Kam's POV
It took Cris, Marco, Noeli, dad, and I into the late-night hours to clean up our food fight mess. But, we sure did have fun.
My dad and Cris took Dia, Rocco, Devin, Isabella, and Kekoa to school. Noeli and I are at the daycare with the kids.
Once Cris and my dad come home, we are going to do a hula dance for the kids. Well, my dad will dance with me and Noeli. My uncles are bringing food from the restaurant for lunch.
We heard cars pulling up to the house.
"I'll go check who it is."
"Thanks, Trevor." Five minutes later, Trevor came back with Cris and my dad.
"Kami, guess who I talked into dancing? I have our outfits to change into." My dad then pointed to Cris.
"No way!"
Noeli came over and felt Cris' forehead, then she says, "Cris are you okay?"
We all burst out laughing.
"Ha, ha. Yes, I'm okay. It's for a good cause."
"Thank you, my sweet, handsome, hubby." I gave Cris a kiss on his cheek. Then, Cris and my dad went to change.
The kids were all in the chairs, ready and waiting for us. Antonio and Isabela are sitting in the audience with the kids. So, I went out on the stage in our mini kid theater.
"Welcome, kiddos to our Hawaiian Hula Show. We are going to have a great time. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show!"
As soon as Cris and my dad came out, Noeli and I danced to one of the songs from Lilo and Stitch.
We did a hula dance to one of the songs from Moana.
Then, Cris and my dad danced to one.
After both songs, the kids clapped loudly. So did Antonio and Isabela.
Then, Noeli and I danced with the guys. We had so much fun. I got to dance with my dad and my hubby.
"Now, who would like to try the hula?"
Several of the girls came up. We replayed the Lilo and Stitch song again. Antonio videoed us dancing with the kids. I had Gabby on my hip. Noeli had Angelo on her hip. They were grinning like crazy. Marco Jr. and Sofia joined us too.
We saw Trevor enter the theater with my uncles. After the song was done....
"Kiddies, give yourselves a round of applause!"
The kids all clapped.
"Let's all head to the dining room for lunch!"
"Kamea and Kalani, I have to admit that was fun."
"I'm glad you had fun, handsome hubby. Let's go eat with the kids."
"The next time the kids are out of school, we are going to do a family hula dance. Marco is going to join us too. He just doesn't know yet."
"Right, Kamea."

Rocco's POV
Dia, Devin, and I waved goodbye to dad as he drove away. We then walked into the school. The bodyguards were right behind us. As we walked to our class, I saw a boy that looked sad. He didn't seem to have any friends.
"Hey, Devin and Dia, let's go say hi to the boy standing by his locker."
We walked over to his locker. "Hi."
He almost jumped out of his skin as he closed his locker.
"Sorry, we didn't mean to scare you. I'm Rocco. And, this is my brother and sister, Devin and Dia."
"Hi, and goodbye." He started walking away.
"Hey! Wait up!"
"Why do you guys want to talk to me? You're considered popular kids."
"We don't care about popularity. My mom and dad taught us to treat each other equally," Dia says.
"Yeah. We just wanted to be your friend," Devin adds.
"What's the catch?" he asked.
"There is no catch. We promise. You can sit with us at lunch."
He hesitated at first, but then he told us his name. "My name is Noah. It's nice to meet you all."
"Ding!!!!"
"Hi, Noah. We actually have the same class. We better get going. See you at lunch, Rocco and Devin."
Dia and Noah walked to their class. I walked with Devin to his class, then I went to mine.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The whole school takes a lunch break at the same time. Isabella, Kekoa, and Sydney are on their way home when we break for lunch. But, we do see Braelyn, and she sits with us.
I waited for them at the door of the lunchroom. Braelyn, Dia, Devin, and Noah were walking my way.
I waved them down, and we found a table to sit at to each lunch.
"Braelyn, this is our friend, Noah."
"Hi, Noah. Nice to meet you," Braelyn says.
We had normal fourth-grade conversations until trouble came our way. Yes, there are troublemakers in our school. Somebody purposely bumped into Noah and Braelyn. "Hey! Watch it!" Braelyn yelled.
