I shakily ran up the stairs of the pack house towards my room. My body was trembling. I threw myself into my room, slammed and locked the door shut behind me, and finally allowed myself to collapse onto the floor, hiding my face in my palms, confused and embarrassed.

I couldn't feel much of the heartache anymore; I felt a feeling of overwhelming despair surrounding me.

This feeling was our partially broken bond because I had not yet accepted his rejection, so the bond lingered like a rope hanging on by a thread.

My wolf had seemingly calmed down because I could no longer hear her shrieks of pain.

"Bianca, sweetheart?" I heard my dad's voice from the other side of the door.

"It's just me, just dad." He accounted, "are you okay?" I reached my arm up and unlocked the door, realizing I had unlocked the door because my body slid forward on the floor as he pushed open the door.

He sat down next to me on the floor, he opened his mouth to start talking, but I interrupted.

"Dad, the sparks were too faint," I explained.

"He kissed me when we were in the kitchen earlier. That's why I was late," I recounted, "it didn't feel like how everyone says."

I pulled my legs towards my chest, buried my head between my knees, and mumbled.

"It's not normal for a werewolf to not feel sad when they're, rejected, but the only reason I felt anything was because of April." I looked at my father; his eyes flooded with confusion.

"She is the one hurting," I explained.

"I'm not," I lied.

In reality, I was hurting.

There was a deep ache in my chest like it had been clawed out.

My wolf's crying made my head hurt like I had been underwater for too long that my ears were starting to buzz.

"I'm more embarrassed than anything." I lied once more.

He let a forced chuckle and pulled me into a hug.

His laugh was fake, I knew it was from the moment he let it out, and he was worried but wanted to comfort me.

"It's going to be alright, I promise." He reassured me.

"Everything happens for a reason."

There was a loud crash downstairs.

My father and I both exchanged concerned looks.

"I need to see what's going on downstairs." His eyes were wide with worry, and I knew why; I knew what was going through his head, first thought was my mom, his mate.

A woman's scream followed another loud crash. Without another word, my father ran out of the room I followed right behind.

The house was in complete disarray; Broken glass and pieces of furniture were everywhere.

Before I could ask any questions, I was pulled into a warm embrace. Vanilla and jasmine

My mom's eyes were glossy with tears as she peppered kisses onto my face, holding me tightly in her embrace. "You are okay, you are okay." she sang as she brushed my hair with her hand as she used to when I was a child.

"Carson and Philip?" I asked concerned

"They went back to our house. Everyone was ordered to return to their homes." I nodded

"I'll have my hand full explaining this to them later." I joked

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Rick screamed.

Rick had Elijah pinned against the wall of the pack house living room; his wife Lois was hysterical, desperately begging Rick to let him go; "It's like you want to be a fucking child," Rick yelled once more at his son.

Elijah stayed silent, his eyes cold and lifeless once more as he stared down at his father.

"Rick, let him go," Lois begged, pulling her mates' arms. As Rick released his grip on Elijah, Elijah tumbled to the ground.

Lois Elijah, "how could you, Elijah?" She asked her son.

"We raised you better than this. Bianca is the perfect Luna, better than that no good Kat you're always with." Lois cried. She crouched down to her son and cupped his face, "Son, please." She pleaded

"She isn't my mate, and she will never be. I made that very clear tonight." He declared. Elijah turned to look at me with the same lifeless eyes. "I am alpha now, and I don't need anyone fucking disobeying my wishes." He said in a low warning voice as he glared at his father.

When his eyes locked back onto mine, the same evil smile spread onto his lips. "This is my pack now." He taunted. "My pack means my rules." He paused for a moment, "I just had a great Idea: Bianca, your time with the Westmoon pack, is over."

My eyes widened. "What does that mean?" I asked fearfully

"You are banned from this pack."

Screams filled the room.

"You can't do that! Bianca hasn't done anything against you." My mom cried.

This time my wolf wasn't sad but instead; angry and itching to take over.

"I don't care that you rejected me, but you can't make me leave." The tears in my eyes blur my vision, "my whole life is here. I gave everything to this pack and trained for years to protect this pack. I'm a high-ranking warrior." I chocked.

"My family is here." I pleaded

"Please, your just a little bitch" Elijah scoffed, "you aren't a real warrior and will never be one." Rage filled my every being, and every ounce of self-control I had to not phase into my wolf form vanished.

"I'll show you a real warrior." I snarled, taking a step toward him.

"Do not test me, runt." He barked at me

"You will never be strong enough to go against me." He sneered, and without a second thought, I lunged toward him, phasing into my wolf form. Elijah fell to the ground, my paws on his chest, claws digging and ripping through his shirt.

Digging my claws into his arm, a chunk of flesh and blood pooled from the wound, causing him to let out a gut-wrenching scream, his eyes turning black as cole.

Elijah grabbed my fur roughly with his unhurt arm, causing me to lose balance, and slammed me onto the floor next to him.

