[Yashin POV]

"Begin!" says Ako.

Me and Pai then charge at The Shogun and Kai. Fighting those two was all but easy, The Shogun's strength is unreal, I felt every punch and kick she delivered to me. And Kai, her speed, her technique and her flexibility were hard to defend against.

"Got any ideas?" Pai asks me.

"Yeah, wait for an opening, then strike." I reply. Kumamoto and Kai then begin to attack us, but we dodge and avoid every attack they throw.

"Impressive, but you can't win by just merely running away." says Kai. Me and Pai combine our attacks together, in perfect sync with each other's movements. We overwhelm Kai and Kumamoto with our combined strength and tactics. In the end, me and Pai were left standing.

"Well done, you two are an amazing team." says Kai.

"Well, Pai is like a sister to me, ever since the day I first met her." I say.

"Well Yashin, you are definitely a team player, you and Yashin have the same tactical awareness." says Kumamoto.

"But, both of you have weaknesses that we both can clearly see." says Kai.

"Pai, your right arm is stronger than your left, meaning your defense is not up to par, with your offense." says Kumamoto.

"And you Yashin, you underestimate your own power, so you go into a fight at half of your strength. You will fight bravely, but you will fall rather quickly." says Kai.

"The same goes for you two as well." says Yashin.

"Kumamoto, you rely too much on power, thus leaving you open to many counterattack's, also you are not adept at fighting more than one person." says Pai.

"And Kai, you fight well, but you value high guard too much, which will make you more predictable with your attacks." says Yashin.

"Now that you observed your weaknesses, we can work on strengthening them." says Ako. We then bow to each other, before going off to train on our own.

[Zenji POV]

I train at my dojo, inside my penthouse, while also thinking about what to do here in Tokyo.

"Zenji..." says Roshi, coming into the dojo unannounced.

"Next time, let me know when you are coming to my domain!" I say to him.

"My apologies, I never would have come here if it was not the most urgent." Roshi says.

"Well then, tell me your information, if it is not important, then get out of my sight." I say to him.

"Your mother is still alive..." says Roshi.

I form a slight smile on my face. "Do you know where she is?" I ask.

"Yes, we will go there at once." says Roshi.

"Wait, when you find my mother, bring her to me... alive!" I say.

"May I ask why?" Gemma wonders.

"She is my mother after all, we deserve one last look at each other before we part." I say with sinister intentions.

"Yes boss." Roshi replies.

"My true ascension, can now begin." I think to myself.

[Roshi POV]

Moments later, I take a handful of Yakuza agents to an abandoned warehouse along with Yogi and Jaguar, where Kumamoto was hiding.

"Attack, but bring me Kumamoto, the Boss wants her alive." I say.

[Ako POV]

Me and Yashin begin training with one another. her skills have greatly improved, since we last trained together.

"Well done, you have improved Yashin." I say to him.

"Thanks for the compliment, now are we going to fight?" asks Yashin.

"Don't get to cocky, you are not untouchable to me." I say. Yashin puts down her sword and she looks up at the sky.

"I did..." I say to Yashin, making her confused.

"What?" she asks me.

"The question you asked me earlier, I did go to school here in Tokyo. I graduated at the top of my class before heading back to my village to finish my training." I say.

"Ako, after you kill Zenji... what then? You ever ask yourself that?" Yashin wonders.

"I don't know..." I say to her.

[Kumamoto POV]

I train to improve my speed and defense, training against Kai.

"You are getting faster, but your defense still needs work." says Kai.

"Let's keep going." I say.

"Wait, I want to know something." Kai says.

"Okay..." I reply.

"How is it, that you became the Shogun?" asks Kai.

"Believe it or not, the title was given to me, I felt like I did not earned it." I say.

"My father, the Shogun before me, forced the title of Shogun on me, against my will. The deeds I have done, we're only to give me a sense that I have earned the title. I was never given the chance to fight for it, I was privileged, but training amongst you and the others, is my greatest privilege." I say.

