This life of traveling has been interesting. Searching for the successor or the right holder for this fragment has led me to know many places and many people. But none being the right person. Right now I was in Ozegahara, Gunma, very beautiful sights. I am glad that I have seen these types of landscapes during my travels. While I was walking I felt a voice behind me.

The angel Gabriel, came all the way from heaven to talk with me. This hasn't been the first, and it won't be the last. But I am glad they entrusted some of their secrets with me.

The tone of the conversation instantly fell. She dropped her smile and had a serious face.

Gabriel: There is no need for that. Only the higher-ups know about your whereabouts. My brother wanted to let you know and if you wanted help? But if you say no I understand.

I took her hand with my silver arm.

Right, those two explained that I have the soul of Sir Bedivere inside me. I didn't mind at all, because I was entrusted with this arm to search for the next holder of Excalibur. They have never regretted that decision, and neither did I.

Gabriel had again her smile. I have never seen her sad, but I know that doesn't want her to be like that so I will do my everything to keep that smile.

Gabriel: Thanks Y/N, we will send two exorcists to Kuoh. We were wondering if could go and help them out since you the fragment of Excalibur Absortion, and have more experience than those two.

Y/N: I will help them. Uhm, Kuoh wasn't the territory of the Gremory and the Sitri?

Gabriel: Yeah it is. If he managed to fuse the fragments He could easily destroy Kuoh and those who reside there.

Y/N: Making sure that the families want revenge. To initiate another war.

I was right. Gabriel took care of everything and I was let take a flight without any trouble. She knows the burden of this arm, I'm not the rightful owner after all, but that is why I was given it, to search the person who cans wild the full Excalibur. But I know it's going to be a long journey till I find the right person.

When I exited the airport I waited for a little till the two exorcists. Then I felt how the fragments were approaching. When I looked up I saw two girls, one with light brown hair and the other with blue hair. They were looking at a foto I suppose when they looked at my way they begin approaching.

???: Hello are you Y/N?

Y/N: That I am. It is nice to meet you two.

Irina: Is a pleasure to meet you Y/N. I'm Irina Shidou.

Xenovia: Is an honor to meet someone that had contact with the archangels themselves. I'm Xenovia Quarta.

They bowed it seems they are really devoted people.

Y/N: There is no need to bow after all we are going to work together while we are in Kuoh.

Irina: But having such honor working with you. All the churches know about you.

Xenovia: I agree. And your mission is greater than the one we have been bestowed.

Y/N: Both of you shouldn't bow before me I'm nothing but a human who wonders the world.

Irina: Such an honest soul.

Xenovia/Irina: God bless you Y/N.

Y/N: There is no need for that. Anyway, we should go.

I felt how some people were staring at us. Anyway they agreed to do so and we began walking but before we went to our hotel for this mission. Irina wanted to visit someone. I didn't mind at all since is always nice to meet new people. It seems she wanted to visit a friend from her childhood, when we arrived at the home of her childhood friend we were greeted by the mother of Issei, her childhood friend.

While we waited for Issei and someone called Asia, lady Hyudo prepared some tea which we gladly accepted, and during the meantime, she told us stories of Irina and Issei when they were children. We didn't mind actually we were entertained by those stories.

???: Mom!

Soon entered a boy and a girl. One thing was clear they were pale because they can feel the power of the Excalibur fragments, so they must be devils. I do not mind at all. My Excalibur fragment hasn't been used in a long time so it has absorbed a lot of light so using it on them would hurt them really bad.

Lady: Oh welcome home. Why are you all pale?

Irina: Good afternoon Ise.

He looked like he doesn't know her at all.

Ise: Nice to meet you

Irina: Huh? You don't remember? It's me

Lady Hyudo explained who she was then after talking a bit we got up and prepared to leave.

Y/N: Thank you for the tea. It was really good.

Lady: Thank you. You're welcome to stay longer.

Irina: we'll stop by another time. See you later Ise-Kun.

Then we exited the house, tomorrow we will have the meeting with the devils. Xenovia it seems she doesn't like the devils, Irina she does some dislike to devils but not as much as Xenovia, I, on the other hand, I hold no hatred towards them, I know not all of them are evil, the same could be said about the fallen angels, even they have attacked me a couple of times to try to get the Excalibur I hold. But one thing I won't stand idle if that one of the factions attacks humanity and innocents.

Then when we arrived at the hotel we left our things and talked for a while they mostly wanted to talk about my travels in the search of the next Excalibur holder. The church knows my mission because Michael gave me this arm and the Excalibur fragment, so he informed most of the branches and its followers about my existence, I do not know about the other factions, since they don't talk to each other that much.

After a long talk about some of the places I have been to in Japan, we went to sleep. I have a separate room so I won't disturb them in any way. I feel like Kuoh has a lot to show to me in the future.

Okay, the first chapter is done. Now some explanation.

First of all, Y/N cannot use the Excalibur fragment without hurting himself.

The Excalibur fragment I have thought was Excalibur absorption, it can absorb the light and other attacks and then use it as its own strength. The more light or power it has when that energy is liberated the more powerful it will be.

Y/N's mission is to find someone worthy enough to hold the whole Excalibur. If you have read the manga or read the wiki you know who that person will be. IDK if the anime show it. I'm following myself through the manga and the wiki.

If you know who that person is, she is not going to be the romance for Y/N. Gabriel and two characters that you will decide will be. It can be servants. You can vote two characters if you Atalanta and another hero that is a female it can be. Is up to you who the other two characters will be, since Gabriel won't appear as much as would I like, she will make some appearances that don't happen in the manga and anime.
