My feet pounded on the track below me as I dashed through the rest of the gangster scene and through the Old West scene in GMR. 

"Guess we're the enemies of the public." Maybeck muttered behind me and I snorted. 

We all slowed down come the Alien scene. It was always my least favorite as a child. In fact, until the age of 13 I used to bury my face in my mother's shoulder until the scene had passed.

"Wh-what are we waiting for?" Amanda asked, slowing down with us but tensed up. I wrapped my hand around hers and held it tight, but her shoulders still didn't relax. And that's when I realized. 

The astronaut lady that usually was standing scared straight in the ride was alive and, of course, real. As a Keeper, I saw this all the time, but it's been a while and the whole animatronic to human thing still creeps me out. 

"Can I help you?" Astronaut Lady asked in a harsh voice, as if she was angry with us.

"Actually, yes." My head whipped over to Philby, who had just spoken.

"What?" I whispered in his direction. He gave me a 'I got this' look and motioned with his hands to settle down.

"Well, come out with it then." Astronaut Lady crossed her arms impatiently.

"Can you just cover us while we run through here? I'm pretty sure there's an Alien thing around here somewhere that might hamper our journey." Philby explained the dilemma. I got what he was saying, and quickly picked up on the fact that if she was alive, that creepy Alien thing was too. And it did not seem friendly.

"Sure, I got you." Astronaut Lady set her gun and motioned for us to follow her. We got up against the wall with her and crept through the attraction.

We had got but halfway when that Alien thing jumped out. But, since this was Disney after dark, the Alien was NOT attached to the wall and climbed over all the junk in front of it to get out. I heard Willa, Amanda and Jess scream behind me, but it sounded distant. My ears were ringing from adrenaline. Without me signaling to do so, my feet took of into a full on sprint. The room was only so long, but I had a feeling that staying in the designated area was not going to stop the Alien. Boy was I right.

I ran through the alien scene and got through the first part of the Indiana Jones scene before the first captive was taken hold of. Willa was screaming her head off as the Alien held her like a really long football by the waist in one arm. Philby stood there, petrified. Maybeck on the other hand was fuming, and ran towards the Alien, who didn't seem to be too scared of him. 

"Willa, in space no one can hear your scream!" I joked, trying to get her to calm down, to no avail.

"Argh!" Maybeck grunted as he yanked, as forcefully as I have ever seen him do anything, on the Alien's arm. The Alien made its grunting sound and turned its attention to Maybeck, dropping Willa on the floor in the process. Willa kept screaming and ran through to the next room, which she probably forgot was the horror scene. Well, at least Tarzan came afterwards. Amanda followed her, and soon it was just me, Maybeck and Philby left. You would think that we would be circling the Alien boxer style since there were more of us, but reality was we were cowering in a cluster and the Alien was circling us. 

"What do we do?" Philby asked, who was completely petrified. I was surprised he could even move his mouth to speak.

"What do we want to do?" I answered Socrates style. Philby and I both turned towards Maybeck, who was the clear fighter in this situation.

"What'dya lookin at me for? I'm not the planner here!" Maybeck threw up his hands in innocence.

"He looks hungry..." Philby trailed off. Maybeck and I gulped simultaneously. 

"I have a plan." I piped up. Maybeck and Philby looked at me attentively. "RUN!" 

"Wh-" Philby was cut off by the sound of Maybeck and my warrior cries. I heard the Alien make a thrashing sound and charge after us. 

"Char, cut the vines into a criss-cross!" I hoped Charlene would understand what I meant. When we made it into the Tarzan scene, I was glad she did. There were vines creating a x pattern that the Alien was sure to run into. Maybeck and I slid pulled our legs underneath us and slid under the x. The Alien hissed as it got tangled in the vines. Willa and Amanda quickly grabbed two ends of the vines and twisted them around the Alien, tying them tight. 

"C'mon Philby, let's go!" Willa called over her shoulder to a Philby that was probably still starstruck by the Alien in the second Indiana Jones scene. But sure enough, good ol' Phil came charging through the Casablanca scene and met up with us in Fantasia. 

"This is not a good game plan." Maybeck muttered as we slowed to a walk.

"What are we even in here for?" Jess's question caused us to screech to a halt. 

"Oh, remember that giant bang?" Amanda reminded us, to which we all practically stopped breathing. 

"Oh yeah..." I trailed off and looked forward, where something- or someone -that didn't look to friendly awaited us. 

Hehe, I left you all at a cliffhanger again. **evil smirk**. 

I feel like this book is slowly becoming KK famous. Well, at least for me it is. This is the fastest I've ever gotten reads on a book, especially for the few number of parts that there are. I think this is only the thirteenth, and it's already at 320 reads! Woahhhhh. Thank you all!
