Chapter 30

Hello Everyone,

A quick question.

Has anyone of you ever been to Rishikesh? If yes, please do share your experience with us and let me know how many places out here can you recall.

Happy Reading

It was pitch dark even though the clock said it was just 7:30 pm. As Divya and the group got down from the traveler, Divya struggled with the blanket that she had opted to use as a replacement for the shawl, but soon realized what a bad idea it was as it was too big for her. She was still struggling with it when she felt someone walking up to her.

"Arey Didi what's wrong?" it was Aman she looked at him and let out a huge sigh. "Good you are here. Please help me out with this. I can't fold it." Divya gave him a big smile and handed him the blanket.

"I seriously don't understand what is wrong with me, that coordinator won't listen to me and then there are these girls, one asks for a khadi top, the other asks me to fold a blanket while walking on the roads of Hrishikesh... why?" Aman ranted while Nandini and Divya hugged each other sideways and began walking along with the group. On reaching a bit ahead, Aman handed Divya the folded blanket and said, "Ms. Jain is still not on speaking terms. I don't know how to approach her."

"Do you think I know that,it's getting me really frustrated, I don't like this at all. I am just looking for a better time to talk with her, at least with Ms. Tawadia, I am on really good terms with her, and I don't want to lose that."

Since this morning the environment around them was quite tense, Divya felt as if she had upset her mother and couldn't find it in herself to even have eye contact with the professors. From morning itself she had been trying to find some ways to go and talk with them, but then again that didn't work out, for each time someone would be there or ma'am would just walk away from there.

"Try and talk to her now after the tea? Yes?" Aman asked which Divya nodded and went ahead to have the said tea. Though it wasn't that she really enjoyed the tea, she just stood there observing how badly things were getting out of hand. Manav, Madhav and Dev were all around Ms. Jain excusing Ms Tawadia to be aside, the expression that went on Ms Tawadia's face didn't go unnoticed by Divya and she herself felt bad, she wished she could hit the boys right in their head and snap some sense into them.

At that moment it wasn't just Ms. Jain who needed their apology, but it was Ms Tawadia. She needed it the most. Since the last 2 months Divya had seen how much effort the professor had put in so that she could make sure that they all could come to this trip, so that the kids wouldn't have any problems. Divya could only imagine how bad she would have felt.

Soon Divya realized that the boys had begun to leave, she decided it was better to stay with them, Geet was as well tagging along when Divya went off to Ms Jain and said, "Ma'am I am really sorry for what all happened yesterday night. We didn't mean to hurt you all, at that moment things were so complicated, we knew we weren't doing anything wrong other than drinks, but we were scared, we didn't know how it was that we were to face the two of you. Especially Ms. Tawadia."

"That doesn't justifies things Divya, you all are coming here and apologizing to me, did you all even thought once that how Ms. Tawadia would have felt? More than that did you even thought how scared we would have been? It was 2 in the midnight and three of my girls weren't there in the hotel rooms where I was supposed to look for you, what was I supposed to answer to your parents? We knew that you all knew your limits, we as well knew that in jim Corbett you all were there in the boys room for the whole night, we didn't said anything all because we knew that you all knew your limits. But last night and the way the boys behaved today was not done."

Divya and the group kept on walking with Aman and Dhawal falling back listening from a distance as to what they were saying.

"Those boys came and explained themselves in different ways but none of them said sorry even once, those juniors the first years they didn't even have it in them to come and apologize, they were just standing there and laughing, I know they have your backs right now, but for how long? Within months you all will be gone, who will support them after you guys?"

Divya didn't had anything to say and thought it was better to keep quiet when Geet spoke, "I know ma'am it's so wrong and more than that they should have known that it was better to come and apologize, their behavior is so not expected, but then again ma'am this is a trip this was bound to happen, what could even they do?" Divya glared at her. She wasn't being any help right now and wished somehow someone would have been here so that they could have taken her away from there.

"Oh my God Ms. Tawadia why are you crying?" Ms. Jain said as she shook her head at the girls and went ahead. Taking that as an opportunity, Divya pulled Geet and whispered yelled, "Geet do you even know what we are talking about? Please don't make things difficult for us." With that said Divya walked ahead, quite guilty, scared and feeling bad. This was the worst. She had never wanted to see Mis Tawadia like this; it broke her heart and didn't know what was to be said. She was almost on the brink of crying when Miss Jain came and talked with her.

They all were standing almost in the middle of the road right before crossing the ram Jhoola.