"So, you were next in line to be Shogun, but you did not ask for it?" Kai wonders.

"Yes... me and Ako are more alike than you realize." I say.

"But, you are giving Ako a choice?" Kai asks.

"Something, that I never had, free will, that is what I am giving her." I reply. Suddenly, we hear a sound in the distance.

"Do you hear that?" asks Kai.

"Yes, we are not alone!" I say.  A Yakuza henchman tries to attack me, but I intercept the attempt, with a strong roundhouse kick to the thugs skull. More Yakuza thugs begin to show up. Kai and I then work together to take them out. As we killed them all, in a storm of violence, the former head of the Yakuza crime syndicate appears.

"Good to see you, Lord Kumamoto." says Roshi.

"Gemma Roshi..." I say.

"How long has it been, three, four, five years? You never call, you never write, I was beginning to wonder if you had forgotten about your best servant." says Gemma. We charge at each other and we engage in combat. I managed to knock Gemma down, with a few shots. As he collects himself, I say to him, "I am disappointed in you Roshi, I thought you would be much more of a challenge."

Roshi smirks and from out of nowhere, Yakuza thugs begin to attack me all at once. I managed to hold my own for 5 minutes, but I was quickly overpowered by their numbers as they forced me to the ground..

"Now, I would kill you, but your daughter wants you alive. Nevertheless, I shall enjoy watching her torture you..." says Roshi. Suddenly, a ball of fire was hurled at one of the henchmen, engulfing him in a blanket of flames.

"Let her go!" says Ako, who arrives with the rest of the team.

[Ako POV]

"Ah! the last of the Rising Sun Ninja Clan... I will be the first to bring your head, as a trophy to my boss." says Roshi.

"Not until I take your head first!" I say while holding my sword. He then charges at me, attempting to strike, but I then quickly sidestep the attempt and I respond with a hard kick, that sends Roshi through a window. I then go after him, and we continue our fight outside in the rain.

[Pai POV]

"Okay, we have ten pissed off Yakuza's, who are ready to bash our fucking brains in... care for a little head bashing of our own?" I ask the others.

"Let's get 'em!" says Yashin. We take on the ten Yakuza henchmen as a tem. I managed to kill two, by snapping one's neck and by decapitating another. Yashin throws one of them to Kai, and she steps on the Henchman's face, crushing it. Pai takes on three at a time, and she mutilates them all with ease. Kumamoto and Yashin deal the last remaining four henchmen, breaking their bones, and crushing their organs.

"Piece of cake!" I say.

Immediately after I started talking, more Yakuza's showed up.

"Nice going, Pai." Says Yayan sarcastically.

[Ako POV]

The fight between me and Roshi intensifies with each and every clang of our swords. We reach a stalemate when we both knock our blades out of our hands.

"You are an impressive warrior, but I am here to fulfill my duties to my boss. Nothing will stand in my way, not even you!" Roshi declares.

"We shall see..." I reply. We engage in hand to hand combat, Roshi was a very skilled fighter, he even managed to dislocate my arm, by kicking it.

"Where did all that fire go? I thought that the Last of the Rising Sun clan would have more to offer me." Roshi says with arrogance. I reset my arm, by twisting it on the ground.

"Be careful what you wish for, you might get what you want!" I say. We clash again, but this time, I gain the upper hand, by countering his attacks. I use my arm guards to slice his throat, causing blood to spew out rapidly. Roshi then enters a blood rage, but that was not enough to stop me. I viciously break his arms and back, before stabbing an explosive kunai in his throat, exploding his head. The others  regroup with me, covered in blood.

"Some party huh?" I ask.

Suddenly, a blast of firey magic blows us all away, knocking us down to the ground. As I slip into unconsciousness, I see Kumamoto being taken by a muscular man and a woman with long black hair. I then pass out, in the middle of the rain, along with my fallen comrades.
