.

Jaemin tried to study a lot more so his grades would look better and also for him to get distracted. He worked a part time job as well and when he was free, he either slept or hid himself somewhere far from other people.

Renjun was hurting too. Losing both his best friends in just one day and being left alone, well, that wasn't a very enjoyable thing either. Yet Renjun kept in touch with the hockey player.

Jeno was asking about Jaemin a lot, but sadly, Renjun couldn't answer his questions properly.

"Jaemin, we need to talk, please." Chenle called from outside, his forehead resting on the door.

He heard some shuffling from the other side, the door soon falling open. And there stood Jaemin, his eyes already red and puffy, cheeks tear stained and hair a mess.

"I'm sorry Lele..." The older cried, drawing the other into a weak hug.

The two spent the rest of the day in Jaemin's room, talking everything out. Chenle needed to know what was going on with Jaemin so he could try and help, but it was hard to get it out from him.

The latter cried for most of the time and it was truly hard to understand him sometimes, but after all, Chenle understood. He knew Jaemin for way too long, the two could communicate just by two word sentences.

They always made their ways to each other.

"Jaemin-ah do you want to come over for some time? Mom wouldn't mind and you won't be alone..." Chenle suggested softly, handing the boy a box of tissues from the bedside table.

"Please, Lele. Take me out of here." Jaemin stuttered, pleading.

And like that, the younger helped his friend pack his luggage and took him over to his.