"Divya, we all are really disappointed with what happened, but right now your Mis Tawadia needs you, You know how highly she has always regarded you." That was it , that was all that need for the tears to flow down, maybe it wasn't just the fact that she was feeling guilty and that she had hurted her professor but as well the fact that this trip was getting over, this year was getting over, she won't be there anymore around her professor around her Miss Tawadia to go and talk about how things weren't working for her, how she was disturbed, how her interview went, how she enjoyed this particular book, or the times when she didn't knew how to go ahead with her books.

"ma'am I am sorry, but I ... I don't know how to approach her, for you it was easy, but I can't apologize to her ma'am. I am sorry ma'am but around this three years more than you it had been Miss Tawadia with whom I was most close to, sorry ma'am but that was how it was, surely you were there, but for everything else the only person I could think of was always Miss Tawadia, for me after my mom its her, and because she is so close to me I don't know how to face her, I feel as if I have wronged her the most."

While Divya cried, Miss Jain wrapped her into a hug and said, "Divya, you know at times it's most important for people to know what the other person thinks of him. You have always respected us equally, we would have never known what you thought of her until you wouldn't have said it...and now if you mean it go and tell it to her, trust me other than anyone else's words your words will mean a lot to her. Come." Reluctantly Divvya walked up to Miss Tawadia where she was talking with Vidhi, their junior, she was still hesitating when Miss Jain called her out and said, "Divya wants to talk to you."

There was an awkward silence as Miss Tawadia wasn't ready to hear when Divya said, "Ma'am I am really sorry ma'am, I am really sorry for how you are feeling right now. I know we should have come to you when we weren't wrong, but ma'am we were scared, maam last night when I had hid from the two of you, more than thinking of the consequences I could only think of was what you would feel and think of me. Ma'am you are really very important to me and I am sorry, only because of that I couldn't come to you and apologise to you."

"Child I know that, I know what you are and who you are, but child the way your friends behaved last night, this morning and even right now at the tea stall it was so wrong, as if I wasn't important for them at all...but trust me I was never upset with you because I knew how much you respected me, I was just upset and disappointed that you didn't believed in me to handle the situation well... that hurted me the most." For a long time the two kept on talking, the professor complaining, while the student kept on apologizing and pacifying telling her how important she was.

After a few moments Miss Tawadia wrapped Divya in a hug and at that moment Divya felt so good, it was as if all her worries were gone, she realized that through these three years of college these two ladies taught her so much, they were her gurus, the ones who taught her more than just her subjects, it made her realized that from all the time that she had met so many teachers, these two were the ones that taught her what a teacher cum friend was actually like, it felt as if that one hug had brought more close to them. In that short while she could remember all the times they had spent together, the times when the professor applauded her, taught her tactics to work in college, gave her friendly advice, cancelled lectures in subtle manner and so much more.

"Thank you so much ma'am" the professor smiled as they began walking towards the bus, and Divya felt as if a huge brick was lifted off her.

But this thing taught her a lesson, it was wise to let out your feelings to the deserving person at the right time, for you never know that could be the very thing that could change your relationship with them to a completely different level, just like theirs did.

*****

"where were you?" Nandini snapped at Divya.

"I was with Miss Tawadia and Miss Jain, Nandini. We should apologize to her. To Miss Tawadia." Divya said when Aman and Madhav came up to her and pulled her aside.

"I couldn't hear you well tell me what was going on? Why was she crying?" Aman asked as Madhav and Nandini snapped back. "who was crying?"

"Miss Tawadia and Vidhi." Divya replied.

"Divya you first tell me what was it?" Aman asked While Nandini asked her to explain her first what was going on. "will the two of you keep your voice down?" she snapped at them to which Nandini got a bit upset, unhappy being yelled at. She was about to go off from there when Divya pulled her to and explained to them what all was happening.

"So what does she want from us now?" Aman asked.

"Aman don't be an ass, she was right, the way Manav and Madhav behaved even I wasn't happy with it. can't we just end it here, right now Miss Tawadia is on speaking term, why don't the two of you be a bit understanding and apologize to her, somewhere or the other she has helped us a lot."

"we will think of it, but first you help me with this, I need to get a kurti for Neha." The girls and Madhav teased Aman as they went off to look for tops and while they walked in Divya asked, "Will you come with me to apologize to maam?"

Nandini nodded her head as the selection began.

