HE HUGGED ME! AHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHHAHAHA

MY MIND IS GOING A MILLION MILE AN HOUR! HE HUGGED ME! I'M SO HAPPY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

*Thomas* 

He hugged me. And the way he half skipped to the couch that way. AHHHHHH! He is just too cute! He turned the T.V on and kicked his feet up on the couch. Jeez, he is ridiculous. 

I quietly walked over to the couch and leaped onto the couch next to him. 

"AHHHHHH! FREAKIN OH MY GOSH THOMAS!" He kicked me and I fell off the bed laughing. 
"Hahaha, that's was so funny! Ahahhah, you should have seen your face!" He smirked at me. 
"Whatever. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna meet up with my friends so I'll see you later."
"Okay...I'll um see you later?" 
"Um, yeah. Bye." 
He started to leave and I mumble a goodbye before leaving to my room. What will I do with my time now? 

*Alex* 

"Then he jumped on the couch next to me and I it made my heart flutter!" I say with a sigh and leaning back in the booth. I went to the cafe with Laf and Herc. 

"Mon Ami, that sounds like someone has a crush!"
"No. Okay no. Definitely not, it just... I don't know, just a spur of the moment. There is nothing there. Okay?" I said stirring my milkshake. 
"Well, maybe you should tell Mr.Googly Eyes over there." Herc gestured to the opposite side of the cafe. 

There was Thomas staring at me from across the cafe. 
I turned back to Herc. 
"No. He is staring at the Barista. He is not gay. Or even Bi. Okay? I don't like him either." 
"Mhm, keep telling yourself that mon ami, but you're starting back at him now." Laf started to laugh. 
"Shut up Laf!" 
"Oh come on! It's not hard to see that you like him and that he likes you. Why don't you just go and ask him out?" 
"Because! We only became friends recently. He caused me to cut myself. I don't see why I'm even in love with him anyway." 
I slapped a hand over my mouth. I WASNT SUPPOSED TO SAY THAT OUT LOUD! 

Laf and Herc sat there in astonishment before eHrc yelled. 

"I KNEW IT!" They both started to laugh. I was left to sit here red-faced. 

"ALEX HAS A CRUSH!" They said that so loud the entire cafe went silent and looked at the three of us. They soon went back to their conversations though. 
Not long after that Thomas got up and left. 

"Mon ami, Thomas looked distressed. Why don't you go after him non?" 
"Laf, no. He probably had somewhere to be. Nothing more nothing less." 
"Alex stop denying it!"
"NON! Laf, Herc... Au Revoir." I got up and left. I don't even know where I was heading but my feet apparently had a place they wanted to go.

*Jefferson*

I walked into the on-campus cafe and sat down in the corner looking out the window. I was slowly sipping on my milkshake when someone caught my eye. 
Alex, Laf, and Herc. 
They sit down and I don't realize that I'm staring at him until he looks back at me. 

I quickly look back out of the window. I glance back over and see that Alex is... blushing?
I keep looking at them. Well... looking at Alex. 

"ALEX HAS A CRUSH!" What? Alex has a crush? For some reason, I felt... jealous? No. Just confused....yeah. Who did he like?  Want to know.

For some reason, I get up with my milkshake and leave. I start to head back to our dorm. While I'm walking I heard footsteps behind me. 

I slowly come to a stop and turn around. 

There behind me is none other than Alexander Hamilton. 

"H-HI Alex." 
"Hey, Thomas. So um, I just wanted to know why you got up so quick after Herc yelled?" 
"Oh, no reason. I had to be somewhere. What did Herc yell?" 
"Oh, nothing." He looks down then starts to walk away. 

Well, that was an awkward encounter. I continue to walk towards my dorm. 
Why did he follow me? 
Does he care? 
I got a text that snapped me back to reality.

JemmyJames- Hey Thomas wanna meet up for some coffee? Haven't seen you in a while. 
ThomasTheTankEngine- Sure. Where at and when? 
JemmyJames- Um, the cafe down the road at 4 maybe? 
ThomasTheTankEngine- Okay sure.

