CH. 1: Dead

The team was fighting Amazo.

Zantanna and Rocket were throwing balls of energy at Amazo.

Superboy was chucking pieces of concrete at the android.

Kid Flash was running around trying to create a tornado.

Artemis and Red Arrow were shotting arrows.

Megan was trying to lift Amazo into the air.

Aqualad was trying to throw water at Amazo.

Robin was running around throwing birdarangs.

Suddenly, Amazo shot two heart rays.

At Robin.

He dodged the first one, but wasn't as lucky with the last one.

Robin fell to the ground, and did not get back up.

"ROBIN!!!" Megan yelled.

Everyone stopped.

Amazo saw his chance and fleeded.

Everyone was gathered around Robin.

The heat ray hit Robin in the heart, burning it instantly.

Roy ripped off Robin's cape and checked for a pulse.

When he felt none, he started doing CPR on Robin.

After a few minuets, he announced "He's dead."

Most of the team burst out crying.

Wally then contacted the League.

Black Canary picked up.

"Amazo got away. Some of us are injured." Wally said as he clutched his ribs.

"We'll bring you to the Watch Tower on a ship." Black Canary said.

"Black Canary. B-bring a b-body-body bag." Wally said.

"Oh my gosh. We'll be there in a minute!" Black Canary started barking orders to other leagues.

Soon, word spread around.

All the heroes were gathered waiting for the team, Black Canary, and Batman to return.