"Ma'am we wanted to talk to you." Divya and Nandini said. Their heads hung low as they stood in the lobby of their hotel in Rishikesh. There wasn't anyone around and it was the perfect time to know if all the matters were wrapped up and to apologize once again in the best manner.

"That's alright child, come sit here." Ms. Tawadia said as she patted a place beside her in the waiting area.

"No ma'am we thought it was necessary, no matter what we surely had disappointed you. And Ma'am it's not like the juniors they don't understand, it's just that none of them know how to approach you, we promise we will make sure that they know well." Nandini explained as Divya nodded her head.

"I am sure they will come around, but other than that I really hope that you would have understood why we were upset with you." Ms. Jain explained. The two girls nodded their heads and couldn't understand what was to be said next when Ms Jain chuckled and said, "Nandu you okay, I hope that slap didn't hurt you a lot. I am really sorry, but trust me at that time all I could think was that you were my kids and I had that much right to slap you."

"No ma'am It didn't but you surely do owe me a chocolate for that." They all began laughing as Miss Jain hunted for a chocolate in her bag. However, along with that Chocolate, the problem and the situation was sorted. An hour later when the girls moved out of their rooms ready to go up for dinner, Madhav walked up to them and said,

"Nandini I need your help please come with me." Divya was about to leave for the terrace when Madhav called her as well, she wondered what it was as they entered his room.

"I am quite confused what to wear." Madhav said as the girls looked at each other than at their outfit that they had been wearing since morning and back at madhav.

"NO one is really going to bother right now what you are wearing." Divya said.

"Well I want to change, I am going to take a bath." The girls nodded their head and picked out an outfit for him, however there was one more problem. "Shoes?" Nanidni gave him an exasperated look and handed him the best ones from all that he had. Once done he looked at the girls and asked, "Can I change now?" flabbergasted and quite embarrassed the girls moved out of the room and towards the Dining area. It was filled with people as Aman walked up to Divya and said, "make sure the Sys and Fys stay after the dinner." Divya gave a confused okay and went off to have her dinner.

She wanted to wait for Madhav, but it seemed that he was already busy with Gauri, one of their Juniors , a sharp shiver went through her spine, as she began feeling irritated and under the weather. Divya felt pathetic for being jealous of such a small thing. It was nothing big, they were just having dinner yet it didn't sit well with her. The way the two of them sat too close, with Gauri's hand on his forearms and then the times when he would smile back at her...that was the worst.

"Divya eat." Nandini prompted. "I don't think I am in the mood of anything. You have as much as you want I will see later on." Thankfully Nandini didn't say anything much and kept on munching on her food. A few minutes later when they were done, they all moved towards Ms. Jain's Table as Aman and Madhav went off to somewhere and came back with a box.

"Ma'am Whatever happened yesterday we all are really sorry, but you must know ma'am that we are really thankful for all the things that the two of you had done. " Madhav said as Aman opened the box that was filled with a mixed fruit cake.

"Ms. Tawadia, we are really sorry for all the things that we would have done intentionally or unintentionally... as well wish you all a very happy women's day." While the two teachers marveled over the cake and thanked the two, Divya looked at Madhav who smiled at her slyly. Divya wondered how she was going to stay mad with him any longer? She so wished that they had been closer and none of the people would have been around them, then she would have surely hugged him tightly and pulled his cheeks for how cute and considerate he was.

"But where did you get this from, Ms. Tawadia weren't you speaking of wanting to eat the cake?" Miss Jain smiled at them as Ms. Tawadia smiled brightly thanking the boys. Soon everyone gathered together and were asking Miss Jain to cut the cake again, completely forgetting about Ms. Tawadia when Natasha and Nandini asked her to take the Knife while Divya glared at Aman and Madhav. They would never improve.

As the cut was cut and both the teachers feeded to everyone around them, Divya took a piece and went to feed it to Aman and said, "That was nice, only if you wouldn't have caused that blunder."

"Sorry na didi." Divya was laughing when she saw Madhav feeding the cake to Gauri, however even before she would be wrapped into the fire of jealousy, Nandini came and hugged her wishing her happy Women's day.

"You know I don't celebrate such days." Divya however took a huge bite of the cake. "And yet you take such a huge bite."

"well cake is cake." The girls laughed as Aman called Nandnini, and Natasha came and looped her hands with Divya.

"I didn't know Madhav had brains." Natasha whispered.

"I sure do, but at times I wonder if you are even a women." Madhav's taunting voice made the two ladies jump in their skin as they turned around to find Madhav standing there, both his hands filled with cake. Divya took a slight step back afraid he might spread the cake on her face, when he stuffed the cake in his right hand into Natasha's mouth and said Happy women's day.

