This is astroth the 4th king of hell he is most for his consistent laziness and putting off his duties so much so that for a long time he had his general amon doing his work and because of amons great strength and leadership skills they assumed he was the king of sloth but now that Amon had gone missing he has no choice but to do his own work now. He could have had his other general sirene do it but he knew it would just boost her ever growing ego.