"And, what are you going to do about it?" The kid said to Braelyn. I'll punch him right in the face if he touches Braelyn or Noah. I could tell Noah was afraid to say anything. So, I did.
"Leave my friends alone."
"Or what?"
"You see those four, huge guys standing near the lunchroom door? They won't like it if you mess with any of us. Try me." The trouble makers saw our bodyguards. As soon as I stood up in his face, the two guys backed off.
"Thanks, Rocco," both Noah and Braelyn said.
"You're welcome. Mom and dad always tell us to look out for each other. So, that's what I did."
Suddenly, a group of girls came over where we were sitting.
"Oh, Rocco, you're so brave." They all started batting their eyelashes. Eww, I don't like girls. I'm only 10 years old. Well, at least not now. I'll ask Dad when we get home.
We enjoyed the rest of our lunch break without any other incidents.
"Ring!!!!!"
The school bell rang. "We have to go back to class."
"Thanks again, Rocco. Nobody has really stood up for me like you did."
"You're welcome, Noah. See you later." We all went our separate ways to our classes.
**********************************
Nonno Kalani is coming to pick us up. We saw Noah coming out of the school building.
"Hey, Noah!" He ran over to where Dia, Devin, and I were standing.
"Hi, Rocco. I forgot the other names. Sorry."
"It's okay. My name is Dia. I'm Rocco's twin."
"I'm Devin."
"And, I'm Braelyn."
"We are just waiting for a ride home. We'll wait with you."
We saw Nonno Kalani pull up to the school. He got out and came our way.
"Hey, kids. Ready to go? Braelyn, your mom asked if you could ride with us today. She'll pick you up at the house."
Braelyn answered, "Okay, Nonno Kalani."
"Nonno, can we wait with Noah? His ride hasn't come yet."
"Of course, we can."
About 5 minutes later, someone honked a horn. We looked up, and a man started waving to Noah. "That's my dad. See you guys later."
Noah ran to his dad. As we walked to Nonno Kalani's truck we overheard Noah say to his dad, "They are my new friends."
His dad came over as Noah got in their car. "Kids, I just wanted to say thank you for being Noah's friends. He is a little on the shy side. My wife and I were afraid he wouldn't make any friends. We recently moved from Texas. I'm Vince."
"Mr. Vince, this is my Nonno Kalani, my brother, sister, and friend. And, you're welcome. We kind of figured he was shy when we approached him at his locker."
"Nice to meet you, Vince. That's my grandkids for you. They are very easy going and friendly. If you need any help with navigating Miami, just let me know. Tomorrow, the kids' dad will pick them up. His name is Cris. He'll let you know."
"Thanks, Kalani. See you all tomorrow." Noah's dad walked back to their car. He got in and they drove off home.
Nonno Kalani helped us in his truck. Then, we drove home.
"Nonno, I have a question. When girls bat their eyelashes, what does that really mean?"
He started chuckling. "Looks like it is time for the talk. Rocco, son save that question for Cris. I will tell you though that girls think you are cute now."
"They do?"
"They sure do. It's starting early for you. When I was your age, I was the same way. I asked my father what you just asked me. After dinner tonight, ask Cris. He'll probably chat with you and Devin."
"Thanks, Nonno."
**********************************
Mom fixed spaghetti for dinner, and I barely touched mine. I just twirled my spaghetti with my fork.
"Rocco, son are you okay?"
"Dad, I have a question to ask you."
"Do you want to talk privately?"
"Yes, dad."
Cris' POV
I have a feeling what this is about. "How about we include your brothers too? After dinner, we'll all chat."
Kamea and I looked at each other. "I'll talk to the girls after dinner too."
"How was school today?"
"We made a new friend. His name is Noah. He was shy at first," Devin says first.
"Mom and dad, Rocco defended Noah and Braelyn at lunch. A group of trouble makers bumped into Noah and Braelyn on purpose. Rocco told them to back off and pointed to the bodyguards," Dia says next.
"Has anyone ever tried to instigate a fight with you all? That question is for everyone, except Gabby and Angelo."
The kids all said in agreement, "No, dad."
"Good. If they do, you know to immediately tell the bodyguards, and, let me and Kamea know also. We will handle it. Understand?"