While the two bickered, Divya herself fetched a piece of cake and stuffed it in Madhav's face and said, "I am sure many would have forgotten, but anyways, Happy womens day Aunty." Both Natasha and Divya snickered as Madhav wiped his face and then stuffed the other piece of cake in Divya's mouth and said, "You better have this." The piece was quite big and as Divya struggled to eat, Madhav wrapped her in a hug and said, "Happy women's day." The two stayed there for a while as Divya swallowed and said, "Thank you but I don't really celebrate such days."

"why so?" Madhav asked, not letting go off her completely, his one arm still around her waist, hers around him as Divya wondered how her arm couldn't go all the way around, while she fitted so perfectly in his.

"nothing particular, anyways, gosh what did you do back there?"

"You know me Divya, I am no people pleaser." Madhav retorted.

"And yet you got the cake."

"That was for some important women, Ms. Jain and Ms. Tawadia got the better hand in it." Divya's eyes narrowed as he winked at her and walked away from there towards Dev. She wondered when would be the time when she could understand him very well.

*******

The air was chilly, but more than that it seemed as if the road was theirs, there wasn't even a single soul there. The sound of sicadas, a few animals and the flowing river could be heard so clearly as the group shivered a bit and walked ahead.

Divya, Nandini, the boys and Ms. Jain and Ms Tawadia were walking through the roads of Hrishikesh towards Ram jhula. "Divya wait." Divya heard Nandini calling her as she adjusted her shawl, along with her Madhav as well waited for her once done, the two girls looped their hands together and began walking, with Madhav behind her.

"I was so scared when we had went to talk to maam." Nandini whispered, as Divya smiled. Even she was scared. But it seemed now that the ends were good, everything would be great. They were walking quietly when all of a sudden someone wrapped them in a bear hug yelling "Guggluuuuus"

"Ayyeee Gugggluuu" The girls cooed at Madhav as he had both his arms wrapped around the shoulder of both the girls while they continued to walk. It was a bit difficult, and even before they would have detangaled themselves, Ms. Jain turned towards them and asked, "what are you guys doing?"

"Maam they are my gugluu." Nandini replied smiling at the professor as Madhav went ahead to invite her in the hug. Divya wondered if there was something wrong in the cake or in the air or were the two of them really drunk? None could give any affirmations. As the troop walked towards the said ram Jhoola the strong wind had them wrapping themselves in their shawls. They were in the middle of the brightly lit ram Jhoola which if observed well was swinging with the effect of the wind. It astonished the group as to how strong the whole engineering was. Surely it needed time to time maintenance but the whole work was so magnificent. One could stand there in the middle of the swing and look at the far end of the river flowing at its own speed, the silence deep into this night was soothing. Divya could feel that weird calmness engulfing herself as she stood there not at all looking at others for it scared her that she might actually cry.

"This is so beautiful isn't it?" she heard Aman as he walked up to her and stood beside her.

"It is. I don't know but the air has a complete different aura around here." She smiled at him. Divya knew Aman had always been a diehard devotee of lord Shiva but the way she is seeing him here, she came in knowledge of a completely different Aman. Or maybe even he.

"Come I will take you to an even magnificent place." Aman said as he called out to the others as they walked off to the other end.

The buildings must be creamish in color. The yellow lights of the street lamp didn't give much of the color, but the buildings on this side of the bank were different. A few were temples, the others dharamshalas and what not. The floors were made of a different marble all supposedly in cream color as well. Divya realized a lot of architecture here was in that color however they were so clean without a spec of dirt. The group kept on walking, getting down a few stairs and then finally stopping at a clearance, one might call it a ghat. Divya wondered how crowded it would have been during the day?

"Students we will wait here for some time and pray and then we can go back." Ms. Jain said, however Aman had already signaled Divya to take off her chappals and to follow her in the water. She was reluctant for a bit as the current of the waves was stronger and so was the wind, however she obliged and let her toes touch the water first as she trembled for how cold they were and then slowly let her whole feet in. She followed Aman as he joined his hands together and closed his.

There was nothing.

There was nothing she could feel at that moment. The whole world had as if got lost in some other world as she felt the water washing away all her insecurities. She remembered people saying at the Ganga river listens to people's prayers, the wishes asked from the bottom of our hearts are always heard by the river ganga.

