1 month later

"Surprise!" They all cheered, he smiled seeing the pack house filled with his pack members holding banners.

Today was Taylor's birthday and the whole pack decided to hold a party for him.

"Awe guys, thank you so much" he smiled warmly. Jacque and Max on his sides and Maximus at his feet.

"Now, who wants some cake" Rita says making everyone cheer.

This past month, things have been great for the throuple, their bond had gotten stronger and they managed to create their own link. Jacque had been marked by Max after a long night of....ahem....you know.

Taylor was also excelling at his prime wolf position, Maximus had started daycare and he made a certain friend which he refers to as his boyfriend and his parents will always tell him they were just friends which made him very sad.

Toby and Nate were expecting to meet their first bundle of joy in a few weeks. The two had been active alot and Nate was worrying of injuring their unborn child but when Vera gave them the green card, he never held back since.

Benjamin and Andy unfortunately suffered a miscarriage, after a night out, a drunk driver crashed his car with theirs, Andy was lucky to survive but their pup didn't and Benjamin was very sad. Andy would try to cheer him up but it wouldn't work.

Sandra eventually came back to visit and Rita was very happy, the two had made love in Sandra's car all night and they shared their first 'i love you'. Rita was very happy to have someone who finally understands her.

"What are you thinking about?" Max asks. Taylor smiles.

"How far we've come...thank you for not leaving me"

"Thank you for sticking around"

They shared a kiss earning an 'ew' from their son.

Jacque joined them holding cake.

"Okay okay, stop making out and have some cake"

They pull away and laughed. To say Taylor was happy was understatement. He was over the moon happy, eventhough he knows things were rocky ahead he knows that his mates will be there to support and comfort him and he will do the same for them.

"Yes, passports, toothbrushes, deodorants and cash"

"Okay let's go"

Today was the day Taylor and his family were going on vacation and he was very happy to go, Benjamin and Rita were left to be in charge of the place.

They got in the car and drove off to the airport.

"How is the weather there?"

"Babe it's Miami"

"Oh right..."

"Are you nervous about something?" Max asks.

"No no, just excited" he says.  He was nervous, this was the first time they will be exposed to the human world and Taylor can't help but feel like they were going to be judged or put to shame by the humans.

"Papi look!" He followed the chubby hand's direction and saw an airport.

"Its called an airport"

They chuckle at the same time. Few minutes later, the family made their way to their private plane, something Jacque had boasted about for the past few days.

"This is nice, i can't wait to see Miami" Taylor says once he was settled in his seat. Maximus jumps off his lap.

"Me too!"

"Maxi no running"

"Okay...."

Max laid back and covered his eyes with a blindfold.

"Wake me up when we arrive"

"Are you sleeping?"

"I'm tired, my dick is still sore from last night" he said making the flight attendants blush.

"Max, we have kids on board" Taylor scolded.

"Oops"

Hours later, the plane landed at the airport and Taylor's anxiety was skyrocketing at this point, Maximus was asleep in his arms snoring lightly.

"Come on babe, let's go"  Jacque says shaking Max awake.

"I'm up".

They got off the plane and were greeted by the airport staff, in their hands were bright flower leis (is this the correct spelling?)

"Welcome to Miami, aloha"

They received their flower leis and Jacque led them to the front of the airport where a black sprinter was waiting for them.

"This is our ride"

"Someone is going all out" Max says. Taylor laughs, his laugh simmers down seeing the strange looks people were giving him and his child.

"Taylor? You coming?"

"Huh? Yeah"

"This is nice" they said looking at the vacation home, it was big enough for all of them. Jacque smiled.

"Let's head inside and rest, then we can go exploring in the evening"

"Sure"

They head inside only to gasp in awe looking around the house. Taylor smiled seeing pictures of Jacque and his family.

"Is that wynter? He looks so manly" he teases seeing a picture of Wynter wearing a bright yellow summer dress.

Max chuckles seeing a toothless Jacque grinning at the camera.

"Is this before your fangs kicked in" he said making Taylor laugh. Jacque blushes hiding the picture.

"Stop snooping"

As they walked around the house the pictures got less happy, if you looked closely, the sparks in Jacque's eyes dimmed down and Taylor guessed that it was the time his mother died.

"She looks beautiful and welcoming" he said looking at a self portrait of a young woman wearing a dark red dress, her features were that of a goddess and her smile made Taylor smile involuntarily.

"She was....she would've loved the both of you"

Taylor closed the door to the room Maximus was sleeping in. He made his way downstairs to join his mates.

"And we chased him all day" Jacque finished making Max laugh. Taylor smiled and sat down.

"So what are the plans for tomorrow?" He asks.

"We have sea shell collecting for maxi, sight seeing for Max and Jetski for TayTay"

Taylor scrunched up his nose in distaste.

"TayTay?"

"You don't like it?"

"No"

They all laugh. Jacque pours a glass of wine for Taylor.

"Let loose"

"So you can fuck me later?"

"If i wanted to fuck you, i could do it right now infront of your husband" Jacque says, Max rolls his eyes playfully.

"My husband would kill you"

"Will he kill me even if I was also your husband?"

"Y-...huh?"

Jacque drops to one knee making the two gasp.

"Taylor, Max....i know this is unexpected but...I've waited for this moment for too long and i thought I'd do it during a candlelit dinner but I'm too inpatient....so here it goes....Taylor and Max, will you do me the honor of marrying me?"

Taylor was shocked, Max on the other hand was speechless, he had just been proposed to and he doesn't know how to act.

"Just like that?"

Jacque was shocked.

"Yes?"

"I thought you were going to say more"

"Not really"

Max and Taylor looked at each other they laughed silently.

"Yes"

"Really?"

"Yes really"

He smiles and opens the two boxes, one was a large diamond ring and the other was simple band with a red ruby.

"Where did you get these?"

"They were my parent's"

They smiled putting them on.

"We should fuse these rings into two, i cant got around wearing two wedding rings" Taylor says looking at his two rings.

"we'll figure something out"

The weeks that followed, their vacation was the best Taylor had ever had.

Their son was the most happiest when he saw the beach and ran around with no shoes.

Max was approached by a young woman who flirted with him and let's say that Taylor was not pleased, to the point where he waited for the lady at the parking lot and his mates had too carry him back to the house.

Jacque was looking forward to spend the rest of his life with his mates, something he had been waiting for and he's happy he found it.

They would walk down the streets holding hands. Taylor's fear of being judged was overcome by new memories he shared with his mates because at the end, it was best to remember the good than the bad....right?