He took ahold of my left paw and crushed it in his hand, and I let out a loud yelp in agonizing pain.

Elijah then kicked me in my stomach, and the force from the blow sent me flying back, hitting the wall behind me so hard it left a giant hole in the drywall.

"Everyone stay the fuck back." He demanded, using an alpha tone, causing everyone to freeze where they stood, their animal nature forcing them to comply with the alpha.

"Elijah, stop this!"

"I'm going to fucking kill you." His eyes were completely black, clothes tattered, fur sprouting around his body; the wound I had inflicted already started healing.

I could barely stand the pain in my front paw made it unbearable to move.

Elijah stalked closer to me, bones breaking as he shifted.

His wolf was much bigger than mine, but I wasn't going to back down.

I used all my strength in my hind legs to lunge at him. We began fighting: biting, nipping, and clawing at each other.

Elijah suddenly took my right front paw into his large mouth, sinking his canines in, screaming bloody murder as his teeth ripped through the tendons and bones of my wolf paw.

The pain was so severe that I lost all control and involuntarily shifted back to human form. My hand was bleeding profusely, with a giant tooth mark on it. My wolf had gone silent, I couldn't feel any connection between the two of us as every moment passed, and I grew more anxious and scared.

As I changed back to human, he let me go and shifted back himself.

Elijah watched me roll around in pain.

"I'm going to spare you; killing you wouldn't be worth my time." Seeing me in pain seemed to please him because through the black dots in my vision, I could see his evil grin and cold eyes staring down at me.

My right hand was already incredibly swollen, and red and purple bruises scattered all over my wrist, definitely broken. The bite marks were gushing dark red blood, and I could see my white bones.

I felt someone kneel beside me; "are you alright?" I shook my head slowly, "My hand." I sobbed, but I wasn't sure they could hear me from all the commotion. I had no idea who it was. My vision was blurred from tears, and my ears were buzzed so loud I thought my eardrums had burst.

"It's alright. I am going to help you." I finally recognized Lois' voice. I felt soft cotton touch my naked body.

"I'm going to help you put this on," Lois explained. I blinked the tears away, letting them roll freely down my cheeks. She held my wrist gently as I slipped on the shirt. It fell to my thighs, hanging loosely off my body.

Sandel wood sage. My father's shirt.

He towered over the mad alpha fuming with anger with my mother behind him.

"Bianca, honey, let me see your hand." Lois grabbed my right hand gently, yet the pain was so severe it still made me wince. She wrapped it tightly with some cloth, "Your wrist is shattered. We need to get you, doctor, you-" She couldn't finish.

"All of you are banished, all of you," Elijah roared to my parents. Rick held him back.

No, not them.

I used whatever strength I had to scream, "no, I'll go." finally giving up, "I'll leave the pack. Just Please my family out of this."

"Sweetheart, no." My mom cried, cheeks stained with tears. Both of them ran over to me. I stood up carefully, clinging onto my father's arms for support, disoriented.

Rick finally let Elijah go.

He was completely silent, just staring at me. Watching me struggle.

"I'm going to find a way to see you guys again. Nothing will keep me from my family." I wept, "I love you so much."

My father had tears in his eyes, "I'm going to find some way to get to you, honey. Be strong."

I had everything, and I lost it all.

"Elijah let her get dressed and pack her things," Rick said through gritted teeth, staring angrily at his son.

"She won't need clothes," He laughed, "you're a dirty rogue now," I growled.

"It's time to go. I'll escort you off my land, be grateful I don't kill you right now." Elijah walked toward me. He looked up and down at me before scoffing and walking towards the door.

I said goodbye to my hysterical family for the last time and headed out the door, leaving my parents sobbing.

The moon was half crescent, and the air was calm. All the smaller houses of pack members were dimly lit. I could feel eyes on me as I followed Elijah into the dark woods.

After walking for what felt like forever, Elijah and I finally got to the border. I took a deep breath, afraid of what was to come, I was a strong warrior, but I couldn't even contact my wolf. How was I supposed to survive when I couldn't even shift. I began walking away when suddenly Elijah grabbed my forearm, turning me around and pulling me towards him, "You know Bianca, I'm sorry." I scoffed.

"fuck you." I felt so powerless.

"I am sorry." He insisted, but I wasn't buying any of his shit."

"Sorry, I won't get to experience how you are in bed." He began placing rough kisses on my neck.

Disgust and rage filled my body like a steaming teapot, and I was about to burst. Elijah lifted my chin and placed his lips on mine forcefully.

I tangled my fingers of my left hand, tugged his hair roughly, brought his bottom lip between my teeth, and bit down until I tasted blood. Elijah pulled away, crying in pain.

"I, Bianca North, accept your rejection and reject you, Elijah Westmoon as my mate and alpha. I break off all connections with the Westmoon pack." I spat out his blood and walked over into the rogue territory, never breaking eye contact with the sorry excuse of an alpha crying on the ground in pain.