"Yes, dad."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Dad, how do you know when you like girls? After the trouble makers left, these girls came over and started batting their eyelashes, well exactly like mom has done to you. At first, I said eww. I asked Nonno Kalani, but he said to wait and ask you."
"There is nothing wrong with thinking a girl is cute, but in this house, all of you are too young to even think about dating. Kamea and I agreed that if we see you are mature enough, we will allow you to date at 15 years old. There will be rules set. And, if they are not followed, you will not be dating. Do you fellas understand?"
"Yes, dad."
"Kamea is having the same chat with Dia and Isabella. We will have the same chat with Gabby and Angelo when they start school as well. Now, has anyone, whether it be a teacher, classmate, boy or girl, etc. ever touched you inappropriately - like in your private area, or anywhere else?"
"No, dad. Why would you ask that?" Rocco asked.
"Let me explain."
I told them why no one should be touching them anywhere. Rocco, Devin, and Kekoa said, "Eww." But, it was necessary. We spent over an hour talking about what to do and who to tell. I told them when it was appropriate for them to also engage in sex - which is when they get married. Kamea and I are not going to be grandparents before then. They even asked questions.
"So, you boys know what to do now, right?"
"Yes, we understand. Thank you for the chat."
"You're welcome kiddos. Now, get yourselves ready for bed. You all have school tomorrow. Nonno will be taking you to school. But I'll be picking you up."
"Good night, dad."

As soon as I saw the kids and their bodyguards, they all ran over to where I was standing.
"Dad, this is our friend, Noah. Noah, this is our dad," Rocco says.
"Hi, Mr. Fiore."
"It's nice to meet you, Noah. Braelyn, sweetheart, Layla called and said you can ride home with us. Austin will pick you up at the house."
"Thanks, Uncle Cris," Braelyn then says.
"You're welcome."
"My dad just pulled up. I'll bring him over," Noah says while pointing to a Mercedes SUV that just parked behind me.
Noah ran over to his dad, then they both came over. "Dad, this is Mr. Fiore."
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Fiore." We then shook each other's hand.
"Please, call me Cris."
"I'm Vince. Like I told Kalani yesterday, I appreciate how your kids treated my son. We are new to town from Texas. He also said maybe you can help us navigate Miami. My wife and I would appreciate any assistance."
"Sure. That's not a problem. Are you all free this weekend?"
"We don't have anything planned."
I pulled out one of my cards with our address. "Here is my card with our home address. We would love to have your family over for dinner this weekend."
The kids all screamed, "Yay!"
"We do have pets, so I hope no one has any allergies."
"No, we don't. It's me, Noah, my wife, and we have a younger daughter, Melanie. She is 6 years old. My wife homeschools her."
"Great. She would love to meet my daughter, Isabella. They are the same age. We'll see you Saturday. How about 5 pm?"
"Dad, can Noah come early so we can play? We even have a pool," Rocco asked.
"That won't be a problem at all. I'll call you, and we can bring a dish. Thanks again, Cris."
"You're welcome." Noah and his dad walked to their Mercedes and headed home.
"Kiddos, let's load up and head home too."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While eating dinner, the kids were excited about the weekend, especially Isabella because she gets to meet another friend.
Kalani was eating with us tonight and dropped some news.
"Guess who got himself a date Friday evening?"
"Dad, please tell us she is nothing like the last one. She was horrible," Kamea says while sighing.
"From what I could tell, she wasn't. I mentioned that I had grandchildren, and she was okay with that. She actually has grandchildren too. We are almost the same age. And, she wants to meet my family."
"How about Sunday - dinner here? I'll call Noeli and let her know. Does she have any allergies?" Kamea replies.
"I'll ask her and text you back."
"Kalani, we know how important it is for you. So, we promise to be on our best behavior. Isn't that right Isabella, Kekoa, Gabby, Angelo, Dia, Rocco, and Devin?" I included Angelo and Gabby because they started throwing their food at Makiko. She got what she deserved though. Nobody is going to talk about my kids.
In unison, they said, "Yes, dad."
This is going to be an interesting weekend. Hopefully, a good one.
