Natsu's POV

"So... Basically, Me, Lucy, Gray, Erza, and Wendy need to get rid of (Y/N)'s demon side?" I ask confused.
"Exactly, my good sir. You guys are the Sacred Five after all. Once that is done, everything is back to normal. You will kiss (Y/N) and then E.N.D is killed. Reason it won't work now, is because her blood has demon blood in it. That is what relates her and E.N.D. Like a bond of some sort-"
"I still have to kiss her?!" I say nearly yelling. He stared at me and leaned in. I could feel his breath on me.
"You should be grateful someone as beautiful as her could love such an idiot." He backed away, where I could only see his back.

"Zeref...Do, do you love her?" I ask.
"Not in the way you're thinking, stupid. There is only one person I ever loved. Mavis." He turns to face me yet again.
"I placed a chip on that blue cat to hear everything. I can't believe it took me this long.. I realize now, the reason I felt so close to her, was because she's my sister.. And I love her, like one too."
"But you made her-"
"E.N.D is far more powerful than me. It would be no surprise that he made me forget that she was my blood."

It was quiet.
"Mind freeing me?" I ask annoyed.
"Wish I could but those chains are enchanted. No wizard can undo them. Only a demon. And in case you haven't noticed, all of them are scared of him."
"Well in that case, what do we do now?" I try changing the subject. All I could think about was (Y/N)- this 'love' people keep talking about. I always believe love was just a Fairy Tale.. It isn't real...Right?
"We wait for them." He said quietly staring at the double doors in front of us.
"Who the hell-"

"(Y/N)!" A boy came barging through the doors. He has white hair, eyes color of snow, pale skin, all while having... Black horns?
"Demon!" I scream. I try to escape only to be treated by a shock.
"Ar-ARH!" I groan in pain. He stares at Zeref for a while.
"Is- is that-" the boy stutters pointing at me.
"Yes, that's Natsu." Zeref says moving to where I could see the demon more clearly.
"Zeref what are you doing?! Kill him!" I shout.
"I would, but (Y/N) and him have formed a profound bond. She would hate me if I laid a hair on his pretty head.
"You know my (Y/N)?!"
"Your (Y/N)?! Funny coming from someone who has spent zero time with her since this apocalypse!" He started marching up to me, fists clenched.
"She's known me for years! I love her!" I scream. Did I just say that-
"Well so do I!" Silence thickened. Even Zeref had a face of shock.

Suddenly, when he said that, something boiled in me. I don't know what it was, anger, jealousy, hate. But the thought of me losing (Y/N) to some demon, enraged me. I leaned into his face and whispered,

"Well at least she loves me."
