Any of you that have role played with Verick the dragon know that he talks a lot about the committee. This committee is a group of the richest, most powerful people from the city. They meet up and discuss matters like if someone captures a creature, the committee discusses what to do with it and all of the options. A regular human can intervene in the meetings of the committee and give their thoughts which usually causes arguments and people getting fired. If someone is to disrupt a meeting, they either get demoted or fired.
