We just left Hampton Roads after staying there for five nights. I'm currently steaming down towards Rear Admiral Fletcher's force off Veracruz. This situation seems somewhat dumb, But Captain Grant says it's for a good cause. I don't exactly know how to feel about it. It doesn't matter, I suppose. It's late, and I'm still a bit nervous. I'm going to bed, and I'll write again soon.
