(Anna's P.O.V.)
Oh my Irene...what did I just do?
I had to sneak out of here before I get caught. I looked around and didn't see Laurence and went upstairs to see Garroth. "What are you doing here?" "Uh...just looking for Aphmau..." I got out of there! I ran to the treehouse place. I plopped on my bed and took a deep breath in and out. Why couldn't I place where I'd seen Laurence before?
Sigh
I should really go walk around.
I went down the latter and walked around the new Phoenix Drop since the other one is abandoned. "Anna? Right?" I heard a somewhat teenage voice age behind me. I turned around to see the white-haired boy behind me. "Yeah...and you are?"
"Oh...I'm Travis." We shook hands.
"Nice to meet you Travis."
"I like your butt."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me"
I smacked him...
"IM SORRY! ARE ALL JURY MEMBERS LIKE THIS...IRENE THIS HURTS!"
"What do you mean 'all jury members'"
"Katelyn does the same thing."
"No dip."
"Jury of Nine though, that's cool. What else is interesting about you?"
"I was the second in line to Zane. He used me against my will because he knew I came from the Nether."
"You're-"
"Yeah."
"So you know Laurence then."
"What?" Is that it? Is that why he's so familiar? "He's a Shadow Knight?"
"Yeah you didn't know that?"
"I don't remember." I racked my brain for answers or any inkling of information I had tucked away.
"Hey new kid."
"Don't call me that."
"How about 'darling' instead?"