And she wanted to make so many wishes. She wanted to pray for the goodness of her family, for the betterment of her cousin for him to get well, for her life to be a bit easier, for her family to have a healthy life for them to be always safe and together... and though she wished for them inside her heart, she felt as if there was nothing there in her. She was all numb and void, as if anything that could have been there within her was lost and it was just she, an unknown person in the warmth of this cold flowing water that was now becoming a part of her.

Divya still had her eyes closed when her professor called out to her. The plans were changed, Aman had wanted to go to the shiv mandir. Divya wondered about the said temple as all she could see were temples around then what could be so special about it? The group was busy pursuing Ms. Jain when all of a sudden a small commotion began among Nandini, Dhawal and Madhav who stood a bit away from the rest.

"Dhawal, Madhav whats wrong?" Ms. Tawadia asked.

"Ma'am his chappal was about to fly away." Nandini replied as Madhav and Dhawal quickly wore their chappals while the rest of the group laughed about it.

"I had told you, anything that's below 350 is a scam, but no you were all, aree broo its for 200, plus it looks light and comfy. See, it's so light that even the wind was about to take it along with them," Dev Taunted .

"Ma'am shall we go?" Aman asked. Miss Jain nodded her head and asked the group to stay together as she decided it was better for her to stay there and let the group go ahead. She warned Divya and Nandini to be together while asking the boys to make sure that at least 2 of them walked with the girls and to not let them be left behind.

Madhav and Atharva took it upon themselves to walk with the girls as the rest of the group walked either ahead of them or behind them.

"I had always wanted to come to places like this. My grandfather used to tell me about the various ghats and all, about the architecture and the history that's associated with it, but I never got a chance to." Divya said as she and Nandini held onto each other's hand. She was once again between Nandini and Madhav the two of them along with Atharva listening to what she was saying.

"We come to this place every year, where you guys have lonavala and khandala as your trip spots for my family. We have Hrishikesh and Haridwar, we actually have pandits here who do pujas for us." Madhav explained.

"that is expected of you, with the amount of money that your father has it won't be a surprise that you guys might as well have a dharamshala here." Atharva commented.

"That's my dad's obviously it has nothing to do with me"

"Lets not fight over how much money Madhav has, what I am happy about is that with this I am done with all major ghats now only vaishno devi is left." Nandini smiled at the Divya who smiled back and stretched her hand so that Nadini could go a bit farther from her avoiding the little pebbles on the road.

The alley in which they walked on was quite dark, there were people sleeping on the steps of the shops, while some in the shop itself. There were a few people who were smoking bidi, the smoke making it hard to breath as they would pass by, but the chills were a must to have that bidi to survive in the cold, the burning bonfires were almost on the verge of dying off but still gave off the much needed warmth.

"I wish one by one I could cross onto all the ghats, this trip crosses off the Haridwar and Hrishikesh, now the banaras ghat and Bengal ghats are left." Divya supplied.

"Why these?I mean people go for char dhams and there are other significant places, plus I haven't heard much about the Bengal one." Madhav asked.

"No it doesn't have much significance, I just want to go there. In west Bengal there is this sangam between the river and the sea, it's best to watch, the water bodies there are different from the rest, the color and the water itself is different more than that how fascinating it will be to watch that course of water."

"And Banaras?"

"Banaras has its own beautiful monuments and story. Do you know each of the streets of Banaras and the ghats that are there have some or the other historical meaning other than that there are so many new developments, Banaras I guess is one of the main stops of National water highway and that's something, I would really love to go to Bengal from Banaras in those ships and boats." Divya smiled at them as Madhav kept on looking at her. He didn't say anything, nor did Nandini or Atharva the air around them was completely different.

"The temple is closed." Sanket exclaimed as they reached the temple.

The whole area at the back side of the temple was dark with a few lamps lit and covered in glass jars. The front side was brightly lit with street lamps. The huge entrance of the temple had a scene from the Mahabharata, the one where SHri Krishna was enlightening Arjuna about the system of the world, the karma and how each one of us has a role to play in their life.

Divya looked on at the scene. It wasn't difficult to recognize it. She had read about this in numerous books , watched many times in movies and serials, even had various conversation on it, and yet each time she saw this it broke her heart for Arjun. She remembered how in 7th standard when she was taught about Mahabharata in school and how she had fell in love with Arjun. She would always tell her grandparents that Krishna was her first love, then came Arjun. However, that was until she read about Abhimanyu. The stories of Abhimanyu had tore her heart into pieces. She remembered going back home and continuing reading the chapter of Abhimanyu's death and crying buckets grieving for that noble child. It still pains her heart everytime that she reminisces the stories.

