The Infernal Cabal were the founding members of Leviathan, as they were the most powerful and influential people in the world. They may not seem like it in ordinary life, but in the world of villains, they were the strongest and ruthless people you could ever meet. They care for no race, creed, religion, sex or Augment, they care for only three things

Control, Power and Death

The first member was Henrik Kane, he was born in 1918 in Berlin, Germany. Thus making him being raised in the aftermath of World War 1, the Depression Era of Germany and seeing the rise of the Nazi Party, and he thinks that they were complete idiots. Blonde hair, blue eyes and shit? Yeah no he didn't believe in that shit, but he did believe that a superior being lies within 2 things

Technology and the genetic material in a person

So when he became of age, he joined the Humboldt University of Berlin, thanks to a scholarship he won and joined the Nazi Party, not cause he agreed with some of the ideals, but for what they could provide him. Soon after he joined and finished school, he was already considered the most intelligent person in the party. But he didn't care, as he studied and used prisoners to do so

There he created Serum-X and used himself as a test subject. There he became the first ever Augment in Earth-444, and thus began his journey to expand his power over Earth and just see if he can become more powerful. He also started Leviathan with the Serpent, he ain't gonna be important soon, and recruited other members of the Infernal Cabal

He meet Richter first, a mine worker who was exposed to harden elements of Serum-X, which was formed after World War II. He was exposed to enough to awaken his latent abilities, and he immediately went on a crime spree, killing people and robbing banks with his powers, all he wanted was money and status. Henrik had to beat him into submission to make him join

Next was Voidwalker...and umm...well

She destroyed nearly 1,000 planets till she stopped at Earth, sensing a lot of fun to be have there. She looked for the strongest there and Henrik was there to greet her, and he had to use all his abilities to subdue her and make her work for him. She agreed to, as long as she got to kill Evelyn Drake, to finish what she started years ago at Ethereon.

Wraith is a freak of nature, all he wanted to do was get kill and kill anyone that got in his way. He was a hard man to track down, but Henrik managed to do so and deal with the cold blooded man, which didn't take long as he was promised money and kill whoever he wanted.

Lastly was Blight, or Dr. Felix Crowe, was easy to find as Henrik knew how a fellow scientist works. When he found him, all he found was a man who was jealous of others being acknowledged by his superiors and not him. So he used a vial of Serum-X in a room with all the worlds dangerous diseases and then some, and thus made him the Plaguebearer, a man who can't remove the suit he was sealed in

Henrik knew how to manipulate him, as he was just a petty man willing to do anything for recognition and pride. So as long as he was given free rein to do whatever he wanted, he would join. And for Henrik...that was a easy bargain for him, so then the last member was chosen

Soon after Henrik began the Aegis-Leviathan War and was teleported to the new Earth, he murdered the Serpent cause he was useless to Henrik now. So now he had a new mission

Background: As stated Henrik studied to understand the human body and the genes inside them. So when he decided to join the Nazi Party, and he joined the scientific team of the Nazi party and began research on super human soldiers, a 1,000 Year Reich required 1,000 year soldiers. He did start this as a cover to help the Nazis, but he didn't care about their philosophy or the true Aryan breed Hitler preached

He had a view of superior human beings in the way of technology and unlocking the human genome. But he needed to test the new chemical compound he created, he need subjects...and the Nazi army brought in plenty thanks to his suggestion

Henrik: Why use Jews just as labor? When they can offer their bodies to the study of science for the Third Reich?

So he was allowed to use the Jews taken prisoner, thus began his inhumane experiments on them. As he expected not many survived to the tests, but he didn't care as long as he got the results he wanted. So he continued till the end of the of World War 2, where he finally perfected Serum-X, and used it on himself.

He then gained multiple abilities after that, so now he roams the earth in search for powerful beings to recruit for his dream, making this world in his image. Where the strong ruled and the weak do as they say.

And let's say he is the man responsible for what Epsilon is to this day, and Epsilon repaid what he did to him. By ripping him one by one, and all Henrik did was laughed as he knew he broke the young man

She accepted to join Leviathan as long as she gets to kill the last Etherian and kill any one she waited, but if they were needed by Henrik, she won't touch them...until they were useless to him. She is psychotic, battle hungry and likes to kill and drink on her down time

He continued his work till Henrik came and beat him into joining. He made a side deal, he would continue his work outside Leviathan and gets paid every job he does. Richter is one of the strongest, but also one of the greediest villains in the Cabal. Thats it basically, easy to anger and was the most predictable one, he is the weak link

He ran from the military and became a deranged serial killer, a man who enjoys blood more than sex or drinking. He even works for hire, but he doesn't want money, he likes targets to kill that would provide a challenge.

And for some reason, he has grown a weird fixation on Lila, making her a target he wanted to kill. Many believe its cause of the similarities of their powers, and he hated it and wanted to kill her to make him the only one to have these powers

So one day he decided to show them who the real genius was, so he sealed himself in a room with all the known diseases in the world

And released them all, and as he was exposed, he injected himself with Serum-X, thus turning into the embodiment of plagues in the world. He then left and became a Bio terrorist, making Henrik to hunt him down and spoke with each other. Felix wanted the simple things, he was allowed to experiment whatever he wanted and whoever he wanted

Henrik was surprised to see a smart man be played as easily as a fiddle, but he did want him cause of his high intelligence and usefulness. Felix didn't see all that, he saw some finally appreciating his skills and intelligence, and seeing a way for him to do whatever he wanted in the field of science. Poor poor fool
