General Narration

Claude walked through the busy streets of New York City as he searched for his King.

Claude: "Oh Rhose. Where could you be?"

Claude kept walking. He sense Rhose near, but it may take a while.

Sage P.O.V

I groan as I looked up at the guy.

???: "Uh, my apologies, ma'am."

His voice was soothing. The guy reached out his hand for me to take. I took it and he pulled me up. I got a better look at him. He was the one I found last night.

Sage: "Oh I see you're awake. How do you feel?"

???: "Uh fine. Where am I?"

Sage: "You're in my home. I live here with my mother, father, brother, and sister."

???: "What country is this?"

Sage: "Uh it's America. We're in New York."

The guy fell silent as his jaw dropped.

Sage: "Something wrong?"

???: "U-Uh no n-not at all."

Sage: "OK well um I need to check you over if you don't mind. You were beaten pretty badly. I'm surprised you can still stand."

???: "Uh of course."

Sage: "Come."

I led the man back to the guest room. He stood there looking around.

Sage: "Have a seat on the bed, remove your shirt, and lie back."

He did as I told him. He was rippling with muscles. He had a fine frame. I felt myself blush a little as I grabbed some pain ointment. I places the ointment on my hand and rubbed it all over his chest and abdomen.

???: "Who are you?"

Sage: "My name is Sage. What is your name?"

???: "My name is Rhose."

Sage: "That's an unusual name for a guy."

Rhose: "My named is spelled differently. R. H. O. S .E."

Sage: "I see. There I'm finished."

Rhose: "Thank you."

Rhose stood silent.

Rhonin, Alucard's top dog ran through the halls of the palace in the Demon World. He searched for Alucard so he could break the news to his Lord.

Rhonin: "Lord Alucard."

Alucard looked up at Rhonin who came in panting for breath.

Alucard: "It seems you're out of shape, Rhonin. Report."

Rhonin: "My Lord. Claude is alive and has escaped. He made it to the human world. He out smarted us all.

Rhose P.O.V

I was in the Human World. This girl was a human. Sage. What a particular name. It suited her. It surprised me she attended to my injuries. I would have fully healed by now. What happened? All I remember is, Alucard beating me. Then it hit me. This girl saved me. She stopped Alucard. Perhaps she is strong then she appears. But something was off about her.

Rhose: "You're the one who stopped the man who was beating me. I remember."

Sage: "That's me."

Rhose: "You're quite brave standing up to someone like him."

Sage: "Who is he? Why was he beating you?"

I hesitated to answer. I couldn't tell her that he wanted to take over the Demon World. I'd be exposing our race and as King I could not allow that.

Rhose: "He is my twin brother, Alucard. He was beating me for some misunderstanding."

Sage: "Alucard? That is also unusal."

Rhose: "My I ask you something?"

Sage: "Of course."

Rhose: "Why did you stop him?"

She fell silent. I admit she was strong after standing up to my brother. But something was off about her.

Sage: "I do not like fights. Yes I know it does not concern me. In fact I know that one day it may get me killed, but I don't really care as long as it stops. He was beating you even after you fell unconcious. That's why I stopped him. "

Rhose: "You have good heart."

Sage smiled sadly and let out a small chuckle. She even blushed a little. Rhose smiled as he looked away.

Sage: "Uhh. You must be hungry? Are you hungry? Come and have breakfast. My parents should already be preparing the food."

Rhose: "If you insist."

Sage: "I do. Come on. Let's get you out of those P.J."

Rhose: "Speaking of which who exactly changed my clothing?"

Sage: "My father."

Rhose: "I see."

Sage smiled, knowing exactly what he meant.

Sage: "You're clothes were ripped and had many blood stains on it, your injuries were bad, but not life threatening Anyway we had to change your clothing for you."

Rhose: "Thank you and I apologize for being a disturbance."

Sage: "Oh don't be in fact you are our guest."

Rhose fell silent as Sage smiled, not knowing what to say. He merely nodded. Sage went over to the closet and pulled out some clothes for Rhose.

Sage: "Sorry, but this is all we have that may fit you."

Rhose: "That is quite fine."

After Rhose was out of the P.J.'s, him and Sage went down to the kitchen as Sage's mother, Mary set the plates.

Rhose P.O.V

A woman in a blue dress and white apron served three other humans. An older man, a young adult male boy and a young girl. Sage's siblings?

???: "Ah you're awake. Please sit. I'm sure my daughter told you that you are our guest."

The older man addressed me with a polite smile. I nodded and sat. Sage sat next to me.

Sage: "Rhose this is my father."

I nodded as she gestured to the older man.

Rhose: "Nice to meet you, sir."

???: "Oh please. Sir was my father. Call me Baldo."

I nodded once again.

Sage: "This is my older brother, Max and my younger sister, Kat."

Rhose: "Nice to meet you all."

Sage: "And that's my mother."

???: "Hi. Call me Mary."

The women in the apron said as she reached out her hand. I shook it and nodded.

Max: "So what's your name?"

Rhose: "I am Rhose."

Kat: "That a funny name."

I smiled faintly at the small girl as her sweet and young voice ran through my ears. This must be a peaceful family.
