~7:00 am~                *in this AU he's a human*

"Sans!!Wake up dear!"A voice called out. "It's your first day at Hope's Peak"The same voice called out. "Okay,okay! I'm coming!" Sans said half asleep.Soon to realize he wasn't in his house.This time he was full awake and he was confused. "Where am I? Who was that? Am I on the surface?! Where is Papyrus!?" These questions and thoughts filled his head for a few minutes until the door slammed open. "SANS!" a random human yelled. Sans snapped out of his trance. "You're going to be late.Now get ready for school.School starts in 20 minutes!" they said. Sans decided to play along and pretend he knew them"O-okay mom" he said still shocked from the door being slammed open. Sans was still super tired so he had decided to just put on a jacket over his pajamas. Soon to realize he was a human?! "WHAT THE HELL" Sans yelled. "Sorry mom!" he yelled across the house. "How an I a human?!?" Sans thought he said pulling his blonde hair. Sans had noticed his hair was quite long so he put his hair in a ponytail.Sans had started walking down stairs realizing it was 7:50 already! He rushed downstairs grabbing his backpack and a piece of toast on the way out of the door. He ran down the side walk trying to make it to school on time soon to realize he forgot to bring the paper to let him in the school. There for he had to run back home so he did. He didn't want his "mom" to see him so he climbed up a tree trough his window which he had left unlocked.On his way through the window he tripped and fell on the floor. "THUD" his mom had heard.Thinking someone had broken into the house she rushed up stairs. Sans rushed to find the paper and get out.He finally found the paper and quickly jumped out window landing on his arm. "Shit!" he had said quietly as he ran away.He had made it to the gate of the school but he was 10 minutes late. Right when he step foot on campus everything went black. "What is happening!? Am i dead??"these thoughts filled sans head.

                                                                          ~10 minutes later~

Sans woke up startled.He was in a class room.He look around then realized there was iron bolts on the window there for he couldn't see outside.He also noticed a paper with writing on a desk. The letter read "Welcome to your new semester at Hope Peak's High!! Please meet at the gymnasium at 8:15 sharp." Sans had look at his watch it read 8:20.He was late! He ran through the halls trying to find the gymnasium.After a few minutes he had found the gymnasium.He opened the door to see a room of 14 other people. They all look like his friend Alphys,Undyne,Toriel,Flowey,Frisk,even Papyrus his brother. All of them every single one,but none of them seem to remember him.Tho they all had the same names.

 "Hey you!! The letter clearly said 8:15 Sharp!!" Alphys said. "Oh-um sorry?I got lost. Heh." sans replied. He started looking at everyone in the room and came across a rather short boy. "What are you looking at!!"Flowey said. "Sorry."Sans apologized.He also saw someone with a katana. "What the hell!Why would they let someone bring a katana to school?!"Sans thought. "um-Hey.Why do you have a katana?" Sans asked? "What's it to you punk!!" Undyne said. "N-never mind." Sans said.He then saw one of his friends from middle school."Frisk!!"Sans said. "Hi sans!We haven't seen each other since middle school." Frisk replied. "ye-" but sans couldn't finish his sentence because Alphys."Now if you two would stop flirting so we can all figure out why we are all here."Alphys had said.(i don't ship frans)

                                               ~5 minutes later~

"When is a teacher going to show up!?!"Someone yelled from the other side of the gymnasium. Sans looked to his left to see some trying to punch the iron plates on the walls.

"Kick and scream all you want,no one outside can hear you."A high pitched voice said from the front of the gymnasium.Everyone focused their attention to the stage just to see a half-white half-black bear standing there. "Hello student welcome to your first semester of Hope Peak's High.What I mean by first semester is the rest of your lives"said the bear. "You cant possibly keep us all here for the rest of our natural?"Grillby questioned. "Pfft nature years yeah,right."the bear said." What do you mean natural lives?! Some of us have families!"Papyrus said. "Yeah,plus eventually the police will come and get us."Grillby said. "Haha,your really funny for you to rely on the police to save you."said the bear. "You're really going keep us for our natural lives are you"said Toriel. "Yup,your here for keeps,but there is a loophole."said the bear. "Are you going to tell us about this loophole?"said Alphys said. "Well yes,the loophole to graduate from this school is to murder one of your classmates."said the bear. "WHAT!!!WE HAD TO KILL SOMEONE!!"these thought filled everyone's head. "When you someone kills someone you will have 24 hours to find clues and find out who killed that person.After 24 hours a class trial will be held.If the person we killed someone gets away with it they can walk out freely and if they get caught they will be executed in front of everyone."said the bear. And that's how we found out it was life or death.
