Ezra p.o.v

I entered into the building. I saw many children who were talking and playing. It was reminding me a little bit of the orphanage. But without the inquisitor torturing me. I saw that some kids were looking at my crutches and whispering or laughing quietly but loud enough for me to hear their laughter. That made me a little scared but I remember what papa told me. I have to stand up and win my fears.

"Hello" a voice said from behind me pulling me out of my thoughts. I looked around and I saw a girl. She was having brown hair and she was seeming a little older like me.
"Hi" I said.
"Hi. My name is Sabine"
"My name is Ezra. Nice to meet you"
"Are you new on this school. I haven't see you again"
"Yes I am new. My daddy wrote me here"
"Hey if you want I can show you the place"
"It sounds perfect Sabine. Thank you"

Sabine show me all the building and I saw many classes and met some teachers. I explained her why I have to use crutches and she didn't mind. I also told her about how papa adopted me and how amazing is my life with him. She told me that she has a bigger brother with the name Zeb and they live with their step mother Ashoka. I think that this is the start of a new friendship.

"Hey Ezra. Can you wait here? I have to find my brother Zeb"
"Ok"
"Ok. I will be back"
As Sabine when to find her brother I started to think that the school wasn't so bad at all. Just then I heared a voice.

"Hey" a boy said. I saw two boys who were looking angrily at me. They were scared me a little. They came closer to me. I tried to hide my fear and be polite with them. Maybe they aren't that bad.
"Hi" I said
Then one of the boys pulled me making me lose my balance and fall on the floor. The crutches slipped through my hands and the other boy took them.
"Can you please give me back my crutches. I really need them"

"And If I don't give them back. You will call your papa little baby? Are you so weak and pathetic that you can't do anything without your dad's help"
I could feel tears running down my face. I tried to say something but I couldn't find my voice. I started to shaking and the boys saw that.

"Oh the pathetic baby want to cry?" he said. I heared laughs. I looked around and saw that many kids were laughing with me. That made more tears come to my eyes.

"Hey give the crutches back and go"
I heared another voice. My vision was still blurry cause of the tears so I couldn't see clearly who it was but he scared the boys who threw the crutches back at me and run away. The most of the kids walked away. I hadn't tears anymore so I saw that the one who helped me was a boy five years older than me. He helped me got up.
"Zed! " I heared Sabine yelling and ran to us.
"Oh hi Ezra. I see that you meet my brother Zeb" she said and looked at me. She saw that my eyes were red from the crying.
"Are you OK Ezra?"
I shook my head no.
"Some kids started to annoying Ezra" Zeb said
"You know who the kids were?" Sabine asked.
"I think the were Vader and Maul" he said.
So that's their name. Vader and Maul. Now I know that I have to watch out for them. I thought
Just then a bell rang Zeb's left for his class.
"What lesson do you have now"
"Art"
"Me too"

Time skip
It was awesome at the art class. It surprised me how good was Sabine at that lesson she said to me that one day she want to be an artist. The rest of the day was easy. I went to many other classes and learn million things. Thankfully I didn't met Vader or Maul again. It was 1:30. The bell rang and the kids ran out of the building. I was ready to go home cause papa said to me that I had to be back at 2 o'clock. Then I remembered that I forgot my book at the class so I went to get it. When I got the book and went to leave I found out that the door was locked.
"What happened? The little Ezzy locked in the class?" I recognised the voice. It was Vader.

"Please opened the door! I promised papa that I would be home at 2 o'clock!"

"Yeah and your daddy will be so upset with you if he learn that his son is so weak and pathetic. I am sure that if you tell him what happened he will leave you on the orphanage again"

They laugh and left. I started to cry. Papa wouldn't left me on the orphanage, would he?

Sabine p.o.v
I was ready to follow Zeb home but then I found out that I forget my art block on my locker. I told Zeb that I would meet him home and I ran inside to take my block. I was ready to go when I heared someone cry. I followed the cries and found out that it was coming from the math class.
"Hello? "

"Sabine?"

"Ezra?"

"Sabine you have to help me. Vader and Maul locked me in here"

"Don't worry. I will get you out" I looked around. I saw a key on the floor. I used the key and I opened the door.

Ezra p.o.v
Sabine unlocked the door. I looked at the clock. It was 3 o'clock. Oh no. I have been late.
"Thanks for the help Sabine"
"You are welcome"
I started to run as fast as I could with the crutches. Papa has to be sick worried about me right now.

Kanan p.o.v

I am sick worried about him right now. He should be here an hour ago. Is he ok? Why he isn't back yet? If he isn't here at 3:30 I am going to search for him.

