Chapter 2- Sorry?
"Adrieeeen,"
"Adrieeeeeen,"
"Adrieeeeeeeen!"
Adrien groaned, shifting his weight from one side to the other. His voice was scarce and tired, "What, Plagg? It's 2 AM!"
"Yeah, yeah. But, my cheese is out. The least you can do is feed me after storming out on Dame."
Adrien sat up, sighing in discontent. "Yes, I know Plagg. I'm sorry," His words mixed with his sigh as he lifted his hands to his face, rubbing his eyes to rid of the blur he experienced.
"I'm not the only one who you need to apologize to.." Plagg's stomach rumbled as he sat on Adrien's pillow, crossing his arms and looking him in his dreary eyes, "Dame never did anything wrong, you know," He rose and glided over to Adrien, "I mean if Ladybug was never here you might've been in love with her!"
"Don't say that Plagg. I choose to believe that's not true..."
"Whatever, now where's my cheese?"
"Here you go Plagg," he reached aside into a metal drawer of his nightstand and pulled out a fresh piece of camembert, "Maybe I have been a little hard on Dame Rouge. I should... make it up to her."
"Fresh cheese!" Plagg opened his mouth wide and raised the cheese to his mouth, his happy sighs showing his gratitude. "Wait... if you're gonna make it up to her, that means-"
"Plagg, claws out!"
"I knew i-" Plagg began as he dropped his cheese to the ground; swirling through the air, and absorbing into Adrien's ring as quick as he could have eaten it.
"Sorry Plagg, but we've got some work to do..."

Chat Noir paced around the rooftop, worried of overdoing it. He stood in the middle of the very roof he planned the special night for Ladybug, all those years ago. But hopefully, this Ladybug actually shows.
There was a soft yellow light emitting from the candles on the railing, lighting up the surroundings. A small, plaid blanket lay in the middle with a fragile coral colored rose in the center. He wanted her to feel like he valued her, not romantically, but as his partner.
He wanted her to feel the way Ladybug made him feel.
He reached for his staff and slid it open, he waited hesitantly. Should I do this? He thought, What if she rejects my efforts?
After minutes of thought, he finally clicked the button that resembled a phone.
"Hey, Dame Rouge. I'm sorry for what happened... can you please meet me here?" He exited the voicemail with a swift swipe and went to the messages. Their empty messages. He sent her his coordinates as he sat down on the small, plaid blanket.

♪"Little kitty on a roof, all alone without his lady-"♪
"That's a nice... tune."
"Oh, Dame Rouge! I... didn't see you there,"
"Yeah, clearly." she took a step off the railing and onto the concrete covering.
"Look, Dame Rou-"
"When will you give me a nickname? Dame, Rouge, I don't care. You always gave Ladybug one. Why am I different?"
Chat Noir froze, he had the answer. Just not one she would want to hear. He felt anger in his mind, but his physical appearance remained unswayed.
"You're- I mean... Look, Rouge. I didn't mean what I said, I was just upset."
She looked at him, her eyes said she didn't believe him. She took a few steps closer and gave him the look of 'go on..'
"I really like you, you're a great partner. I'm sorry for putting you in danger like that and-"
At that moment she came closer, to the point of being face to face with him. Chat felt the sense that he had given her the wrong message, and he had.
She raised her arm and set her hands on his shoulders. She began to close her eyes softly and leaned in...
Chat wasn't ready. Not like this, not with her. But what could he do? If he rejects her she'll be angry again.
But she is not the one he loves.
...
He wanted to make her feel the way Ladybug made him feel, and now it seems he succeeded far too well at that.