I looked at the time and saw it was only 2. I still have 2 hours to kill. Goody. I continue walking toward my dorm. Still thinking. Thinking.  

There really wasn't much to think about. Al-Ham- Alex had just wondered why I so suddenly left. I just caused a lot of commotion. 

Finally! My dorm. 

I walk in and see...John? 

"Oh, hey. I was just stopping by." 
"I don't think you should be here." 
"And why not? I'm here to see Alex, not you." 
"Because you hurt him. He literally cried himself to sleep that night. You broke him." 
"I-I didn't, I, You? I didn't mean to hurt him." 
"Well, you did and him seeing you probably wouldn't help him at all." 
"Well, I'm sure him having to see you here doesn't help him to stop cutting! Not that you knew that!" 
"Actually I do. I've been watching him to make sure he doesn't cut! What have you been doing? Breaking him! Which could make him cut more! You have hurt him and made him feel like he did something wrong! Tell me did you really use the bathroom or were you writing to your soulmate?"
"I was there for a reason!" 
"That doesn't answer my question, John!" 
"FINE! OKAY! I was writing to my soulmate!" 

"J-John? Y-you, hurt me like that when you did the same thing?" I turn around and see Alex in tears. 

"Alex, I-" 
"John  I think you should go," I say stepping between them. I look back at Alex for assurance. He nods a little. 
"John, Go," I say. 
"Fine. Alex. I'm sorry. I was just up-" 
"John Go."
He looks down and leaves. 

Once the door clicks close Alex starts to cry more. I was about to say something when he leaped over and hugged me. I was in shock. I hugged him back. 

"Alex, I know its hard to talk about it but do you think you'll have to forgive him?" 
"I, I, I'll have to. It will just be hard...but maybe we can be best friends again." 
"Good. He was just worried to lose you." 
"How do you know?" 
"I'm going through the same thing. but um, how about we um go out or dinner tonight. We don't have a lot of food so?" 
"Sure, yeah sounds good. where at?" 
"Um, there is this place called Apollo's, it's supposed to have some good burgers." 
"Sure. I'll get it to-go and I'll bring it to you by  6?" 
"Um, I'll come with you to get my order. We could just talk. Maybe go buy more food?" 
"Um, sure. I'm gonna go to my room now." 
"Yeah okay." He was still wiping away a few tears walking to his room. I hope- I have somewhere to be.  

I left early to the cafe because I didn't want to bother Alex. What if John was right? What if I'm not helping Alex at all?

My thoughts are interrupted as I near the cafe. I walk in 15 minutes early so I choose a seat by the corner and take my phone out. l plug in my headphones and start listening to some music. After a few minutes of listening to music, a slam of a coffee cup on the table jolts me back to reality. I look up and see James sitting down in front of me. 

"Hey, James. Whats up?" 
"Nothing. Like I said just wanted to talk. I dont even know what your dorm number is." He said chuckling a bit. 
"Well for your information it's C128... I don't know yours either!" 
"Oh well, it A12." 
"Alrighty. Now I know." 
"Whatever. Hey, so I actually wanted to ask you something."
"Sure Jemmy, whats up?" 
"Um, so I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go on a date with me? I understand you might not like me that way and all, and if not I hope we can stay friends, and then I don't really know if you are a homophobe, and I didnt even think to wonder if you were gay or even bi! I'm so dumb I'm gonna go now." 

I didn't know what to do. I was shocked. He got up to leave. My arm had a mind of its own and reached out and grabbed his wrist. 

"Jemmy, sit down and relax, please. " 
"O-okay, but um is there a response to the whole thing I just made  fool of myself for?" 
"Jemmy, yes I'll go on a date with you." 
"AHhh, YES! Sorry, um okay that's, that's great." I start to laugh and Jemmy joins in. 
"When?" 
"Um, how about this weekend? Ya know just maybe hang around at the park." 
"That sounds amazing Jemmy." I reach across the table and held his hand. 

Then a bell chimes.
