Ok... ok... red, black, and white all over? I've heard that one before... before we left the city.
"A bloody zebra." I say. It must be wrong because the walls are closing in even faster. Maybe that answer was supposed to be a joke. Gotta think! I'm so good at these. I got it!!
"A newspaper." the walls stop and a door opens.
The voice comes back.
"Now it's time to test your fighting skills..." the voice says.
I sword pops out of the ground and I grab it. I am ready. Then a weird creature comes running toward me. I stab it. That guy was easy!!
Then I bigger one comes, this one has a sword. I swing my sword at it but miss. Its sword grazes at my leg.
"Ouch!" I said. I cut its shoulder and it falls to the ground, hard.
"Well done!!" The voice says. "Now answer this question to move on. A cat had three kittens, January, March, and May. What was the mother's name?"
This one was easy!!
"This answer is What."
Then a sign popped up.
Correct!! The sign said.
Then the floor beneath me opened up and I fell in. I screamed until I landed on a net.
Phew!! I thought.
I climbed out of the net and grabbed a nearby candle and started to wander down the hallway. So many hallways!!
Then I saw a table with a screen that said:
You have 36 hours and 28 minutes remaining.
I would say I'm making good time. I just hope my parents aren't worried.
