I've made some changes by making a physical map to look at. The green areas are Chiadan while the purple areas are Ostines, and we can find where Pinmia is later- but since it's so well hidden I doubt it would show up on the map like these.

In Chiadan, the capital is towards the north, called Dreax Brington. It has access to the Faerie Sea, or North Ocean as this continent would usually call it.

The City-State of Spuara is under Dreax Brington- to the west- and is the only one bordering Ostines' Noxhaven.

The City-State of Ruskurg is next to Spuara, surprisingly having the best control over the East Ocean.

The City-State of Grateford, under both Spuara and Ruskrug, that owns the Bolchester Skerry and manages best with trade.

And finally, the City-State of Obrela, the largest of the city states and one of the prettiest.