Her eyes then wandered off to the other side where there was a huge statue of Ram, Seeta, Lakshman and Hanuman. The monkey man having kneeled down on his one knee folded his hands together.

"Idiot there is this small gap here we have to go inside from there." Aman Chided as he slapped the back side of Sankets head as he walked in while the rest followed him. The insides were big, quite open for now as it were just them. Divya watched as Aman walked off towards some person and had a word with him and returned.

"Lets go, just make sure that you don't go into the water." The group nodded as Nandini and Divya held each other's hand and walked towards the entrance.

The sight in front of Divya was magnificent. There was no light in this area it was dark, but the moon was so bright that when it fell on the huge statue of lord shiva seated in his meditation pose his chest puffed out, the muscles rippling out , his rudraksha hung in his neck falling towards his flat stomach. The eyes were perfectly almond shaped and if looked at him for long one would think that he would just open his eyes at that very moment and look back into yours deep into your soul.

The group prayed for a while, and once Dev, Dhawal, Rishi, Manav went off to look about near the statue, while Divya went and sat on the stairs. She hadn't even noticed that Aman and Madhav were seated right behind her. Divya waved at Nandini who came and sat beside her. The two of them took in a deep breath letting out all the troubles that they felt.

Divya felt so relieved that she came here. It was as if this place had given her an inner peace, a solitude and strength to fight for all the little things that were to come her way.

"Lord shiva looks so hot right." Nandini said. Divya didn't reply immediately, rather she kept on looking straight at him and sighed again.

"I know right. I have heard so many stories about him, of how ruthless he was,but I loved to know about him as the doting husband and father. Lord shiva has a different charm altogether...you know the kind of thing where just your presence is more than enough to have everyone's attention." She saw Nandini nodding her head as she continued.

"I mean look at this place, there are so many things out there, but from the moment I was on that jhula all I wanted to do was come here, and now that I am here I can't let my eyes off him."

"I swear, I Know I shouldn't say this and that he is a god, but damn, no girl would ever fall for a person like him, I mean ignore all his avatars and other things, look at that body, those six packs and all... I mean I am no fan of those bulky bodies okay, but that...that thing there is so hot. I mean it's a complete delight to our eyes."

"Areeeyy aaeeee, pagal aurat!" Aman yelled from behind them as both the girls jumped in their skin quite scared to their wits.

"Aman have you gone mad?" the two yelled.

"I am not Mad, you girls are mad, you are legit checking out lord shiva, and lusting after him? Do you even know what you girls are talking about?" Aman chided.

"We very well know what we are talking about okay. And trust me if at this moment if there would have been devi parvati's idol as well I would have admired her. Aman it's not just the body structure that we are speaking here of, it's the aura that surrounds that GOD. I am no believer of God the way others are, but I do believe in certain things, and one of them is that if this person here was really there at one point of time then he was an amazing person. Not because he could kill asuras or anything, but there are things about him and the legends of his inspire me, I admire him for many reasons but at the same time I tend to pity him and feel remorseful towards him."

"But you must agree that was quite a discussion the two of you were having." Madhav butted in. The other three chuckled while Divya nodded and sat back looking at the other side still watching the statue. A few moments later Nandini stood up from her place and walked off towards Manav and the rest of the group leaving just Madhav and Divya there.

Divya looked back at Madhav as he kept on leaning forward, he then all of a sudden stood up and sat beside her, it scared her a bit but as well tried to focus on what was it that he was looking at so intently.

"Madhav what are you doing?" Divya asked.

"We had come here last year and there was this hotel called Aloha, we had stayed there. It was such a beautiful place, one of the costliest properties of Hrishikesh." Madhav replied as he took out his Iphone and clicked the picture of something in the far end.

"And I am trying to find where that place is... do you think this is Aloha?" he asked, showing her the picture. It was a white board that overlighted with the flash lights around it. Divya looked straight ahead where it stood and said, "Well If you say it's the costliest property then I don't think it's that. It's some ashram I guess."

"you think so?" Divya nodded her head and smiled at him as Madhav began looking back into his phone. Divya so wished to talk to him about something. But then what could she possibly talk about? There wasn't anything as such that they could discuss about and plus he was busy with finding his aloha, she won't be heard anyways.

Divya decided it was better to listen to the little waves and feel the cold wind and savor the moment as they sat there. She wished to come back here.