Ezra p.o.v
I was so tired. My leg was hurting and I was ready to collapse cause of the tiredness. I looked at my clock. 3:20. I was almost in the house. I few more steps. I passed the garden door and I ignored Chopper who was jumping around me trying to get my attention. I continue to walk. When I was in front of the door I couldn't take it any and I fall to the floor. I knocked the door and fell unconscious cause of the tiredness.

Kanan p.o.v
It was 3:20 if he is not there I am going to search for him. I am so worried. I just want him to be back home with me and hold him in my arms. I heared a knock on the door. I ran to open the door but when I opened it I gasped. My little miracle whas unconscious in front of the door. I quickly picked up my sweet baby and sat us on the couch. I started to shake us back and forth.

"Come on baby wake up please. It's OK. No one is going to hurt you. Daddy's got you" I whispered in his ear. He soon started to wake up.

"Papa?"

"Oh thank God you woke up. You almost gave me a heart attack. Why you were unconscious and why you late so much. You know how worried I was? I told you to be home early. Why you didn't listen to me?" I said to him really serious. He looked at me with fear in his eyes and then broke down in cries.

"I am sorry. I am so sorry. I promise I'll will be good please don't leave me back to the orphanage" he cried

"Ezra calm down. I am not gonna leave you back to that orphanage again. I love you my little miracle"

"Why do you want someone like me for son. I'm pathetic and weak. You shouldn't have adopt me" he cried
That shattered my heart. Why is he thinking his shelf like that? I hugged him placing his head on my lap. I rubbed his back to comfort him.

"Calm down Ezra. Please. You are not pathetic or weak. I love you more than anything else. I am never going to leave you. I promise. Everything is going to be OK. Now please tell me why are you think that you are pathetic and weak?"

"T-two kid-s fr-from t-the school t-told me t-t-that I was p-pathetic a'and weak and t-that yo-u w-we-re going to leave m-m-me on the o-o-orphanage. T-they locked m-me inside t-the c-c-class a-and t-t-thats w-why I l-l-ate. Please not be mad at me" he cried.

"Shhhhhh don't cry Ezra. It's OK. I am not mad. Don't worry. It will be OK I promise.

No one p.o.v

The rest of the day was good. Ezra and Kanan ate their food and played. The night. Kanan and Ezra went for sleep. Kanan kissed Ezra's forehead for goodnight and went to his room. But cause the author don't want to end this chapter like that midnight when Kanan was sleeping so deep that he wouldn't wake up even with sirens a boy was ready to make a big mistake.

Ezra p.o.v
I will run away. I packed my things and got out of my room. I went to papa's room. He was sleeping very deep.

"I am sorry papa but I have to leave. You don't deserve such a useless, weak and pathetic son like me. I am going to miss you. I also want you to know that you are the best father ever. You saved my life so many times and show me love when no one else did. I couldn't have ask for a better father. I was proud to be your son. I will always love you and always have you on my heart. Goodbye papa" I whispered to him and kissed softly his forehead. I left the room and got out of the house carefully to not wake up Chopper. I went on the airport. I had some money with me. I bought a ticket for California. The airplane landed and many people started to get aboard. I thought a little. Am I doing the right? Probably yes. Papa will be better without me. He can always adopt a new son. One better than me. I have dissapointed him so many times. I am just waste of his time and money. I got aboard on the airplane.

The next morning

Kanan p.o.v
I waked up and run down the stairs. I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. When the breakfast was ready I went to wake him up. When I went on his room it surprised me to not finding him there. I search the bathroom. Not there. The living room. Not there. My room. Not there. I search and all the rest of the rooms. Not there. I was worried now. I went to search the garden. Not there. Where is he! Then I remembered. After what happened with Souzan I put security cameras on the house. All the videos of the camera were on my laptop. I turned on my laptop. I started to WATS the videos. It was showing me putting Ezra for sleep. After some our Ezra started to pack his things. Why? Is he- Oh no! When he finished he came to my room.
" I am sorry papa but I have to leave. You don't deserve such a useless, weak and pathetic son like me. I am going to miss you. I want you to know that you are the best father ever. You saved my life so many times and showed me love when no one else did. I couldn't have ask for a better father. I was proud to be your son. I will always have you on my heart. Goodbye papa" he said and kissed my forehead. My laptop slipped through my thingers. I broke down in cries. No no no no. I can't loose him. Not again. I have to find him. I swear that I am going to find him. I will not stop searching until he is on my arms again.
